Most of the volume came from IndoEX https://international.indoex.io/trade/WEBD_USDT - It would be impossible to have any large orders filled on it since there's virtually no support. Most likely someone bought a bunch and then it shot up, but now it's crashed back down. Also the volume is really really low
A lot of coins on coinbase are showing the same drop around 5am EST this morning and it seems to line up with WebDollar (WEBD) huge price jump. Since I've never heard of WebDollar, I'm guessing some whale/company decided to make their own crypto and pulled all their assets to pump it?
I tend to favour low-cap gems that are doing actually useful things. As my idea is to hold long term, I don't look at today's price graph, but whether I think the project may go places or not. This is my low-cap list: SCRT, PHA, ADX, FIO, NAV, GEO, AIOZ, WEBD. Let me know if I am missing any other interesting emerging project.

I've got $DVT bags doing see-saw. Up 1 cent today and then below a cent some days later. Another one is $BET. My bag is kinda stable but I'm not so worried here since I already stake $BET for monthly dividends in BTC & ETH every month [Earnbet](http://htttps://luck.earnbet.io). My last frustrating bag is $NIM & $WEBD. They run on sort of the same MO but kinda look stagnant. I've got loads in these bags and this is where I plan to get my Lambo from.
