My AI Slop Analysis: **\[QTEX\]** Deep Dive #2 — HARD AVOID The first dive called it at $1.61 when the internet was screaming mini-GME. The stock has since bled another 45% to $0.881, and every mechanism that was going to drive it lower has now clicked visibly into place like a machine designed by someone who specifically hates your portfolio. Here is what you are actually looking at. A failed Israeli life-support device company that spent four years proving it could not sell its product, filed thirteen separate equity raises since its 2021 IPO to keep the lights on anyway, and then in May 2026 put on a quantum computing costume and ran headlong into retail Twitter. The costume worked for about three weeks. The stock went from $0.37 to $3.85 and then physics reasserted itself, giving back 77% off the peak. The officers sold $371K worth of shares into that pump — the CFO and COO cashing out between May 27 and June 1 at prices ranging up to $3.51. Not a single one of them has spent a personal dollar buying shares at the current $0.881 where, by the company's own quantum-narrative logic, the opportunity has only gotten more attractively priced. Funny how that works. Zero open-market cash purchases in the past year against eight insider sells, and the most recent insider activity is another 550,000-share grant issued to an officer who already paid himself $321K worth of stock at the $3.37 peak. The people who know every line of this company's books have had months to buy at prices 75% lower than where they sold, and none of them have pressed the fucking button. Before you think about touching this on the dip, understand what's on the calendar. Twelve days out — August 6 — is earnings, the first look at whether any of the commercial momentum announcements translated into actual recognized revenue. The company has now disclosed three separate commercial transactions and every single one of them came with a disclosed dollar amount of zero, nothing, absolute zip. The CEO did promise that revenue would exceed the most recently reported annual revenues of certain publicly traded quantum computing companies, which is a sentence you can make true with a $5,000 purchase order since some early-stage quantum hardware names reported under $500K in their first year. The current TTM is $289K against a $49 million market cap. If August 6 prints a genuine surprise, the thesis cracks. If it prints another quarter of sub-$100K, you have your answer. Any position into that date is a pure event trade — size it like the coin flip it is, not like a thesis. Thirty-four days out is the Annual General Meeting on August 28. Most of the agenda is insider-pay theater: raises for the CEO, RSU grants to the Chairman, director fee bumps across the board. The load-bearing item is a proposal to increase authorized share capital. They already have 55.7 million shares outstanding and enough warrants and grants outstanding to push the fully diluted count to 77.9 million — a 40% dilution overhang sitting above the float right now. They need more authorized shares to keep the machine running. This is not a growth company raising capital for an acquisition. This is a company asking shareholders to vote on the next batch of paper before the current batch finishes printing. On July 21, the company filed to register 6.79 million additional shares — Armistice Capital's warrants from the February 2026 private placement, exercisable at $0.70. Those are already in the money at $0.881, which means Armistice can convert and flood the market at any moment they choose. On the same day they filed yet another employee stock plan registration — their fifth or sixth such filing, because you can apparently never have too many grant spigots aimed at your existing shareholders. The one genuinely clean piece of capital structure news: the 1.64 million IPO Warrants at $5.50 expired worthless on July 15. That is the complete list of positive developments. The new board member, Dr. Shlomit Chappel-Ram, is the real deal — formerly VP R&D at Nano Dimension with hands-on AME hardware experience and peer-reviewed IEEE publications. She is the most substantively credible addition since the rebrand. She is also exactly one board seat inside a structure built around serial dilution and a management team that has put zero personal cash into the stock at these prices. The situation that did not exist at the prior dive has now arrived: three consecutive closes below Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid threshold — $0.906, $0.886, and $0.881 on July 22-24. The rule requires thirty consecutive closes before a formal deficiency notice lands. The company already burned through a prior 180-day cure window before the May-June pump rescued it. This time the pump already ran, already failed, and the retail crowd has gone completely silent. The cure options — stock recovers, reverse split, or another equity offering — are all bad for anyone holding at current prices. The AGM to approve more authorized shares falls about a week after the rough end of the recovery window, right around when the deficiency notice could be arriving. Revenue is $289K TTM, dilution is structural and accelerating, insiders treat it like something to sell, not accumulate. **Scalp:** August 6 earnings is the one real event trade in the window. If the commercial order dollar amounts get disclosed and surprise upside, you get a pop worth playing with a hard floor below $0.75. Sized like the binary it is. **Short:** Structurally correct, tactically difficult — borrow is expensive and a single unnamed-partner press release can spike this 40% intraday before you can adjust.

The quantum play is built around a technology called **AME — Additively Manufactured Electronics**, which is essentially a sophisticated form of 3D-printed electronics. Following its acquisition of the AME platform. From what I understand Medical device engineering — especially for life support — demands extreme reliability, miniaturization, and precision manufacturing in harsh environments. Those same capabilities translate well to building wiring for quantum computers, which operate at temperatures near absolute zero and are equally unforgiving. The AME platform they acquired bridges both worlds. They are in advanced discussions with one of the top five global quantum computing companies evaluating QTREX's AME-based interconnect components within the partner's cryogenic refrigerator architecture. They also recently received approximately $1 million from Israel's Innovation Authority to develop a **native RF dielectric material** for superconducting quantum computing connectivity — focusing on high-density, low-loss RF signal routing inside cryogenic environments, targeting connectivity bottlenecks as quantum processors scale. I don't know could be a pump and dump, but the 10 million investments they got at a 1.5$/share feel like a good floor considering the recent price action.

“We are pleased to welcome a new global institutional investor at a pivotal moment in QTREX’s transformation into a quantum hardware infrastructure company,” said Dagi Ben-Noon, Chief Executive Officer of QTREX. “This financing strengthens our ability to accelerate the commercialization of our AME-based cryogenic interconnect platform, scale our newly acquired AME capabilities, and support research and development across quantum and other mission-critical hardware applications”

You're way off, not sure where you get your research from, but you're missing some pretty significant details. Current revenue sources: the ART100 is actively deployed in a handful of hospitals in Israel and America, where they receive revenue from initial sales and reuseables. The AME platform reported two fresh sales for about $1M in paid revenue, both with ongoing revenue streams. More importantly, there is about $18M that can be unlocked in warrants from the IPO if the stock reaches $5.50 (and another $2M or so if it goes to $6.875 from the underwriter warrants). AND, they are actively negotiating sales/licensing for med-tech assets, which likely was initiated over a year ago; hence they were shopping around the shell of the company for a pivot or merger. Med-tech assets could be substantial. ALSO, they terminated both of the dilution chanels that they could have redily used to raise futher funds were they in need. Of course, a public company can opt to raise funds without warning at any time: especially to capture opportunities due to momentum runs, but the actions of the insiders indicate that $QTEX has been setup to operate without additional public offerings in the short term.

Missing something. The CEO of Inspira was also a coinventor and former CEO of NNDM, QTEX (formerly IINN) bought the AME platform from NNDM, absorbed it into the shell of IINN. There is much more than just "quantum in the name", but you could spend like 20 mins reading recent filings to understand this.

•r/pennystocksSee Comment

There is cash coming soon from sales of the med-tech subsidiary, revenue from both the med-tech and AME platform, and potentially about $20M in the trade able warrants of they hit $5.50 (and underwriter's at $6.875).

After digging through every AI platform I could find, $QTEX looks way more unique than I first thought. Their AME tech may be one of the only real ways to solve the deep-freeze wiring/interconnect bottleneck in quantum computers. Huge move yesterday, yes. But compared to other quantum names, the valuation still looks tiny.

Mentions:#AME
•r/wallstreetbetsSee Comment

If QTEX can successfully position its AME technology as a "picks-and-shovels" solution for this market, its valuation could be based on multiples seen in high-growth semiconductor and deep-tech infrastructure plays, rather than medical devices. The Base Case Projection relies on the company successfully monetizing its medical assets in 2026 to fund the quantum pivot without significant shareholder dilution

I'm not going to plug in any fresh buy orders before Monday comes around since I still need to observe the news headlines and see how the war in the Middle East continues to unfold, but amongst the several dozen watchlist names that I'd like to have, if I had to narrow it down to only a select few, I'd say that these are my first priority if the non-oil market stabilizes: ROK > PH > AME > RRX > LFUS > CMI > HUBB (in this order) Those are fresh additions on top of my other 300+ positions that I already have, which is already quite industrial-heavy.

They dont market themselves as such, but it seems like their current technology has many use cases in the coming robotics boom: Robotics companies will need: Highly customized, compact electronics PCBs, sensors, and antennae that fit tight, irregular spaces inside robots. Rapid prototyping and iteration To design and test new robot components quickly. Lightweight structural parts Materials that reduce robot weight for efficiency. Miniaturization and precision Especially for drones, surgical robots, or micro-robots. Low-volume, high-mix manufacturing Many robot parts are produced in small batches or bespoke configurations, not mass-market runs. What Nano Dimension can offer: Additively manufactured electronics (AME) (printing unusuallmultilayer PCBs, antennas, sensors) Enables compact, curved, and custom-fit circuit boards for robots Micro-precision 3D printing (ceramics/metal) Could produce tiny gears, nozzles, and housings for robot joints and end effectors Rapid prototyping of electronic + mechanical components together Allows robotics firms to iterate on designs faster Pick-and-place SMT assembly + inkjet systems Supports small-scale electronics assembly for specialty robots Strong cash position + acquisitions Can invest or partner in robotic components tech This could be a really good buy right now.

There are several factors, some are stock speicifc and others are me specific. BSX is a growth play and WM is a recession play. I have wanted to open positions in each for some time but haven't had the cash until today. BSX has a huge pipeline of products coming to market (either developed in house or acquired through M&A) that I think will pad revenue growth for several years from now. WM: everyone needs their trash taken away and they have stable and steady contracts and I see them as a safe play. They have solid management, which means as much as any number. My own portfolio is lacking in healthcare and industrials (well, I'm in ETN & AME) and these are the ones I thought would be best. I considered ISRG, SYK as alternatives for BSX.

Pretty big selloff on this one. Worth looking into it more.

Selling a spread, to an extent yes it will mitigate risk as your max loss is capped, but again the long put/call of the spread will also have high IV which means you're limiting credit collected and defeating the purpose of going purely short of collecting high premium. So again, I re-iterate, it's better to sell puts on stocks that you want to own. I agree, SPY is a solid wheel play. But wheel on any garbage stock (Just imagine wheeling on GMC, AME back in 2021, you're \*\*never\*\* going to break even!!) is a bad idea. Wheel on any high IV stock just based on IV alone, is a ticking time bomb waiting to take you to the cleaners and leave you hanging.

AME will go up because of repeat Swifties clamouring to watch the movie and share their experience with other fans. Wall Street bets starts out with GameStop. Then jumps to a little diversification with GME, AME, BBY etc. Now I’m seeing people shorting the S&P 500. This group is getting closer and closer to actually investing correctly. Hopefully it will end with nobody doing calls/puts and buying index funds. Then they can brag about their 1% increase from time to time…Thanks for the entertainment APES!!

Making money off the delusional has been a pretty good bet these past few years. I didn't buy into GME when it was $4 or even $17 but when it got to $40 and then $80, on fanaticism, I bought. Same sitch with AME. I heard about DWAC later in the day so bought at $40 before selling at $100. My broker didn't convert my RUM over until this morning so I only got 25% in 4 days and not 40%... The underlying principal is, when an entire group of people goes full on fanatic to the point where they are willing to be delusional, ride that initial wave but just hop off way way early. Don't play their delusional bet, just play the fact that they're delusional.

I've been geniunely shocked in the BBBY hate and doubt on this sub. The only thing I can figure is that there is a large population of salty bag holders who bought in way too high on GMC AME BTC etc and are triggered and angry by being too much of a cuck to go in on LITERALLY ANOTHER short squeeze getting hyped up by the media as a "meme" stock. Beyond that, it's insanely undervalued at 13$ STILL, all it has to do is keep going up for the short sellers to tap out and then it EXPLODES. It's right out in the open

I sold all of my Russian and US (AAPL, AME, PG, KR) stocks after the release of the latest CPI report, luckily there was simultanious deescalation at that time; and converted all rubles to USD at media of 76. I short a futures on our dollar index (RTSI) when it seems too high for my taste since then (we don’t have a lot of liquidity in options in Moscow exchange, but a lot in futures on index, USDRUB, and Brent). I expect not-so-moderate sanctions and further tension that would lead to high hike at about summer-autumn (usually those nasty things in Russia for some mysterious coincidence ( ;) ) happen about quarterly expiration) so I'll be able to sell dollars at high rate and fix high percent (15-17%) in long government bonds (bonds in Russia are nominated in 1000 rubles or 1000 dollars so that's a thing retail investor can do too). Then I plan just sitting on them waiting for the low of resource cycle to buy some Rusal, Nornickel, Alrosa, Polymetall, Severstal, NLMK, Novatek, Tatneft, Phosagro and maybe Sberbank. Also there is a planned IPO of Sibur, major Russian chem company, I'd buy it too. As of now I'm ready to enter long pos only with RTS futes when I see London buying our ADRs at the open of their session and holding no longer than intraday - I've got major 2008 and 2014 vibes simultaniousely) Though our exporters would only benefit from the falling ruble, but the uncertainty of sanctions is hard (in sping (8th March or April, don't wanna lie) of 2018, when Deripaska was sanctioned, all index was down 20% a day.
