Running thesis has been that whole "run" from March 30th to 2 weeks ago, about 2 months was an artificially engineered climb so Taco can win the war (because Iran's top play was closing Hormuz, which they hoped would tank the US and world economy due to oil prices- at least cause a major recession). But we can print all the money in the world and Taco can summon his billionnaire CEOs to get them to keep the money in the market to prove to the Iranians that the market not only won't tank, but will go up, so they failed. That was their only chance to win. Now, Warsh comes in 1 DAY after the signing of the deal. Coincidence? Think not. This is the perfect excuse to "correct" the market (that was fake to begin with). In the history of the installing of a new Fed Chair, at least going back three decades, the market almost always pulls back, and the average pullback is about 6-10%. Very few (maybe only one) new Fed Chairs did not result in a major market decline in the first year. And they can't keep this thing running up forever, or else it would be a bubble that popped. The engineering has to be there to keep the favorability up without causing a 2000 dot com bubble burst. So this is the perfect chance and opportunity to blame it on Warsh while the market pulls back 5-10% again, if not more.
