I think your advisor is not bad. He recommended an SMA, customizable, to TRACK the Russell 3000 growth index. It’s not to BEAT, the index but to track so it’s good. I would recommend the Russell 1000 growth instead to capture a bit more performance. I would also recommend to do Direct Indexing at the same time if you through the SMA route, so you can generate heavy Tax Loss Harvesting.

It’s risky holding a biotech/pharma stock after a recent pump/run up. I usually just sell them after the FDA approval jump. I can usually buy back when they bottom out again. BEAT has a nice partnership with Samsung but now needs to demonstrate that they can translate this and their FDA approval to growing signed contracts/revenues. It’s definitely very promising to get in early on this but also risky.
The longer I hold on to $BEAT the angrier I get at myself. I keep avg’ing down and it keeps going lower and lower.

I got extremely lucky this year with some options and really nice runners. I have two accounts, my long-term holdings are up 148%, and my speculation account is up 165%. I didn't invest a ton of money initially, somewhere around $20000; its wild, seeing the accounts together equal over $60k. I got in on the BYND thing a while ago and used the profits from that to feed into BEAT, which is currently my most profitable runner. its up 338% atm with lots of room. I might get hate for this, but my two largest long-term holds are ACHR and NXXT.
Reduce it by 80% on their above numbers. It’s going to be at about 4.60-4.75 but it’ll rise quickly with that sort of buy in. You would own 10% of float if the numbers are accurate. Leave a supposed supply of 600k left. I don’t trust numbers due to rehypothetication. Also a big missing piece is the FTD data. People always believe that FTD data says this date. That’s just when they are due by. Also people read them wrong as additive. Each day there’s this amount to be delivered. They are accumulative so say by nov 20th there weren’t any there. They settled or hid them another way. But we won’t have those numbers for another week or so! Sooooo….. that’s how th Rey get you with FTD numbers. I hope I am wrong. Good luck to you all. A big tuna splash like that with $5 milly will move the price and cause fomo. Big tuna will splash in create a fomo run and use the fomo as exit liquidity and do all right I would suspect!
