there are a few ways (each has inherent risk) for the sake of just providing some examples of passive income in crypto i wont get into the risk side of these but please people DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE INVESTING. lending your crypto in platforms like cel or blockfy can get nice apy 3 - 20% returns depending on the token you are lending (for eg. SNX on CEL nets around 20% apy (if you hold 15% of your portfolio in CEL) iirc. staking is another way, you buy a token (say ETH or ADA) and stake the token to earn a % apy (typically in the 5% range) you could also become an LP (liquidity provider) on a DEX, the rewards for this vary but it has been very lucrative in the past. rewards are dependant on the volume.of the pool and your % share of the pool. yiu will earn rewards based on the fees paid during swaps. yeild farming is another way. this involves providing liquidity to protocols such as curve or balancer and letting their smart cintracts direct your liquidity appropriatly. This has become very popular in recent times. its probably the META atm tbh. if you want 500 usd passive income (im gling to assume you want weekly income) ill use a small % APY as i personally believe that lending is the least riskist way to make passive income. 500 x 52 = 26,000 per year earned. at 3% APY you need around 900k worth of asset to acheive that. Of course that is a low APY so 100k for 500 worth if weekly income is very doable but risk factors increase

This is the most META post I have ever seen, and I've loved every sentence of it
So the META is complaining about being poor and not getting moons, to get upvotes, moons and money to invest in scam coins and then going full circle? I can make it
100% so I'm super happy the maturity of them both has created a bigger emphasis on understanding that both projects goals are similar and the end game is creating a better world system we can all enjoy. There's no need to fight and the work these projects are doing ultimately benefit each other. I would rather D7 than G7. Imagine 7 strong decentralized interoperable ecosystems. That's the potential we have, and it's better than a single ecosystem becoming the META and is much more vulnerable.
