I think these have best risk to return this cycle. Could ad TAO SPACE and ZEPH to those two too if you want a top 5.

Privacy is not a crime and should be protected. In situations like this, it's dumb not to at least have solutions available There's an up and coming privacy project that innovates on forked Monero Zephyr $ZEPH is collateral for a stablecoin $ZSD with a reserve $ZRS = hyper-collateralised In-wallet swaps with a DEX soon for major pairs All the benefits of Monero plus more. Yes I'm a bagholder (XMR and ZEPH)

What ryzen rig mines 17khs? https://minerstat.com/coin/ZEPH/profitability Most gpus are cents worth of ZEPH a day. Only the antminer x5 is close to your figure

That's unique for each situation. My 400€ GPU (RX 5700 XT) made me 100€ a month in all of 2021 after electricity costs. My Ryzen 5900X makes about 1-2$ per day mining ZEPH, while the electricity cost is about 1$ per day. So it's a mix between some gains and break even. But it's winter, so after taking heating costs into account it's still an ok profit. That PC has paid for itself several times just because I mine when idle. That will be a lot harder today though. It was also used for video editing and gaming, which was the main reason I build it.

At that cost you can basically just look into PC mining; GPU and CPU. Both see very bad profitability right now (basically since the ETH merge). [whattomine.com](https://whattomine.com) gives you a good overview over. Also the [NiceHash Profitability calculator](https://www.nicehash.com/profitability-calculator) can be handy. I think all good GPUs are out of your budget - so you have to take something old which will have a worse energy efficiency, and they will become obsolete quicker. For a few months you can CPU mine a coin called ZEPH (relatively new Monero fork) with a lot better profitability than Monero. It's a new project, so it could be over every day and the profitability would drop by 90%. Something like the AMD Ryzen 5950x or 7950x would probably fit your budget if you had a compatible mainboard. If you have to build the entire PC new, that wouldn't work as well, or you have to take one with less cores. I would advice to not put 300-500$ into mining and rather just invest in crypto for now. Mining can work very well, but it's even more unpredictable than crypto investment because there is nothing that could be called a "blue chip" atm.

True, it’s a new project and seems to have good bones and adoption is growing quickly. You can buy ZEPH on MEXC, TO, Xeggex and sevenseas and then swap it for ZUSD right in the wallet. Not super straightforward but it works well.

$ONI is the lowest market cap there and have many great partnerships and advisors such as IOTA lead researcher. Still has testnet and mainnet to be launched in the next few days to months so it's high risk but high reward. $SPACE (MVC Global) is a similar situation with a really ambitious project but as its to do with BTC if it performs well it will inevitably do very well again a bit more high risk. $ZEPH is an over collateralised stable coin so think LUNA but also for privacy, got a great narrative that did very well last bull until the crash. All.these are high risk so it depends on your risk tolerance but you should also DYOR.

ZEPH has a higher hash rate then monero, and using RandomX.. also has a privacy stable coin that can’t depeg like LUNA did because it’s not algorithmic. And it’s also over %1600 over collaterized by the underlying asset ZEPH which btw only has 2million coin supply LOL TLDR.. Zephyr is similar to monero but has a private stable coin, has a higher has rate than monero.. useses RANDOMX, and is only at 70mm dollar market cap.

Zephyr! It has a higher has rate than any of the mentioned projects. Has a under $70 mm dollar market cap, and has a privacy stable coin that can’t depeg like Luna did. It is also over collateralized by over %1600 by the underlying ZEPH!

You're holding old Dino coins from last cycle. I'll get down votes for this but their are many fundementally great Low to mid market cap coins that will outperform every single one of those coins on your list (this cycle, not overall). Most of mine already have. $KAS $TAO $SPACE $ZEPH $ONI $OLAS $QUBIC To name a few. You say don't chase a pump. But some of these coins are sub 100m MC so even if they have gone on a run, fundementally some are worth a lot more that they are right now.

Because for some coins if you want to get in early (gambling, yes) it was the only option. Case in point, I wanted to gamble on KAS and ZEPH over 6 months ago; my only option was on TradeOgre or Txbit prior to (both) being listed on MEXC in Sept (which still isn't great). Txbit already closed house. Shit exchanges are sometimes the only option for gambling on new coins.
