Boo yah! here is a technical analysis of ORGN and a buy or sell signal:
Anyone notices when a stock drops under 1.00, the lack of liquidity drives the stock price down even further?

Origen Resources (CSE:ORGN) - My favorite precious metal stock
Can we talk about microcaps in here? If soooo.....
This is not a squeeze but we all like 💰💰💰… ORGN ♻️ a leading carbon negative materials company. Based on the recent price action I’m guessing conference #1 was a success. This week they have a Goldman Sachs meeting coming up which could bump the price higher. Already have deals with Pepsi and Ford
This is NOT a squeeze but I know we all like money 🙂 Check out ORGN. Goldman Sachs is going to be an investor. Seems like the first conference went well based on the spikes recently.
Contrarian Indicator? The volume of posts on this sub has seen a very, very steep decline over the past few weeks. Does this mean that maybe a bottom signal is in or near for quality Spacs, or at least de-spacs?
ORGN Potential (Not a penny but almost one)
My portfolio is trash. Should I sell all of it?
Why Origin Materials Stock (ORGN) Will Explode 10X In The Near Future
How don't you know? $ORGN set to be THE slow play boom.
$ORGN, $HON Honeywell demonstrates commercially viable way of turning plastic back into oil. With Origin Material's tech, wood waste can make plastic, which can be turned into oil. In other words, RENEWABLE CARBON-NEUTRAL OIL.
$ORGN Origin Materials - $3.1 Billion in Contracts - small float
ORGN - Blue chip partners and one green goal.

Most of my money went into ASTS and RKLB. I invested into some other growth companies I thought were interesting that basically all failed (or at least lost almost all value). Some have somewhat recovered by now but I sold for a large loss to recover what I could at the time. From what I remember, they were MVST (EV batteries, LICY (EV battery recycling), ORGN (green plastics), LCID (EV Car maker). I ended up making small amount of money, or at least only losing small amounts in SOFI and STEM.
BNDW NKE ORGN SNIPF TOUR not a big bag but small enough that there’s no point in selling.
ORGN about to reach lowest low before 1.2 EOY
I'll buy a small amount of ORGN , double down if goes to .60 . If you lost a lot on BYND and want a stock to regain some coins and start again from the bottom: Price EOY 1 dólar, bullish case 1.20 No shorted stock, no risk of dilution, no big name . Just a regular stock that can reach 1 dólar before going down again to .6~.5 cents
ORGN wait until fall to .50/.60 and buy. Price target 1 dollar , don't buy at .75/.80 cuz it will go down before getting 1 dollar and you will paper hands.
ORGN is another darling from 4 years ago that's been beaten down. Production now in place, ready for this to begin the march upward
How about ORGN for under a 1$? Also i think MDAI has real potential for some room to grow with the AI boom priced around 2.60$
Yea saw this one this morning at .50ish. Should have copped. Also ORGN and GORO
Saw GURE ORGN GORO this morning pre market and didn’t get in any of em. Tragic.
Should have got some ORGN this morning.
There are a few. ORGN and PCT are the main ones. ADUR is in this space, and uses much better tech, they are my pick for clean tech.
ORGN next? Packaging among other things. 0.54 per share.
ORGN dropped on positive news i believe
ORGN -Origin materials Down 83%. I only bought $80 of stock, so I'm out $58.
If only he were buying ORGN for a gazillion a share
ORGN, NDLS, and GGR from least risky to most risky, but still risky
Take a look at ORGN. Been on a tear recently, and has been announcing deal after deal with their cap production
here’s a few i’ve been keeping my eyes on. origin ($ORGN) - biodegradable plastics atomera ($ATOM) - silicon to enhance chips richtech robotics ($RR) - hospitality robots ioneer ($IONR) - lithium and boron mining the metals company ($TMC) - harvesting metals from the ocean floor not financial advice
ORGN, they make plastics, from the website "innovations include PET caps and closures that bring recycling circularity and enhanced performance to a ~$65 billion market, specialty materials, and our patented biomass conversion platform that transforms carbon into sustainable materials for a wide range of end products".
>Origin Materials and Hordijk to Mass Produce PET Bottlecaps >Origin Materials Announces Strategic Customer Relationship with Berlin Packaging for Sustainable PET Bottlecaps Huge catalyst for **ORGN**.
ORGN, GGR, and NDLS; all very risky bets, but hopeful they hit. Would be nice if they all get to at least $1
"unprofitable moonshots" again, it's fine you know nothing about the tech ASTS offers. Comparing it to ORGN is laughable. You haven't seen the deals they've signed with AT&T, Verizon, MNOs in India and Japan. They've proven the cellular tech works on existing devices. 🤷
A few years ago there was a similar kind of hype around ORGN and look what happened basically overnight. This is what happens when investing in unprofitable moonshots. Sure you might get lucky that the company turns into something great or you happen to cash out before the hype train stops, but you have realize that this is luck and not skill and prudent investing. Surely not something you should advice others about.
What are y’all’s input on ORGN ?
ORGN ripping and I have no clue why
What is happening with ORGN ?
I’m hopping on the ORGN train, it’s penny pump times
[Origin Materials $ORGN](https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/ORGN/) I tried to include a Chat GPT summary of what they do, but stupid reddit wouldn't let me.
You know how people buy into questionable stocks like ORGN and ACHR? Because these are hype stock with a possibility to recreate things like TSLA. Will they? Probably not, but that's the high were chasing. If a stock is already established, or have great fundamental, you're not getting that 10x return, because invest firm ren't dumb, have resource that outmatched you by million folds.
ORGN. Mentioned it on another post like this. I realize that turning left over tree residue from mills into petroleum substitute for plastic is kind of niche but still it’s hard for me to move off of.
Man... the company founded in 2008, went public back in 2021 and still doesn't have a meaningful revenue. Look at [their presentation](https://www.artiuscapital.com/documents/FG/artius_full/origin-materials/609827_Investor_Presentation.pdf) back then and compare with what we have now. They are just a power point and video company, there is nothing left of their lofty goals. The market can't wait indefinitely. I'm just saying it's risky, meaning that you're aware of the risk. I'd like to see a huge upside and bright future ahead, but realistically speaking, investing in ORGN is a dead money basically. You better choose something else. Like MSFT or GOOGL.
That $1 million YOLO into CLBR DD is one of the more interesting reads in this sub and actually seems pretty reasonable…but then if you look through OP’s post history, you realize he’s just some moron that’s upset ORGN is going to zero but won’t sell and wants to move to Italy because he spent a few weeks there on vacation once
It’s funny that the $1 million YOLO into CLBR dude’s DD is actually one of the more interesting reads in this sub…and then you look through his post history and you realize he’s just some moron that’s upset ORGN is going to zero but won’t sell and wants to move to Italy because he spent a few weeks there on vacation once
ORGN near all time lows. It will probably go lower. I might load the boat at 40 cents or lower, wherever it seems to stabilize.
My last one is TMC which is now 3 dollars. The only penny that I’m in under a dollar is Origin Materials, ORGN. They have a profitable pet cap business. Might be an acquisition target long term for a big bottler. Oh and I like STEM, power bidding software. They’re all risks though so do your own DD.
I'm shocked ORGN isn't mentioned here more often. Its actually a company that has a looooonnnngggg term thing going on vs pump and dumps.
Anyone have pennies that are down 70-90% that might have some form of hope in the future but aren’t worth cashing out on? What do you guys do? Hold then average down if it starts to get a little action? Or hold and cross your fingers? Or sell and put your pathetic leftovers into something else hoping to make it back. I have $OTLY $STEM $ORGN from last year that I never sold. Averaged down a month or so ago and they all dropped like 40% since then.
Still have ORGN warrants from the good ole days
For me, it's Origin Materials (ORGN). They are by far my riskiest stock (I also have fewest of them). I can't shake the feeling that, once they get going, they will surely blow up. But right now, they are burning cash and their production is ramping up very slowly.
&ORGN is for a green push. They convert wood to biodegradable products. (Sustainable alternatives to traditional petroleum based products. $HUMA, for niche surgery/transplant treatment for cardiovascular health. They use stem cells to make veins. They have been providing wounded soldiers in ukraine with them. HUMA is sitting at $4.85 a share ORGN is at $1.21 LOAD THE BOAT ON THESE COMPANIES.
ORGN Pivoted to lighter capex industry this year. They won't be able to fill that demand in a few years and will start producing revenue Q1 2025. Double-digit margins in their new focus of caps and closures and that will start to decrease their losses until they reach profitability in H1 2026. A lot of upside with only their caps and closures business but even more with their biomass to plastics business that will come after that. forbes article: https://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkobayashisolomon/2024/12/05/origins-biomaterials-alchemy-converting-wood-chips-into-real-plastic/
How much do we think ORGN will drop before it starts up again?

Sure! $KULR: KULR Technology Group, Inc. (KULR) is showing potential for upward movement today, driven by recent positive sentiment from being highlighted as a promising penny stock in the sustainable energy sector. The technical indicators are supportive, with the 10-day SMA at $0.306 and the 8-day EMA at $0.307, both above the current price of $0.31, suggesting bullish momentum. The MACD histogram is positive, indicating potential for further gains, while the RSI levels are neutral, reducing the risk of immediate overbought conditions. Given the broader market's cautious optimism, KULR could benefit from increased investor interest, especially in the tech-driven environment. For today's session, consider entering around $0.31, with a first target at $0.32 and a second target at $0.33, setting a stop loss at $0.30 to manage downside risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the stock's volatility and low volume, while the second target carries lower confidence given the broader market uncertainties. Keep an eye on volume spikes as they could signal stronger moves. $FREY: FREYR Battery, Inc. (FREY) is currently trading at $1.01, with technical indicators suggesting a neutral to slightly bearish outlook. The 10-day SMA is below the 20-day and 30-day SMAs, indicating potential downward pressure, while the MACD histogram shows a slight positive divergence, hinting at possible short-term consolidation. The RSI values are hovering around neutral, suggesting neither overbought nor oversold conditions. Given the broader market's cautious optimism and mixed signals, FREY may not align with the tech-driven strength seen in indices like QQQ. With no significant news catalysts provided, the stock's low volume and recent price action suggest limited volatility. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $1.02, with a first target of $0.98 and a second target of $0.95, setting a stop loss at $1.05. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the lack of strong directional momentum, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential support near $0.98. $ORGN: Origin Materials, Inc. (ORGN) is currently trading at $1.46, with technical indicators suggesting a bearish outlook for the day. The 14-day RSI is at 47, indicating potential selling pressure as it approaches oversold territory. The MACD histogram is negative, reinforcing a downward momentum. Recent price action shows a consistent decline from highs around $1.83, with the stock struggling to maintain above its 20-day EMA of $1.49. Given the broader market's cautious sentiment and ORGN's weak volume, expect further downside. Enter a short position at $1.45, targeting $1.40 initially, with a secondary target of $1.35. Set a stop loss at $1.50 to manage risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is high due to prevailing bearish indicators, while the second target holds moderate confidence given potential market volatility. $LAZR: Luminar Technologies, Inc. (LAZR) is currently trading at $0.8321, showing a bearish trend with the 12-26 MACD line below the signal line and RSI levels around 45, indicating potential further downside. The stock has been under pressure, with recent candles showing lower highs and lower lows, suggesting a continuation of the downtrend. The broader market's cautious optimism doesn't seem to be lifting LAZR, as it remains disconnected from the tech-driven strength seen in indices like QQQ. With no significant news catalysts provided, the focus remains on technical indicators, which suggest selling pressure. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $0.835, targeting $0.820 as the first price target and $0.810 as the second, with a stop loss at $0.845. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the prevailing bearish momentum, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential support levels near $0.820. Continuous monitoring is advised, as unexpected market shifts could impact this analysis.
Sofi, I’m up about 10% so right about $7. MDAI, I’m in the warrants when they were going with a different company as a SPAC so around $.75 😮 ORGN $1.55.
SOFI, MDAI (only because I’m down so much. Just hoping I can get a little more back at some point), and small bit of ORGN (bought back in recently as they appeared to be turning things around a bit but had possible bearish news today depending on perspective).
Don't let them get to you. You only need to avoid penny stocks as a rule if you are risk adverse or don't know how to do DD. If you understand what you are doing and the risk involved, they can be a great way to make money. I'm up will over 100% in less than a year on ORGN (even after today) and a few others including LPSN, RR, and ASTS. I bought ASTS when it was under $3 and look at it now. Reddit used to dump on that stock and now it's some kind of golden child. That said, be sure that you \_are\_ learning and actually doings some DD and risk assessments not just buying what some reddit sub pitches you.
Origin Materials could 10x when they announce who their big customer for their bottle caps and closures is before year end. Speculation is PepsiCo. Then a customer for their carbon black tyree would 2.15x Then a partnership to build OM2 would be another 10x Brining stock price from current $1.55 to $333. $ORGN Not advice.
Yeah I liked my selections although I wont lie some of the "community" suggestions had me wanting to invest. Specifically $ORGN, which I did, and $STEM, which luckily I did not! But yeah, top voted comment being $SNAX was a yikes hahahah
Is origin materials a long buy? ORGN making moves, it was up 50% a day ago.
Been averaging down on ORGN for a couple years and now I’m bigly green. Feelsgoodman (don’t ask about my DNA)
On a mostly unrelated note, i didn't get in early enough on ASTS or RKLB, but ORGN is doing the same unusual green uppy thing this week and i grabbed that one. Let's see if it turns into a real company some day like these other cool kids
ORGN up 16% today, too bad i only had $30 worth
$ORGN appears to be shadowing $ASTS by about 6months. Both these plays coming together around the same time after being in hell for years... :)
ORGN gna splode like ASTS. Plastic from cardboard and wood. Carbon negative. There ya go.
hop on the ORGN train before you miss out like you did with ASTS
ORGN the new ASTS, hop the fuck in now it’s not too late 🚀🚀
If to want quadruple your investment in 2 years, check out ORGN. It’s a slower moving process for black carbon production, but the PET cap business is starting to explode. It’s a home run over the next couple of years.
I only buy shares of public companies aka ex-SPAC: $SHMD, $OPTX, $AMBP, $ORGN. I never buy shares of normal not-yet-merged SPACs. I also buy a lot of warrants: $AACTW, $IPXXW, $CAPTW, $MRNOW, $GPATW. For me, people losing interest is a good thing. Because I can buy much more shares/warrants at a lower price. I don't care about price jumps. It's a 'get-rich-quick' type of mentality. Back in 2021 many people came to the market hoping for the quick buck. The people's attention was around hype and price jumps, totally ignoring company's fundamentals.
Generally speaking, which SPACs does this sub like? I feel like ASTS went so under the radar because almost everyone (outside of this sub) dismissed SPACs entirely after the bubble burst a few years ago. I’m thinking there could still be a few gems out there that are oversold simply because they are a SPAC/exSPAC… I’ve kept an eye on just ASTS, TMC, and ORGN for the most part
There was ASTS but that’s popped off now. I’ve got my eyes on PCT, ORGN, SOFI, DHC and RKLB but I haven’t done anywhere near any DD on those compared to ASTS
I'm currently doing the same thing with ORGN and hope one day to make a post such as yours 🫡
I'm currently doing the same thing with ORGN and hope one day to make a post such as yours 🫡
Lucky you. I decided between ASTS and ORGN.
I last played ASTS around $5 but neglected it after the short report. Not buying near $2.50 was a huge mistake as i still believed in the potential but hey... hindsight is 20/20. It's great that there's still SPAC success stories!! I did buy heavy ORGN at .50 though, for a quick 100% based on their incredible cash and book value at that price. Whats the next overlooked ASTS / ORGN ?
$ORGN Origin Materials these guys have created a new branch of the Carbon Based Materials sector.
ORGN. They make carbon negative plastics from waste wood and biomass
ORGN is going to be the next BIG…. Bio-mass conversion into negative carbon plastics. Huge!
