What happen s /d to NEM and Symbol?
Symbol (XYM) vs. Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) [2021]

There are still projects with old-school values out there, they're just harder to find and have to fight harder to get traction. I've always been a big fan of NEM and now XYM - they happen. To be hosting a conference in Japan today, keen to see what news comes of it... Legit projects that prioritize building over price and profit don't have much appeal to most of the folks in the space these days..
In no particular order, DERO, XCH, XYM, GBYTE. There are specific reasons why each of these have prospects, and I would allow that getting all the way back to ATH might be improbable in some cases, where the early distribution collapsed the price. But I think they could do well in the bull regardless.
NEM and XYM are on the failed list.
Surprised to see so many coins here that are far from dead, for example LSK, NANO, IOTA, ICX, NEO and POWR. I mean they might not be doing so great in terms of price but they are definitely not dead when you look at their development, community and exchange listings. Opposite even, some of them are very active and have even gained new big exchange listings last months. Anyways one of my old fallen darlings is XEM/XYM.. looked so promising. I've held a sizable portion since 2017 and it's recent death still confuses me. Weird too since it's really hard to find any information about it.
1M Hoge 1M Messier M87 1M Catboy 1M Bitcoin 1M Ethereum 1M Symbol XYM 4M FIAT One week later. 10M back to crypto
NEM and XYM. Straight up shizcoins with no shame or game. The dragging out court case of XRP is testing my fortitude. And XLM behaving more and more like a stepchild.Lol.
Sorry, couldn't resist: I haven't heard much from Dash, but NEM mirror dropped into Symbol (XYM) and IOTA has been pretty active starting two new projects, Assembly and Shimmer. Sometimes these older projects with big communities come back a bit. We'll see...
NEM/$XEM and Symbol/$XYM... after that huge ~$400m Coincheck hack 2018 (wasn´t NEM's fault) it has transformed from "cryptoworld's darling" into a meaningless, disregarded wallflower.

What is going to replace fiat at ATM is vouchers. Stop trying to sell crypto for capital gains. Hold for over a year. Become Swiss: (Convince gov reps to do consumption VAT, corporate and individual flat taxes. No capital gains on crypto.) Yes in it for the tech. DYOR into SCRT, XYM, XCH. DYOR into Kraken, Kucoin, Okcoin exchanges.
You missed IOTA, XCH, XYM, TRX 🤔
NEM (New Economy Movement) was big in 2017, especially (we were told) in Japan. They've since morphed into Symbol (XYM) and had a mirror drop for NEM holders in 2021...
they´re halfways active at Twitter https://twitter.com/nemofficial, while even NEM's/XYM's own subreddit /r/nem is a ghosttown meanwhile. So imo this project is somewhere between "disregarded wallflower" and "comatose"...
I’ve only ever received one, $200 of XYM for holding NEM. Swapped it for Eth right near the top 🙃
I have some XYM from the XEM airdrop on Binance. It was never listed on Binance but it's in my wallet. The only available action is to withdraw the coins. I assume that the same would happen if all trading pairs of a certain coin would be delisted.
I have added 12% to my stack over the last 3 months through delegated harvesting on XYM, SO YES, IT IS!
Ah, so that's what happened. Similar to NEM when they dropped XYM last time then.
XYM wallet? You could join node to earn fees
Don't blame you. Luckily I didn't buy much so I'll ride it out till near vlbreakeven (including XYM drop)
Not hearing much love for symbol (XYM) even though its pumping a while now
I think CoinEx has XYM/USDT trading pair
where can i get rid of my XYM? i have some on binance but they arent trading it
Working at a Japanese exchange, people there like XYM, bought some XYM. Not bad sensei
anyone else feel like they've been ignoring XYM for way too long?
