This seems like a result of lack of KYC checks being required by your business honestly. That’s what the rest of the adult industry as a whole has been facing issues with for past decade or so now. Especially when it comes to the larger card companies and payment processors who are under a lot more scrutiny than they used to be and don’t want to face an onslaught of charge backs because you sold a minor an adult item even unknowingly.
