I don’t know where you get the idea that FemaSeed has a minuscule market potential. According to the latest CDC data, there are approximately 400,000 Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) cycles performed in the U.S. annually, the vast majority of which are IVF in 2022. This isn’t even including IUI treatments. You think that’s minuscule? As for Fembloc, it’s a different design completely. So really you’re just making assumptions. The only thing you’re sorta right about is FemCerv, but that really isn’t their money maker and nobody should be pushing it as such. The big thing near term is FemaSeed and them rolling that out in the US. FemaSeed has its CPT code. This is their path to profiting in the near term once fertility clinics across the country start to adopt and routinely offer FemaSeed.

NIH Backing, CPT Momentum, and FDA Fast-Track Potential Are Converging **Bionano Genomics Inc.,** isn’t just knocking on the door anymore, **it’s inside the room**. With NIH now actively using Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) in high-impact research like autism, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS posting a preliminary decision to reimburse **OGM** under a new Category I CPT code, the platform has officially **crossed from outsider tech to institutional infrastructure**. This isn’t hype, it’s validation.  **NIH doesn’t invite just anyone into its fold**. Their use of **OGM** signals that the science is not only revolutionary, but **essential**. When you combine that with CMS’s reimbursement momentum and a political climate where HHS is being pushed to streamline diagnostics, you get a perfect storm of credibility, urgency, and regulatory opportunity.  **FDA approval**? It’s not here yet, but it’s no longer a long shot. The formalities still need to happen, but the **groundwork is being laid in real time**. OGM is already used in Clinical laboratories certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), operating Laboratory Developed Test (LDT), and if NIH’s autism studies deliver the kind of results early adopters expect, FDA clearance could move fast.  **Bionano Genomics made the club**. It’s one of the boys now. And in this game, that means it’s going to be taken seriously, from reimbursement to regulation to clinical adoption. The **science made the case**. The system is catching up.  What’s changing now is **momentum**. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently posted a preliminary payment determination for a new Category I CPT code covering **OGM** for constitutional genetic disorders. That’s a major signal that the technology is being recognized as clinically useful and reimbursable, two key steps toward broader adoption. Add to that the NIH’s active use of OGM in autism research, and you’ve **got** **institutional validation at the highest level.**

Dvlt was being talked about heavily over last few days. I entered in .37 and got out at .8 a couple of days back. And entered at .85 got out 1$ last night post market hours. Just sort this sub by new and keep crawling and look at the users mentioning the tickers. Try to understand if it a bot account or not, then do some DD on top. Like ask chat CPT, if there are any catalysts or any news upcoming etc. I don't know to look at charts and all. Dvlt was supposed to reach 1$ or get delisted I think, so I exited dvlt at 1$ and came into dfli and pstv after market. Good luck.

One company that I order from - in China - has decided to prepay the Tariff fee via DDP: Delivery Duty Paid, and they charge me for that when I place the order. The other option is CPT (Carriage Paid To) wherein I pay the Tariff when my order reaches customs. In either case, I'm paying the fee. *I'm paying the fee.* To my own government. If I'm paying a fee to my own government, it's a tax. You're suggesting eliminating my income tax, but making me pay another tax. And if I'm not importing it, the company that did import it will increase their price to make up the loss. So I'm still paying the tax.

I asked Chat CPT to translate some of the filling into something i could understand **You said:** "Under the Business Combination Agreement Holdings will issue to the Heidmar Shareholders (and MGO’s financial advisor) an aggregate number of Holdings Shares equal to 16.6667 times the aggregate number of Holdings Shares issued to the MGO Stockholders. This ratio results in the allocation of 5.66% and 94.34% of the Holdings Shares to be issued to MGO Stockholders and Heidmar Shareholders (and MGO’s financial advisor), respectively." **ChatGPT said:** You're absolutely right to take a closer look at this sentence—it’s a bit tricky! Let’s break it down clearly. **Key Points in Simple Terms:** 1. **MGO shareholders will receive a certain number of Holdings Shares.** 2. **Heidmar shareholders will receive 16.6667 times that amount.** 3. **As a result, MGO shareholders will own only 5.66% of the total company, while Heidmar shareholders (plus MGO’s financial advisor) will own 94.34%.** **What This Actually Means:** * The **total number of Holdings Shares given to Heidmar shareholders** will be **16.6667 times the number of Holdings Shares given to MGO shareholders** as a group. * So if MGO stockholders receive **1 million Holdings Shares**, then Heidmar stockholders get: 1,000,000×16.6667=16,666,700 Holdings Shares1,000,000 \\times 16.6667 = 16,666,700 \\text{ Holdings Shares}1,000,000×16.6667=16,666,700 Holdings Shares * That’s why, after the merger, MGO shareholders own only **5.66%** of the new company, while Heidmar shareholders own the majority (**94.34%**). **What This Means for You:** * You **DO receive** the **16.6667x conversion rate** for your MGO shares. * However, because **Heidmar shareholders are getting way more shares**, your ownership percentage in the new company is very small.

Hi all. Anybody looking at CDIO? I find the current state enticing. In short: they focus on epigenetic testing to detect cardiovascular diseases. Catalysts to come: - a PR about a nasdaq extension to regain 1 dollar bid price to June 2nd 2025. There was a sec filing on friday. - 2 tests have been launched but no PR yet, CMS has to finalize their pricing decision by year end so that claims can start by January 1st 2025. In long: Epi+Gen CHD is an AI-powered blood-based DNA test that evaluates genetic and epigenetic markers to assess the three-year risk for a symptomatic CHD event, while PrecisionCHD aids in diagnosing the condition. Both tests have already been assigned unique CPT codes by the American Medical Association, 0439U and 0440U, respectively, which became effective in April 2024. CMS recently issued a preliminarily determination to price both PrecisionCHD and Epi+Gen CHD on a ‘gapfill’ basis. This decision, following the Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLFS) Annual Public Meeting held on June 25, 2024, recognizes the unique value of these tests. If finalized, this decision will be effective for claims with dates of service on or after January 1, 2025, and will allow Medicare contractors to determine pricing for PrecisionCHD and Epi+Gen CHD based on actual cost data from Cardio Diagnostics. The Medicare contractors will report to CMS preliminary gapfill pricing for calendar year 2025 by April 1, 2025. Looking ahead, revenue is forecast to grow 200% p.a. on average during the next 2 years, compared to a 22% growth forecast for the Biotechs industry in the US. They also got an extension from Nasdaq to regain the minimum bid price, to June 2025. This was filed on friday, but there hasn't been a PR yet. Volume has been rising this past week. Am I missing anything? What are your thoughts on this?

Agree that the banks have had quite a run and are close to fair value here. There are sectors that have been left behind that I see as good values here: \- Consumer Packaged Goods - Pepsi is down to under 20x fwd earnings, vs 25x or so normally, and paying a 3.1% dividend. Kraft Heinz is down around 12x earnings and pays 4.4%. \- Apparel stocks - Kontoor has been performing well, and is still only at about 12x earnings. If you believe that VF Corp can turn themselves around, they have a long way to run. \- Residential REITs are down based on the glut of new multifamily projects coming online in 2023-24, but new project starts fell off a cliff when interest rates rose, so the market will have time to absorb them and we should get good rent increases in future years. AVB, ESS, CPT, UDR, and AIRC are trading in the mid teens on a price/FFO basis, paying 4-5% as you wait for the supply/demand equation to tip back in their favor. \- Single location retail REITs are also attractive. NNN trading at 13x expected FFO and paying over 5%. O is at similar valuations and has a broader portfolio, if you want exposure to gaming or other subsectors.

??? Bro the people selling naked calls 99% of time is market makers which are price-insensitive buyers therefore part of smart money Naked call buying for retail could work too. U just gotta be a good trader. idk why op did this. Even as a bear type of guy, I knew not to short NVDA after first pop to 300-400…. It was obvious only way was up from there. Nobody who held would sell after such a huge gap up.. and so many short positions ducked + insane call buying and put selling. NVDA market maker book is crazy… it’s relevance to market recently. I woulda sold naked calls in any other stock lmfao. GPN, LNC, AES, NEE, CPT

I decided to ask both CPT4 and [Claude.ai](https://Claude.ai) about their estimation on a chance of default, GPT4 was way more optimistic. I made them to discuss between each other their estimations and finally they provided and agreed on mutually approved estimations: “After the thoughtful debate and rationale provided, here is a concise summary of revised estimated risks of a US debt default: 1-5 years: Risk of default or restructuring is very low but not negligible at 2% 5-10 years: Risk rises due to increasing structural fiscal pressures and economic uncertainty to a 5% probability 10-20 years: Risk continues escalating, moderately high at 15%, reflecting potential widening divergence between debt trajectories and growth fundamentals Key underlying drivers increasing default risks across time horizons: \- Rising interest costs and debt service burden \- Growing entitlements spending and health costs \- Persistently wide budget deficits requiring heavy debt issuance \- Increasing partisan divides and political brinksmanship Mitigating factors: \- USD global reserve currency status allows flexible funding \- Demonstrated ability for policy course adaptation \- Continued economic and revenue growth potential

Everything is pretty much nearly precisely correlated these days. I looked at residential REITs and compared them to each other and SPY. The REIT suffered the same decline at the beginning of COVID as SPY did. https://www.google.com/finance/quote/CPT:NYSE?window=5Y&comparison=NYSE%3AMAA%2CNYSE%3AUMH%2CNYSEARCA%3ASPY I found those REITs at https://www.fool.com/investing/stock-market/market-sectors/real-estate-investing/reit/residential-reit/ Sadly I suspect what you are looking for just doesn’t exist. If you want something that behaves like real estate I suspect you will have to own real estate.

Or just uncertainty, on the price variance. I really like PLD and CPT right now. I like them enough to be selling puts against them because I'm entirely comfortable owning PLD at 110 and CPT at 90. Been building a position in ARE, but that has been a bit different. I'm buying shares (25 at every go) here and there and will continue to buy as long as they stay below 110. The thing with them is that they have the most unique set of properties among all the REITs I follow. I know a few of their developers and I have been following them for 6 months now. Still, it's hard for me to form a solid opinion of their portfolio because they are focused on such a niche market. So I have been more careful with how I'm building my position there. Blue Owl and Oak Tree are solid lenders and they know what they are doing. I'm familiar with them as sponsors in real estate credit. To me, after a certain point, it became a matter of reallocating capital because there were simply better opportunities.

Hi r/investing, I'm a 19-y/o international student in the US. I'm interning over the summer, which means I've gotten my SSN and I'll be making about \~30k USD. I don't want this money to rot away in my Chase checkings account with 0.05% APY, so I'm trying to understand what I can do with it. A lot of internet research has led me to understand that opening a brokerage account is the best move forward. I'm planning to open an account with Fidelity, but if that doesn't pan out (it is tricky while on CPT), I might have to use the much-hated Robinhood for a couple years before I can move out full time. I have a few questions about the low-risk options I've seen. For reference, I study in CA, plan to work in CA (I'm in tech), and maybe move to NY full-time, so I know tax rates will be high. What should be my order of investing for maximum tax benefit? ROTH IRA, 401k (offered by my company), ETFs, Money Market Funds, CDs, Individual Stocks. Can all of these be done via Robinhood? I know Fidelity works for all. ROTH IRA: I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how this helps exactly, could someone just go into greater depth, specifically why this would make sense viz-a-viz a 401k? ETFs: I've heard of QQQ, VOO, VTI, which some of my friends are already invested in. How does this differ from an index fund? Is investing in these a good long term-strat, where I can just forget about my money? Money Market Funds: I was thinking of moving most of my money from my bank to an MMF like SPRXX, which has a 7-day yield of 4.79%. This almost sounds too good to be true, but I'm curious: is my money locked in for a certain period of time? Or can I liquidate whenever I please? How is this money compounded? Is it 4.79% over a year? If so, do I get any benefits if I pull it out in say 3 months? CDs: This seems like another fantastic option to just leave my money. New issue CDs on Fidelity have 5.35% interest rates in 3 months. Again, what are the pros and cons for these over MMFs? Again, how is this compounded? I do have a ton of other questions, but this is a good place for me to get started. Is there any other general advice I should keep in mind as I begin my investment journey? If someone is willing to mentor me, I'd be more than happy to DM.

I mean, I think never say never, especially with technological advancement, but it would have to improve a hell of a lot from what it is now. I know we call things like chat GPT AI, but really it isn’t. Humans still come up with the idea it wants Chat CPT to execute. It executes them using techniques it learned through machine learning, essentially according to predetermined parameters. One of the common arguments is that AI has to be emotionally intelligent which no current ‘AI’ is. In my opinion it also has to be creative which the current ‘AI’ is. Of course machine learning has come a long long way and is really useful, but it just can’t currently surpass our emotional and creative intelligence which I think are the most important things humans being to the table. For these reasons, I don’t think AI will replace our jobs, certainly not any time soon, however I expect within time it will supplement almost every single job making it easier and more efficient. I also think it’s important to acknowledge that technology does remove the need for humans in some jobs, like in production lines. But that’s not AI and there is still quite a lot of his man interaction on those productions lines.

To put things in a little perspective, it looks like you started investing/trading at the peak of a bear market. This is one of the hardest markets to start in, actively speaking; passively, it’s the best. A piece of advice I tell anyone who’s trying to actively trade, is to learn to love your losses. Those are your greatest teachers. Make it a habit to journal your trades and notate, at the time of entry, your exact thought process on why you entered. The same goes for your exits. Reflect upon your notes/screenshots and learn from them. If you missed the proper exits, look at why and try to adjust for the next trade. There is a reason why so many fail when they attempt to outwork the market, today more than ever, but if you can learn to love your losses, I promise, over time, you will build a discipline and find your edge, which will ultimately lead you to become a CPT (consistently profitable trader). Above all, focus on your health (especially mental), as your mindset will have the biggest impact on your trading journey. Feel free to DM me if you need to vent. Best of luck to you mate, you got this! https://preview.redd.it/3cuznqv910ja1.jpeg?width=1029&format=pjpg&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=27041c498257c7ab49f5c0cb509b7e80dcf2242f

Very few people do, treat it like a pre-payment of taxes on future gains. You basically paid for a million $ education and that is perfectly fine, just learn from it, adjust, only take small trades (hopefully in a paper account), become a CPT, wait for your A++ trade, size up, manage your risk, take profit and leave some on the table and you will GET YOUR FUK’N $ back from those bastards

CPT is a purely residential building, The Burj Khalifa is mixed use and the higher floors are so high up (1500 vs 2700 feet) that it would take someone in a private elevator like 40% longer to reach the top comfortably.

They are pretty close, but the key thing no matter if you buy or sell is what is your confirmation? I am a CPT and you have to assume before you enter a trade that you are wrong, this way you focus on risk management. So if you are right, what are you using for a confirmation? The problem with just candlesticks is you do not have the volume profile. As Edward’s & McGee say, volume is the steam that makes the choo - choo go

If you want to really trade, sooner or later you will need to learn from a mentor/Teacher. Usually after losing so much money you either quit or find a mentor. Find some free content on YouTube of traders that trade everyday, trade live that you can watch them and you will find that you like your style. Then you will have a 10% chance of being a CPT. If not, you will lose a bunch more than if you paid for the most expensive course.

CPT. Go with NASM and do a payment plan on the course. You can complete it in a couple months if you put the effort in and gyms typically pay higher for CPTS certified through NASM as opposed to other organizations.

It was and is, my boy! At first, it wasn’t just the door that was broken, but my heart. The DFAC has this wonderful banana ice cream that if my country called upon me to die for, I would. Fact it was the only reason why I went there. The nana banana nana. Stupid, but stupid good... but the Marines, theloneabalone, they broke the DFACs door, causing one side to pump and dump the entire load. And it’s not like you can just call up and request a reservation; I inquired and CPT. ChickletDick told me to “get the fuck outta my face, SmartGuy” and I was like.....”I am Smart, Guy” to which my CPT. did not find humorous. Even more so, ChickletDick found it so unfunny that she heckled me during my standup comedy routine about this, unfortunately the crowd was more responsive to her....but that’s besides the point, many chickens died; some futility because though the military taught me how to butterfly a person’s eyes from their sockets; the act with a chicken is much more intimate because I gained their trust but that’s what makes my TenderPack the right snack or meal, anytime, and every time. Because that’s our secret ingredient that others can never replicate — love. Yes, love; sometimes it can be tough but other times, it can be Tender — try our TenderTenders *today*! That’s when I thought, “Hey, DenseCumTwat? You know what people would love? What you got going on with these chickens but mixed with a Red Lobsters choose your own lobster style extravaganza.... but with an open safari type twist!” And what’s funny is that the most wild thing cooking isn’t the loved from birth to plate meals but liability! “Aren’t you afraid of scarring children? PETAs not going to like this! What if someone is eaten while attending the restaurant?” Well, to them I say life is about living, that’s why I killed all them chickens to hatch this bully of an idea. We even are considering a personalized type “know your meal” style scrapbook that customers can buy. Currently, the team continues to look at options and hope to have a location nailed down with a start to construction around Q3 of next year. It will be a trip; for some, to therapy, others, love.

I only count 9 whose chances were taken seriously in that article. IAC isn't yet big enough for inclusion and the no-no company was cited as a long-shot due to volatility and finances. Of the 9, three are now in (MTCH, EPAM, BRO) three months later. Mind you, only 4 companies have been added in that time, and that article listed 3 of them. MTCH apparently jumped 11% in September when their inclusion was announced, while BRO was more muted. That leaves 6 others: KDP, CSGP, GGG, CPT, NDSN, FDS and I'd guess a few of these will get in within months assuming they stay big enough when the next slot opens up. That's consistent with what FactSet advertises. They straight-up put out a "Prediction Signal" of potential inclusions and have been 60% accurate (inclusion within 6 months) since 2018. That basket of stocks has apparently [doubled the S&P 500's own performance over the last two years](https://insight.factset.com/through-the-looking-glass-predicting-sp-500-constituent-changes). It seems like the S&P has created a cottage industry for would-be front-runners. It surprises me that the market wouldn't have arbitraged away this advantage, and it also surprises me that the S&P 500 continues to outperform the broader US market anyway.

It has plenty of insurance coverage, almost universally covered. The issue is they were operating on inflated rates on temporary CPT codes (type 3). when the codes were approved for permanent status (type 1) a more in depth cost evaluation of the service was done by AMA/CMS and the rates tanked closer to what is reasonable given CMS valuation methodology. I don't get this recent mooning at all. It's based on the CMS MPFS final rule 2022, where they did not get the permanent rates they "want" (they shouldn't actually want them necessarily)...and the updated thinking of their device valuation shouldn't drive their reimbursement much higher than it currently is (or at all).

Another stock you might consider is $NNN it is very similar to $O except it pays slightly higher dividends quarterly (instead of monthly like $O). They have a lot of overlap in clients too. I like them both because there are a lot of companies that provide the day-to-day needs for people and would weather even the bad times just fine. Both of these you can just buy and forget about. $STAG looks interesting, but it appears most of its properties are distribution warehouses. From one of their reports 4% is Amazon, which I would consider very stable. Some of the companies I've never heard of. While they are leasing large amounts to single tenants, it's not like they will just skip rent and move out overnight. However, if times turn bad and a company goes belly up, then that could be a lot of square footage sitting empty. It looks like a good stock / company, but if the economy starts to slow I would have to keep an eye on it very carefully. Warehouse facilities are a dime a dozen. There's always a demand in good times, and always a glut of empty ones in bad... If you want to throw another monkey in the wrench, take a look at $CPT & $MAA both are nice apartment REITs. Good growth & dividend. People pay more $/sqft than a warehouse, and there's always a need for more homes as the population only increases.
