Now you are getting it. And I hope the passive investors who stop by do to. Grifters have noticed the dead money. Getting listed and getting inflows are part of the business plan now. It's not just SpaceX. Carvana is another notable ones. Even sectors like uranium have companies like NNE just straight bankrolled by passive investors once they hit the right indexes.NNE has like 5 employees. MSTR another one solely set up to dilute investors to prop another asset up as a Treasury. We are in a low regulation space. And more fundamentally when a strategy works eventually people learn how to game it until too many people do. The risk isn't one company doing it. It's a lot until all the sudden you have a big percentage of your wealth paid as rent to conmen. An ex-grift fund would be fantastic.

Also, why does UEC hover between $11 and $14 when it is the very material that companies such as OKLO, CCJ, NNE, etc., will ultimately need to rely on?!

Definitely GOOGL and Rocketlab I'm also in a contest with my partner, however, purely for a 30-40 year plan. I'm more interested in technology advances like Quantum Computing Inc., IONQ, and Dwave and what surrounds it like TSCM and Uranium (NNE, OKLO and UEC) With a bunch of ETFs and companies that can pay dividends.

I'm not even shorting anymore but seeing NNE down 25% this week gives me warm and fuzzies

How will OKLO, NNE do in 2026? Are they in any way related to XOM, CVX ?

You can “CAN” get lucky. I STUPIDLY got lucky and then the rug got swept right under my feet! Just as FAST as I saw that $14,000 PROFIT I watched it SINK 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had a call contract I think 2 of them on IONQ when they were at $44, it went up to $70+ and I closed those contracts at a $5000 profit, I used that $5000 to get some BWXT at $190, it went up to $221 and some RGTI AND NNE I once again STUPIDLY did not close out on NNE when I got the stock at $19 and it soared past $50+ also RGTI. My account was as high as $15,700 When RGTI, NNE, IONQ all soared. Then it was nothing but bad news about quantum computing, and NNE had some problem with dilution in shares. Lesson learned… DO NOT JUST HOPE IT GOES BACK TO WHAT IT WAS WHEN YOU ARE DOWN $1000, GET THE FUCK OUT! This was the FIRST time I’ve invested in contracts and boy did I learn my lesson. I closed out everything at $7000 but still huge kick in my Ass! And now I have to deal with my bf blaming me why I didn’t have him close out his contracts when he was at $44,000, literally 1 month before he gets laid off work. Not that me being a female knowing not nearly 1/1000 of what he knows has anything to do with it being my fault! Everything is always “my fault.” Of course I woulda told him to close out all his contracts because the LAST thing I needed was another off season of his to be in a financial rut! This was back in October around the 5th we both should have gotten out. I did learn, just not enough to regain nearly what I lost. Now I have to hear him cry all day, and figure out ways to help him for the 3rd year. Damn sick of it

Don’t forget NNE

Not to piss on the parade but this is a rehashed version of this DD found on substack by Invest with MEH. That being said at the current price of 2.70 and a market cap of 170-180M, you're basically getting their AI/HPC business at a valuation of 90M while they already have 55MW of power available as of today (scaling to 70 in the future) at their Alabama site. 1MW of power typically goes for 1.9-2.2M per MW, you do the math. As OP mentioned they're scaling this 220MW by 2026 and 400 by 2027. What OP didn't mention is that they own their own power plant and actually own their power, not lease or rent, they own it outright which is a big deal when comparing it to other plays. OP also didn't mention they have 3rd business apart from colocation and arms200 (which is being developed in partnership with SuperMicro one of the largest providers of server racks), is neocloudz, which is basically a pay as you go neocloud launching also in Q1 of 2026. OP also didn't mention their lack of debt (0 debt and 90M in cash), not a lot of other plays boast this. They also reported EPS profitability so they're not pissing the cash away. OP also didn't mention that they have an agreement in place with Nano Nuclear (NNE) to get small modular reactors to power their sites. At $6 it might have been fairly valued given the lack of contracts, at 2.50-2.70 it's undervalued indeed.

Based on the current fusion sector landscape and the specific requirements for a 2026 NASDAQ listing, a realistic valuation for American Fusion (currently RNWF) upon opening can be broken down into the Market Cap (the value of the whole pie) and the Share Price (the price of each slice). 1. The Opening Market Cap: $750M – $1.5 Billion To open on the NASDAQ, the company needs more than just patents; it needs "institutional weight." Looking at 2025–2026 peers, here is how the market is likely to value the company: * The "Floor" ($750M): If the IP is valued at $500M, the market typically adds a 50% premium for the "Team and Potential." This is a baseline for a successful uplisting. * The "Target" ($1.1 Billion): This would grant the company "Unicorn" status. For a fusion company with 238 patents and a 10MW commercial prototype, this is the realistic "sweet spot" where institutional investors like to buy in. * The "High" ($2 Billion+): If the company announces a major partnership (e.g., with an AI hyperscaler like Microsoft or Google) before opening, the valuation could mirror peers like Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE), which is currently trading around $1.6 Billion despite being pre-revenue. 2. The Opening Share Price: $5.00 – $8.00 While the market cap is determined by the company's value, the share price is a choice made by management via a Reverse Split. As we discussed, the NASDAQ requires a $4.00 minimum bid. However, opening exactly at $4.00 is considered dangerous because a 1% dip would put the company out of compliance. Management will likely aim for a "Safety Buffer." * Most Likely Scenario: A 20-for-1 Reverse Split. * Math: If the "Post-Cleanup" price is $0.30, a 20:1 split results in a $6.00 opening price. * Result: This gives the stock plenty of room to fluctuate without falling below the $4.00 NASDAQ requirement. 3. Valuation Comparables (The "Why") To understand why these numbers are realistic, look at the "Fusion & Micro-Nuclear" class of 2025/2026: | Company | Status | 2025/26 Valuation | |---|---|---| | TAE Technologies (DJT) | Merger with DJT | $6.0 Billion | | Nano Nuclear (NNE) | NASDAQ Listed | $1.6 Billion | | Oklo Inc. (OKLO) | NYSE Listed | $1.8 Billion | | American Fusion (RNWF) | Uplisting Target | $0.75B – $1.5 Billion | 4. Factors That Could Drive It Higher The "Roadshow" we discussed will be the ultimate decider. The opening price could "pop" significantly above the $6.00 target if management delivers on three specific things: * Direct Energy Conversion Proof: Showing that the Texatron can produce electricity without a steam turbine (this is their biggest patent advantage). * D-He3 Supply Chain: Confirming they have secured the rare Helium-3 fuel needed for their aneutronic process. * Data Center LOIs: If they have "Letters of Intent" from companies needing 24/7 power for AI, the valuation will be driven by scarcity—the market is desperate for "Firm" clean energy. Summary Verdict Upon opening on the NASDAQ in late 2026, you should expect a ticker like AFUS to trade between $5.00 and $10.00 per share (post-split), representing a total company value of roughly $1 Billion. Would you like me to help you calculate how many "Post-Split" shares you would own if they decide on a 20-for-1 ratio?

Which company doesn’t it’s not like there are a lot of fusion companies look at NNE that is fraud

Happened to me with $NNE, sold my long held options for months when it hit $46, made a hefty profit, was going to try and swing trade it for the first time, it sold off like i thought, but next week it only came down for a few days, following week it hit into the $60s. My thesis of when everything would peak was so dead on accurate and even exceeded expectations, i just failed to capitalize on my euphoric bull case scenario I got lucky and rolled profits into some REE stocks with that money, few weeks later those topped out, i was determined not to let the same thing happened then that week everything Rare earths broke down. Port was at 120% on the year, i round tripped the profits and i’m at like 45% on the year. Learned my lesson in both selling too early and round tripping easy portfolio doubling profits.

I am currently a shareholder and I believe in the overarching goal of nuclear power. The one thing that makes me cautious about the company, and the industry, is the fact that our government is looking at alternative energy sources. We saw in 2020 when Biden ran for election that he promised mass movements towards an EV infrastructure and he made little progress there. Many presidents have spoke on moving away from Oil/Nat Gas but their lobbyists lead them away from actual change, or doing anything positive for the environment. A lot of those EV companies pumped and dumped during his time as president, and I fear that these companies will be similar. We've seen the skyrocketing prices of nuclear stocks and their valuations. But then we could see projects take to long to develop and a crashing interest in the stocks or the industry itself. What does interest me is the fact that we are going to have to figure out someway to generate the energy for the data centers that are currently being built. Meaning that they may be forced to start the actual development of these nuclear programs, and the reason why I've heard about similar developments from people who work in the industry. I think that the momentum of these companies continue to climb as the hyperscaling continues. But I am weary to be believe these will be giant revenue generators any time soon. Until then, the volatility allows for some serious swing trading on stocks like NNE, SMR, OKLO, Etc.

I don't have PT because it's missleading, specially if they do offerings etc. But without offerings, and executing the plan, at least 1B market cap. I base everything in market cap. It deserves higher spot than BITF, it sits at 2.5B. DGXX has partnership with SMCI, Peter Lynch trust too, NNE (nuclear) and it's a completely sleeper. It's the next IREN; IREN sits at 17B, probably 30B soon, DGXX will follow, from distance, but not unreasonable to play catchup, be 5B soon. Other AI HPC like CIFR and those, they just valued by future growth, they promise lots of stuff in the future, that will be DGXX soon, but with a track record, because they are starting to put GPUs to work this next month. I'm talking every day about DGXX in X, I'm super bullish, 90% port, the rest 10% is for plays like going ASST today (1.46 => 1.7) and that. Don't know if I should ride GPUS tomorrow with my 10%, but what I know is that my 90% port, basically fully port, it's DGXX.

Well I only ever invest in companies I believe in long term but a couple of times I’ve “full ported” into a position it’s always pulled back afterwards and I’ve been low on cash so I’m trying to be more disciplined. Asts for example I saw in the mid twenties, started buying from low 30s to 54/55 (got up to 900 shares) it jumped to 64 and then went on the down trend getting as low as 38, so I managed to get another 150 at that price but if I had been more diciplied I could of gotten at a cheaper price. It’s just hard when you believe in a company to not get in it as early as possibly incase it continues to blow up. I have no issues with being in the red or getting in early and waiting but physiologically it feels great always being in the green. I held 9k cash this last month, waiting for a pull back, eventually last Tuesday or the Tuesday before I bought 4.5k worth of NNE and Butfarm at 2pm only for the market to start crashing at 2:30 (I managed to average down a little bit) but it suck’s literally being 25% down on each, I should of started a small position and added to it slowly tbh. The only “hype” stock I hold is BBAI (4k shares) but I genuinely believe in the company so that’s just about waiting for contracts!

Had it happen with $NNE, major bullish news/momentum, institution dropped it from like a $50 price target to $6 within a day or two… price tanks from like $42-$35 where it was trending with a strong chart, that news dropped and it went down to $28. Within 45 days it went to like $46 to $50 then $60. So it had tremendous momentum + plenty of bullish news regarding centralized DOD/DOE + private sector buy ins prior to that event, price tanks and then it surged up. So just keep your eyes on the chart + news. If it’s nearing ATH, take your profits, don’t be faked out either. Happened to me with $NNE went full diamond hands, went to swing trade it for the first time, waited a smidge too long and then it went to $60 ATH. My thesis for the entire year was correct but i sold my options for a nice profit too early at $46 range…sold all shares around $56 to just get out/re entry slowly. Missed out on like another $20k somehow while also being entirely correct, just caught me off guard

Mentions:#NNE
r/wallstreetbetsSee Comment

Can you show me that leaked photo? This could also be damage control from that leak… I was balls deep in $NNE, on August 15th or so after near ATH retesting, one institution rated it a $6 stock after it had major bullish news + new higher price targets of like $50, it tumbled to $29 ish, and then shot up to $46, then $60 the last month. Another stock on this list. The big fish control the FUD and selectively time good news. This was a shakeout guaranteed IMO. It feels similar to what I experienced with $NNE. The chart was very predictable to me so I knew the daily/weekly patterns, when that happened I knew it was undervalued. Feels eerily similar…

Mentions:#NNE
r/wallstreetbetsSee Comment

This is how institutional money works, especially when it comes to centralized planning/affairs. It’s all about greasing palms, back door deals, synthetic manipulation, etc. I’ve been trading for 6 years, much more seriously the last 1.5 years, but most recently they did this with $NNE, one institution downgraded to $6 valuation despite mostly bullish news, that company could be a scam for all i know but the TA on the chart was ideal triangle patterns, even if its garbage (don’t think it is) this was done for major private investment/partnership stakes. And what do you know? The stock went from $41.85 July 24, the stock trailed down after a big late-mid month spike as it usually does down to $35-$36 and then what do you know like a month later it went to $46, and then ATH $60 ish the past couple weeks. If you know the patterns of how a stock trades + pay attention to the news (good and bad) you’ll know if its real FUD, a shakeout, or over/underhyped. $ABAT caught real momentum that was suppressed the second it could’ve gone parabolic. It’s healthy long term, but if you aped in the last week you’re very much discouraged from buying back in. I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes back to $4-$5, but i’m going to ramp up purchases once it regains a little bullish momentum.

Mentions:#NNE#ABAT

DOE grant of $52M, they already raised over $52M through public funds, i mean the stock shot up probably like around $700M in market cap, the company would have to be completely regarded not to have got what they needed from that. This is institutional/government/bureaucratic insider trading. Massive amounts of central planning + investments are going into this, they want to shake everyone out for a -50% haircut. If they’re able to extract lithium + OTHER resources through their proprietary methods, they will make billions + trillions. There’s a reason why all this happened in a week, and I can assure you it was because the stock was getting to much traction amongst non institutional investors. I was balls deep in $NNE, and after a ton of bullish news in August, one of the institutions dropped it to a $6 valuation when it was like at $42-36, it dipped quite a bit from that and within a month-45 days it shot up to $60 With these smaller cap stocks it’s about complete control as they can gate-keep the process for grants, private investment, partnerships, environmental impacts, etc

*"Of course I have to know what they were on!"* IONQ, NNE, OKLO, QBTS, QUBT, RGTI *"CCs are probably really best as an* ***exit strategy****."* I do fine with CCs on stocks that have lower volatility, more like where NVDA is now or lower. *"I'm getting a bit overwhelmed trading 3 accounts, and soon to be a 4th, and then maybe soon trading my sister's Rollover IRA.* *So just in the interest of simplifying my life, I'll probably cut back on the CCs."* I hear you. And along that line, I've kinda been meaning to ask, "Why not plow back your earnings into LEAPS rather than doing 100-120 DTE trades?" What are the advantages for the added complexity? *"Though I think I told you about the one guy's idea to sell them just high enough to cover the theta-per-day of the long Calls. That appeals to me because then there'd be truly no cost to using Calls over shares."* It may be appealing intellectually, but from a practice standpoint, I just can't be bothered to think like that. Don't get tied up in minutiae, or addicted to the Greeks, especially theta.

In this market environment when so many names are up 100%+ in a month, buy 10 call options for roughly $1,000, set a limit order to sell at $5,000 and be ready to adjust it upward if it starts rippin higher at a fast pace, while simultaneously putting $1,000 on 10 put options for the same security and set your limit sell order at $5,000 or higher. Keep riding the ridiculous high flyers and always maintain both sides. It’s a binary environment, you must hedge every trade in this environment.
