Lightbridge is going to own the patents for nuclear fuel efficiency / optimization and power output control with a safety bonus to boot. They're developing multi-reactor fuel options to work with a bunch of different companies, and are already working with the US government and Idaho National Laboratories to bring next-generation nuclear fuel to market. They're uniquely placed right now to allow companies like OKLO and other to do what they do, but without having to actual get the nuclear fuel (uranium miners) or complete the build-outs and build reactors (OKLO, etc.). Basically, LTBR is a next generation nuclear fuel power enabler that will own hundreds of millions of dollars worth of patents for licensing. Notice as well how closely LTBR trades with OKLO, and also the absolutely calculable channel that LTBR is currently at the bottom of and what's in the news cycle right now. Nuclear is the future, and LTBR will enable it. I play it throughout the year both options and shares. Right now I'm light only with 2,000 shares and few options, but that's only because I've been running metals up and am gaining there. Good luck. And congrats if you read this far. Usually people dismiss this stuff. Look into it yourself. Cheers.

My energy holdings: TPL (oil royalties), CCJ (uranium), LEU (haleu producer), LTBR (LEU before it growned up), MP (rare earffs), UUUU (Uranium + rare earff)

OKLO and LTBR the only publicly traded ones. Aside from them, Newcleo and Curio which are partnered with OKLO. Based on what I’ve seen, Oklo can expect up to half.

Let me give you a pro tip: LTBR calls. Look at the chart. Overlay OKLO. Look at the world today. Calls are cheap right now. Buy far out of the money and let them ride. Deep into 2026. Good luck.

I did this about five years ago. I picked a sector I believed in and spread the love. In my case I bought uranium. DNN, UEC, UUUU, SMR, URA, URG, URNM, LTBR, CCJ, and a wildcard with GSAT (satellite sector) Overall my mini fund is up crazy. You just need to find an industry you believe in and pick a mix of established players and new guys with growth potential.

Maybe check out: SMR, RVPH, ACHR, LTBR, and TGEN

The opportunity is real but the timeline is longer than headlines suggest. Here’s where the money will actually flow: **Near-term plays (2025-2028):** 1. **Constellation Energy (CEG)** \- owns the plants Big Tech is restarting. They signed Microsoft's 20-year, 837MW TMI-1 deal and Meta's 1,121MW agreement. With 24 reactors up for renewal before 2035, they're the incumbent that actually has operating assets. Stock already up on these deals, but more renewals coming. 2. **Uranium miners** \- Cameco, Kazatomprom. The supply chain is constrained and SMRs need fuel. No new major uranium mines have opened in a decade. If SMRs scale, uranium goes into structural deficit by 2027-2028. This is your commodity leverage without picking an SMR winner. 3. **Regulatory consulting firms** \- The bottleneck isn't technology, it's NRC approval. SMRs need site-specific licenses and Big Tech doesn't know how to navigate this. Firms like **Lightbridge (LTBR)** that specialize in regulatory strategy and nuclear fuel consulting are quietly essential. **Mid-term (2028-2035):** 4. **SMR manufacturers** \- **NuScale (SMR)** is furthest along, first US SMR approved by NRC in 2020. Problem: their first customer (Utah) canceled the project. But now they have Amazon's $500M commitment for Washington state. Still risky - no commercial deployment yet. **Oklo (OKLO)** is Sam Altman-backed and pursuing fast reactors; riskier, but if they land more deals like Meta's, it's a 10x play. 1. **Modular construction/fabrication** \- SMRs are factory-built. Companies that can mass-produce containment vessels and reactor modules will be critical. Look at **Doosan** (Korean, partnered with NuScale) and **BWX Technologies (BWXT)** \- they build naval reactors, similar tech, already scaling. **The actual bottleneck (and opportunity):** 6. **Grid transmission companies** \- SMRs need to be sited near data centers, but the grid in between is maxed out. **NextEra (NEE)** and other utilities building transmission lines to industrial clusters (Virginia, Ohio, Texas) will capture the "last mile" value. **What to avoid:** * **Pure-play SMR startups without signed PPAs.** The Google-Kairos deal is promising, but Kairos hasn't built a reactor yet. Same for TerraPower's Wyoming project (backing from Gates/DOE, but construction just started). Valuations are frothy on *announcements*, not revenue. * **"AI-powered nuclear safety" startups** \- regulatory bodies won't trust black-box AI for nuclear safety. Hype without a pathway to adoption. **Timeline reality check:** The first SMR units will come online around 2030 (Google's Kairos deal). Until then, Big Tech is mainly buying *existing* nuclear output (TMI, Clinton plant). The real SMR boom is a 2030s story, not a 2025 one. Bottom line: **Constellation Energy is your safe bet** (they have the plants, the PPAs, and no execution risk). Uranium miners are your leverage. SMR manufacturers are your moonshots - allocate accordingly.

My holdings: CCJ, LEU and LTBR for energy. CEG, VST and TLN for utilities. GEV and FIX for infrastructure.

I’ve only recently poked at some of the nuclear stocks. I’d add CCJ to your list for uranium although it’s run up like a lot of stocks in the nuke power area. Been looking at LTBR, too, but it’s a gamble on early pre-revenue tech in a mature industry.

I have a position in a few nuclear stocks - Lightbridge, OKLO, Centrus, Constellation, SMR, and a couple others. I opened the position around July. SMR is the worst performer so far, and the only one that actually dipped into negative from open. Best performer was Oklo, at one point reaching 200% gain, now to about 100% gain due to the recent dip. LEU and LTBR are also great performers, they recently took a strong dip but peaked at around 100% a couple weeks back

I picked up some shares just to get them on my radar. I very much like the Integral Molten Salt Reactor Technology (IMSR). Be ware that this is a very long play. It might get fast tracked a bit and even then we’re looking at 2028 before things might go nuclear. Do some research and DD on them and understand that there’s a variety of small reactor designs that have progressed far beyond what was being produced in the past. Also take a look at LTBR which has an awesome waste recycling approach. I’m stepping in with all of them and have GSRT, GIG, OKLO, and HOND now. I’m not a nuclear scientist but I read a lot and stayed at a Holiday Inn last night.

I really have no idea long term, I just swing trade them, but I think LEU is probably the safest for a long term hold? LTBR is my personal favorite to swing, but OKLO of course, NNE, SMR, just pick any because they all move together more or less since its all just hopes and dreams at this point + the government keeps saying they want to invest big in nuclear and deregulate it

I partially agree with you here and your astute presentation! Solar takes up a lot of space though, and the small SMR option is not only “small” but has a dedicated base that is working very hard to make inroads. I understand the trepidations about Nuclear energy, but there are new and world class technologies developing not only SMRs, but a way to process and reuse waste in significant ways. Check out LTBR for effort. Yes, it’s going to take some time, and it’s best to just have all of them in your portfolio. Some might lose, but the winners will make up for that in the long term.

Congrats. If these are post tax dollars make sure you’re not selling out of positions until they’ve been held for a year and go long term. Definitely take some risk off the table and put 1/3 of it into VOO or VGT. Keep 75% of the rest in those names and then take the rest and buy crazy speculative stuff like BMNR BTCS BTBT SBET BBAI LTBR SMR RKLB (not nearly as spec) and some of the other wild crypto, energy (nuclear), Ai and space stuff that you see around here on Reddit. Raise swings at some stuff with smaller positions that can 5 or 10x. I’m not joking. Those are emerging industries that are going to lead a massive next Industrial Revolution and the opportunity is huge. They won’t all hit and you see WILD swings but when you have that much you really need some big risk with a small portion of it that can give incredible returns. If it goes to zero, take the losses to offset the huge gains you have and it helps with the taxes. That’s a pretty favorable downside scenario with an upside of potentially turning $150 or 200k of it into another million on a year or two.

I was dumb enough to buy LTBR back in the day. Nuclear is always "going to explode" until it doesnt and it turns out the CEOs job is to pump hype so they can fundraise from suckers. True. We saw momentum right after superbowl commercial announcement and the controversy and attention that it was getting. It then got more attention after superbowl. The company then created more obfuscation with the lab purchase and peptide manufacturer. Then came last week's downdraft when it got taken down along with other momentum players like PLTR, OKLO, LTBR. However, this just shows that HIMS is about spin and perception. There's still more room for it to pull a Theranos before everyone figures it out and they go the way of also rans.
