I feel you. I tried out a number of alts including ADA, SOL, AVAX, LUN, DOT, ALGO, Cosmos, MINA, MATIC. I played around with them, and when most of the market crashed I decided to focus only on the projects which are easy and fun to use plus ETH and BTC. So now I settled with ETH, ALGO, BTC, Cosmos, MATIC, MINA and I don't miss the others even a little bit. I know ALGO, COSMOS have also lost value but they are fast, easy to use, have low transaction cost and just fun to play around and learn. MATIC is actually my only coin currently in the plus, so its price performance stood out versus the others and MINA is very compelling from a technical viewpoint as far as I understand it. none of the other coins offered the same elegance, speed and cost effectiveness as ALGO and Cosmos.
