yeah, this is supremely dumb and I feel like I'm constantly cheating and printing money all the time. I had just to withdraw 40K two months ago for a large expense, which I would normally feel and adjust my budget based on, and it'd take a year to recover that expense savings contributions and stock gains, as I have a modest 300k (for my age) in my individual porftolio. but my porftolio is basically BACK AT where it was BEFORE I withdrew the cash, like nothing happened. prior to that I had been spending money like water - multiple michelin star restaurants, going out to eat, taking vacations, etc etc. with an automated credit card payment every month. my normal income was not enough to support this so I had to basically transfer 5K of money from my investment every 2 -3 months to ensure my statement balance was back to zero. Yet my investment account kept rising ike 10-15k a month. not normal at all and enforcing bad spending habits on my part.

I doubt it did intentionally. From the volume activity and sudden dramatic dip into an evened out slight recovery, tells me that the big million or so volume (1,157,292 shares which was followed by 404,754 and 626,201 into the bottom of that dip...though tbf the big one followed 411,673 sale so it might've been THAT one that triggered the whole nonsense and the million one just made it far more dramatic than expected) was sold RIGHT after 10-k was released, in the hopes of two things. A) trigger the high odds of a lot of stop losses being set right at or near current market price at closing in anticipation of the stock shooting up or crashing to maximize profits without too much risk and ignored stop loss hunters being dipshits...and B) make people actively watching the stock flip tf out about the sudden dip to sell quickly too without actually reading the 10-k to increase the drop. Allows someone who got such a large volume to trigger this to have a WHOLE bunch of short calls ready to fire on the date they knew we were all anticipating news one way or the other, and made the bet to work with it to ensure they get a massive windfall in income at the expense of everyone else. Was a pretty fucking smart move, tbh, even if underhanded as shit and definitely stock manipulation knowing how most investors would have it set up for at that time. But there you go. Rest would see that dip, panic, sell, make it worse, those in the know would just buy BACK in, like the 296,464 volume that bought back into the dip halting that collapsation and bringing it back up a bit...and now it's evened out again in the upper $0.50's range. So yeah, whole dip was artificial. However that doesn't mean the stock will recover even if the meeting shows very strong promise tomorrow morning, it depends on investor confidence more since all plans are long term rather than a short turn around. Another thing shortshits are banking on. Whether that means it'll bounce back up and exceed what it was or not, remains to be seen =/

Honestly, having worked in the US tech field for years, watching my friend have to jump on a plan to India, to train the people who were taking their jobs, so they wouldn't lose their severance packages because their jobs were outsourced... it's kind of nice to think that, maybe...just maybe, some US tech jobs might actually find their way BACK to the USA, because of this. Most companies look at the bottom dollar, and there's no way you, as an American, can really compete with a whole war room full of Indians doing tech support for 5 dollars a day. So, basically, the 100K would be enough to make a skilled programmer or two in the USA, just as viable, even competitive, compared to bringing in a skilled programmer from India. This isn't meant to throw shade at India, because, honestly, Pakistan, Ireland, and many other nations got on the cheap tech support for multimillion / multibillion dollar companies bandwagon, during the 90's and 2000's and the tech bubble burst... I foresee another one of those coming, when AI can generate more than slop and code you have to spend more time debugging than writing. So, on the most positive side, I don't see this as anything more than leveling the playing field for American techs, who somehow managed to survive the dot com bust. Now, if only the American companies involved would actually hire American workers, instead of throwing out 100K fees... but, I doubt that. Even Trump doubts that... The secret sauce here is most of the tech firms all have Indian CFO's and CEO's, who only believe in hiring "family"... so, in the end, it's probably not going to do a lot of good for the American worker, because they'll just pay the fee and write it off on their taxes as a business expense.
