If there are no buyers or sellers of said contract, but people HAVE the contract, then the price is whatever you THINK it’s worth. And it’s up to the seller of the contract to either not accept your “bid/offer” or accept it and fulfill it. Fulfillment would create a data entry of “1 contract sold at 0.01” meaning the price is essentially “0.01”. Same with if you are selling it. Nobody HAS to accept your price. But it WILL get fulfilled if they BID at your asking price. Nothing can hit 0 or else “EVERYTHING” would be free. Value is determined by those who SEE the value. Then you ask question. “what is the value of my monetary data in relevance to……….” Plus security, plus what I put in, plus what I mine etc etc. it’s supply and demand TO A DEGREE. The dollar is only worth what the creators of the dollar want to make it word and HOW they want to tether it to other things.

actionable? I am not calling for any action. I trade, I know price action. I am just simply making others aware. Long positions don't sell to the BID on heavy buying action that is rising.......they join the Ask. And they certainly don't ladder down their sell positions when price is rising. It's like watching a tug of war, which is why BTC is caught in this 55500 +/- vortex right now, which will eventually resolve. What you will see is when it breaks the thousand barrier, you will see huge covers and then FAST climbing price action, possibly to +500 or +700 or better. Then the shorts will assume new short positions and start over. This will be the motion for some time, until more heavy buy volume moves in. They are actually doing a decent job of trying to keep the price down. I just want people to understand, that, NO you don't have people that held coin from 61k, 60k, 59k etc and are now selling off with odd price action at super low prices........any that do are the small exception at this point.
