Is anything I said untrue? Why do you think almost all drug development is in the US vs EU? Again who will develop new drugs if there is no profit at the end of the tunnel after spending billions? This is why Boston and NC are the biotech “Silicon Valley” employing millions and not somewhere in Europe. The idea of cheap copycats is again, great for consumers short term, It’s not great for future drug development.

Maybe. Or maybe went woke going broke. Chris also had a really good record, at Intuit before PYPL. Maybe Dan Schulman just f\*\*\*ed the company up so badly for 8 years with his woke decisions that it became beyond recovery. Attempting to take money ("fine") from its own customers (!) for posting misinformation or cancelling a data center in NC to protest their bathroom bill. The Board let all this happen for 8 years until the misinformation fine sparked public outcry and they nudged him out. Maybe that means some or all of the Board are woke and that's why Chris couldn't fix it enough. Is PYPL still working with ADL and banning groups they deem hateful or far right? If so, then the focus still isn't on returning shareholder value. Good luck to you though.

ASML relies on US patents. They can’t sell to anyone without Washington’s approval. Novo Nordisk is rapidly falling behind Eli Lilly in U.S. market share in the weight loss space (Mounjaro is best in class). Losing them wouldn’t do much since Eli Lilly would simply assume the Novo factories in NC. Airbus parts is both ways. You can’t make an Airbus without U.S.-produced specialized parts that can’t be easily replicated. So I think your examples are rather weak tbh

So the BLS released it. https://www.bls.gov/news.release/cpi.nr0.htm I know the last few (since the shutdown) were cherry picked Only showing Gasoline, new and used vehicles for Oct, and Nov. This set is the complete list. Which means everything that's not Gasoline, New and used vehicles is not accurate. Even with that... we're seeing increase of Utility (Piped Gas) - Think Natural Gas to your homes, has increased 10.8% fo the year, and went up 4.4% from previous months (keep in mind, that's 4.4% above September's numbers). Here's what's keeping the Durable goods numbers down. - (All items except food and energy) - New Cars and Apparel. New car prices hit a "record high" in December, but units sold dropped by almost a million units. (Dec 2024 sold 16.8 million, in Dec 2025 expected was 15.9 million) So, even with this increase, no one is buying. The cost increase wasn't based on any actual value, just increased sticker price. Apparel, was up this year, by about 2.05 month over month (seasonally adjusted) https://nrf.com/media-center/press-releases/cnbc-nrf-retail-monitor-s-december-data-shows-strong-holiday-season-spending If we want to talk about housing/shelter costs, we have to talk inventory. Raleigh NC has seen a 54.5% increase in housing supply (for July 2025). It's not really a sellers market anymore. In most of the metros around the country, we're starting to see massive inventories (higher than 2017 levels) and the prices are starting to drop. But not fast enough to counteract rent prices. Where the average cost of rent YOY is up 7.52% from 2024 according to iPropertyManagement.com. According tot he St. Louis Fed Housing prices peaked in Q4 2022 at around 442,600k for the median house price (new residential sales), and have been trending down since then. Our last numbers are for Q2 2025, and they are $410,800. They won't release the new numbers until Jan 27th, 2026. So we'll see how far they've fallen since then. The BLS seems to think it's at around 3% higher than last year. Dropping interest rates, doesn't seem to make up for the fact that most americans are looking down the barrel at $500 natural gas bills. This is while the Pacific, and Mountain region has had a relatively mild year so far, but the East, Midwest, and South Central is up. month over month in usage. With Gas fired power generation being stressed by the energy consumption of the Data centers. The numbers have dropped slightly depending on the weather, but I don't foresee the price going way down anytime soon. the overall trend has been up, and will continue to be up for the foreseeable future.

I meet random girls on the internet who somehow line up with moves in the stock market. Unfortunately, I don't ever notice it until it's too late. There was Kandi who I met just before that stock pumped around 2020ish. There was a girl from Vale North Carolina who I met just before Vale pumped. There was the 2 girls named April I met just before the April second tariff sell off. There was that random girl that knocked on my door trying to sell some home security system, this one I actually caught and made 20% on. There was that one girl who picks ginkgo (or was it ginseng?) that i met just before cathy woods bought into and pumped a company that does the same thing. Got a BJ from Cathy Woods' doppelganger (worse BJ ever) There was Mooresville, NC which is where Lowes is headquartered around 2020ish, that shit is still pumping. Most of those companies are pretty much worthless now, tho. Except Lowes.

Yes, had this just happen recently. I live in NC and there is an old Silver Mine that I had read about years ago that has not been worked in over 100 years. With silver going up, I thought hey, maybe I can see if the land is for sale and I can buy it. lol Turns out, some company already bought it, and has started working on it - company is Metalsource Mining out of Canada (MSM on Canadian exchange, SFRIF on OTC) It was just backed by Eric Sprott who is big in the precious metal business. Anyway, I don't want it to sound like an advertisement, but I put a small bit of money on it a few weeks ago and this thing just keeps going up, have a 60% positive return on it!

I watched this video a while back. I cannot vouch for the results it claims but Iit was interesting at least for the thought process and analysis. Really you will need a large data set of trades to analyze so it’s going to be data intensive if you are going to just “trade earnings volume” across the market. If you have some specific stocks you follow very closely it might be e easier to gauge technical support / resistance levels to make an educated guess. https://youtu.be/oW6MHjzxHpU?si=NC1_H422Uce6S_1k

There’s 4 level 3 charging stations with at least 6 chargers at each station scattered around my city of only 300k in NC. Small rural towns, sure, but any decent sized metro has at least a couple L3 stations these days. Plus, in my 3 years of owning an EV, I’ve only charged twice at a station when I wasn’t on a road trip. Most EV owners are going to charge at home, as economically it doesn’t make much sense to L3 charge all the time.

Tough to have a perspective either way as housing is (generally) very localized. Homebuilders are buying up large tracts of land, permitting, and building like crazy in certain parts of the country like eastern NC, but are getting crushed in other parts like Tennessee. It’s not 2008 anymore and a systemic housing depression is highly unlikely.

Florida, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama all have comparable medical care to anywhere out west. If you live in rural California you still have to drive probably even farther than someone in rural NC for good medical care. Nobody moving down to the “south” from places like California, NY, NJ, Mass are moving to real “rural” areas. I doubt homie with $300k+ in home equity would move to rural Missouri. He would probably end up near the coast.

Eh, NC is travelling the same path as Virginia before it. I don't think the research triangle is what people are really referring to, when they say "the South."

Well we did see home values on the higher end increase significantly in the few covid years. 500k home now selling for 700-800k or million in some locations (NJ, CO, NC, TN). So in 4 years, hou have squeezed out 200-300k equity minus seller fees, and the cost in terms of taxes, upkeep, and mortgage. In the end you got 100k maybe lol. But like anything that is a gamble. Not all markets have behaved like this.

Honestly I am starting to feel more bullish then ever. We suddenly have Politicians talking about THC and taking action at federal and state level. This hemp things going to cause a massive issue if it doesn’t lead to some kind of further reform or S3. Many states looking to ignore the Fed ban and implement their own regulations. States like TX, FL, MN, NC , SC, MA, KY, CO Theres probably more but thats what I have off the top of my head. These are some huge red states, and if S3 isn’t passed it will kill their carve outs. This would see like a political disaster for Trump, and go against his entire leave it to the states stance. So I don’t see that happening , hence S3 incoming or some kind of reform.

Quite possibly have to pay 280e tax. It would depend on how the state decided to setup up the framework, it might not necessarily follow how cannabis is setup at all. We could still see products being sold in retail stores. Too early to say for sure though. Keep in mind that there are states right now with a big hemp economy that have no medical or recreational cannabis like NC. So them selling in state legal dispensaries are not even an option.

What? Those were the days when 1 in 4 homes were a foreclosure boarded up now selling, each day up and up and up, every Highschool kid got $100k to do a computer job after reading 1 book. Houses kept rising people kept getting more money and buying more homes. So much money nobody knew what to do with it but buy extra properties. Then 07 came and there were more homes built than buyers to buy them…the top was reached. Prices went down, people couldn’t sell at lower prices since no down payments were required in all those no doc no down loans. Zero down!! A guy making $7 per house living in his car bought a th with $700.00 for the inspections. These were my clients. A dude making $100 a month passing out Bible type books on the dc mall bought 8 properties no doc no job no down. So market crashed. You could see it coming 6 months ahead, the rental market crashed.  Then the hushing market crashes. Then the stock market.  I don’t see any concerns only major green flags for AI and crypto. There is a help wanted sign at every business here in NC. 10k jobs open for computer programmers. Tariffs  bringing in major $, lowering rates here n there is great, govt is now saving billions vs loosing billions in fraud. The world is going to change with AI more than the car phone and even internet. This is IT. Crypto…Biblical

Nancy came in at +70.9% in 2024 in 10th place. She was 9th place 2023 at +60.9%. Her highest ranking was 6th place in 2021. 1st every year is a Republican as far back as reporting goes. One of the big things I think DB's has going for it is the drive through, speed component. I think the bar for Trump to truly get burnt on a market correction is much higher than y'all are imagining, and you can give a major courtesy to 2022 for this here too. -35% by the Nasdaq with inflation edging up by a bit, but not going nuts like 2022 did, likely keeps Ossoff safe and flips the NC Senate seat, but doesn't get you much of anything else (might could get the House, but I'm beginning to have doubts).

There will be some weather catastrophe that will affect millions of homes in FL, SC, NC and/ or TX. One of the state insurers of last resort will become insolvent. Insurers will raise premiums drastically and simultaneously drop millions of homes from coverage. Insurers of last resort will stop accepting new customers; many of these homes are now uninsureable and hence unsellable. Property prices go into an insane downward spiral. Banks are forced to mark the value of their mortgage portfolios to market taking trillions in write downs. They are forced into emergency capital calls. Contagion spreads throughout the finance industry, insurance and reinsurance in 2008 redux. Panic sales of assets reduce indices by 30 - 40%.
