Well, I don't own the more expensive digital lands but I do mess around in a few games: Upland - The earliest one, I have a good chunk of properties in this game, but it really is a game; since the point is to flip properties to earn more money to flip more properties -- forever, until you either fall behind or die. OVR - This one I like because they have a AR NFT collecting minigame thing, but I do own 3 properties. You can use their editor to build little attractions on them and see it using their mobile app. It all works, but I really don't know why someone would use it. NextEarth - Bought some squares, you're supposed to be able to put down artworks on them but I haven't been able to get that to work... What would you use these for? I have no idea personally. They're just blockchain toys to me

Hmm I was thinking more about projects where you can "mine" value by providing data. Should have specified that. But while we're at it - in OVR you basically buy the digital copy of a real world place? I'm not too much into all that Metaverse stuff but this does sound interesting. No I don't think so, just buy ones that haven't mooned since the Meta story broke. Coin Gecko has a categories section where you can see all the metaverse tokens in one place. OVR is still great value imo

Multimedia consumption in the Metaverse is the future. I'm excited about everything, SAND, Mana and recently OVR and shown me what the future will look like. Using the OVR app to hunt for Rario NFT bats was really fun. Now, I can't wait to fully experience it with VR headset.

Exactly this. I'm an old gamer and played Axie as soon as last year before they implemented Ronin. I knew that it would kinda work, but it's nowhere near any non blockchain game quality and enjoyment wise, it's more like a chore, playing to earn. I stopped after 2 weeks and held Ethereum I got from selling my Axies. Things like Mana and Sand are really UNENJOYABLE and 100% hype. They dont have no value, but they're overpriced ATM. I hold ILV though since a month cause this game is like an heroic fantasy Axie on steroid, but since it isn't even in beta yet (next month if they follow roadmap, release 1st semester 2022) it is probably priced OK, but could dump on a sectoral rotation. Bright future though if your timelapse is now to 6 months in. An alt Season could blow it up, a Bear market will kill it though. I also hold ENJ cause that's actually a fine project that didn't go parabolic yet even if we got like 50% in 2 weeks. It's worth it in the end. Also holding ENJ DOT child, EFI, which is probably still a good investment. Then I have some OVR as a bet, not sure about it but it didn't fly off yet. Point is that besides ENJ imo everything is dogshit or not ready yet and will probably bubble pop in a few weeks. It's too late to enter on big caps now, maybe not on ENJ, especially with today correction. Look towards low caps to ride the trend, but trying to spot next trend is probably the best use of your time now. And next trend will probably either be ETH2/L2's and their dApps, or a Bear market shorting Fest. Good luck, ATM it's shaky and you'll 100% need it.
OVR is a decent one that hasn't pumped like mad. Elon Musk keeps wearing OVR gear so I assume he's on board, that might not be a good thing to you though!
OVR - It's a metaverse project that I found and invested a lot on January and got pretty much attention recently.
Seed torrents using BitTorrent. Earns some BTT. You can join Idena which gives rewards when you verify that you are human. You also have a website called play to earn where you can find games that pay you crypto or nfts without any investment. Try also OVR which is basically like Pokemon Go for crypto (collect chests for tokens). A lot of ways actually.
You can check RARIO if you are interested in digital sports collectibles. They recently enabled A Pokemon Go style Treasure Hunt on the OVR Platform. You can collect Silver, Gold, and Black cricket-based NFTs all around the world. You can keep them or you can sell them on their marketplace. It will pay off well. recently one silver pack which is worth around 2 $ has been sold for 111x.
This is how I'm thinking too XD like, I own IRL land; and I'm not dropping what is equal to a good chunk of the down payment for it for a Decentraland. If it goes big, I can accept that I missed that boat; I'm on other boats it's fine. But there are a couple I am involved in, Upland and OVR.ai, but that's because: A) the properties are like $5-10 bucks B) **NOT** on Ethereum, C) You can ACTUALLY get some neat places since Expanding on C, which is the reason I even have any virtual property; I don't want to own them because I want to make money, I wanted to own a tiny virtual square of the Kennedy space center because that has intrinsic value to me. Plus with OVR I can put a gigantic rocket dick or something ridiculous for anyone who actually might go there (if ever), that's something worth paying for

I like the idea of OVR - when AR glasses are widely adopted think of the possibilities of another layer of reality over the current physical one
OVR and it isn’t even close. When they get on Coinbase I’m looking for 20-30x Metaverse that has actual layer over the real world that games and advertising is on. Going to rent out my space in the future for advertising and also create some fun for my kids.
Both are profit able imo. I invested in WILD and AXS both of them helped me to make some worthy amounts. Beside that I buy sports based collectibles. For example Rario is offering the first licensed cricket NFTs. OVR starting to really move again, up 4% on the hour. Ranked #700, metaverse crytpo doing a lot of AR projects, and building th e first 3D VR map of the entire world. Perfect example of a low cap going under the radar while everyone screams about SAND and Mana. Only 1.5% of my portfolio but a decent low cap play.
