Dude, chantix. I was a 25 year smoker and tried to quit about 500 times using everything in the book, patches, gum, lozenges, cold turkey etc... I started chantix in June of 2023 when I got sober and kept taking it everyday even though I was still smoking. You're allowed to smoke in them. After a while the cigarettes started to feel and taste like shit. I would stop for a couple days then have another but kept taking the medicine. Off and on I smoked until September 9th I had one and it was disgusting and I was sick of trying because they did nothing. I went out and bought a 0% nicotine vape and when I finished it, I thought there was no point in buying another because it wasn't doing anything but supporting my oral habit. I never smoked again but when I would have cravings I would take the chantix again right away and it curbs the cravings. After about 6 months off and on from chantix I stopped the chantix and when I have a craving now, it's not strong enough to do anything about because I gained so much of my health back from quitting that it outweighs the craving. CHANTIX IS A MIRACLE DRUG.

Indeed. I've been in this for a while, everything for data looks phenomenal I work in this space, and have made good returns from Schizophrenia drugs in past on Karuna and ITCI, this was a no brainer. It took some beatings with some pump n dumpers earlier this year and Taco Trump didn't help with his negativity on Pharma but the fundamentals are all lined up for a run. This could be like $DRUG last year that was hover at .82 then ran up to $55 in a week. RVPH is prime for a Big Pharma Buyout especially with their negative symptoms improvements better than Karuna's Cobenfy. I had started my position back at $3 and keep loading now at 21k shares at 1.21 and another 20k .09 warrants as yolo if news happens before December.

That's the thing. Every so often, this sub comes across a pump that makes people rich. For example, KULR became quite popular because of that last December pump and everyone chases that high, always looking for the next KULR. Most pretend that they foresaw how KULR would pop, but it's all luck. That's why biotechs are very popular here, stocks like DRUG went from $1-$50 in a second, on FDA approval or mergers and such, and we chase the next DRUG. I did for a while and lost quite a lot of money on biotechs, so now I avoid them like a plague. It's a rite of passage in this sub to get burned by biotech at least once 😂

Ok. So you are posting what the company found in their trial for their drug. What is missing is the data. Trials and write ups on trials is the important part because there could be bias. Maximum reductions in AHI were observed at up to 83% for the high-dose group and up to 79% for the low-dose group. When I read that above I interpret that as ONE participant had a reduction up to 83% and 79% in the high and low groups, respectively. Thats not the average of the groups. More over- in studies you need to prove that the analysis is clinically and statistically significant. ALSO- how do we KNOW the medication was actually working? What if the patients all lost weight during the trial? Well thats a confounding variable.  There is nothing in what you sent me that talks about HOW the study was performed, WHAT the measurements were, over what duration, the population of subjects (all men, women), ages, other comorbidities, or the results vs placebo, drop out rate.  In a trial you need the following: Introduction Methods Results and typically a Discussion See below for an actual clinical trial publication. It probably doesn't have that much more downside at this point (I don't think it's getting to book value at around $15.5), but people have tried to call bottoms in this on here since 2023 and keep expecting it to then perform like a good company when it just isn't. It's just a stagnant company that has overpaid for M&A in an attempt to buy growth while not really achieving noteworthy success via internal development. A couple of years ago, people kept saying buy PFE over LLY because "IT'S CHEAP AND IT HAS AN OBESITY DRUG TOO!" It did look cheap and it still does, but it's an example of cheap for a reason. They stopped development on their obesity drug Danuglipron in December 2023 because it was intolerable to such a degree that it had a discontinuation rate of over 50% - tried for an oral version and further development of that has been stopped. In 2023, the stock was impacted by the trial failure (and PFE at that point was about 50% off the high.) In 2025 with the stock down about 25% further, you might not have that much stock impact at this point - with PFE's record and the stock being obliterated, expectations probably were low to begin with.

Now, I don't know much about the inner-workings of stocks, but is there anything stopping SPGC from having huge gains like $DRUG or $NVNI? I think an 800% profit increase is a big enough deal to warrant an increase, but is the extent to which it increases based on popularity/supply & demand? I know it would be unrealistic to expect a price bigger than $1 for SPGC, but is a gain similar to the aforementioned stocks impossible? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I did the same thing. My biggest hit was DRUG, do tot he fact that it lost 38% in the previous weeks and their was a lot of liquidity backing it up so I bought a few shares at 1.34$ and the rest is history. This is one of the best ideas to do if you have some Money and can risk it to gain more. My screener settings and ways of going about are a little different but this man has it down to the wire. Definitely would recommend following some sort of pattern like this. 👏
