Some thoughts: value indices in the US have returned livable returns. Value isn’t DEAD, growth is just RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICED relative to fundamentals. Value certainly isn’t dead anywhere else except the USA. In all my international funds, small and value international companies have been my TOP performers this year. The tariff tantrums and sinking dollar pushed them WAY UP, almost double the S&P 500.

Its beyond regarded. "make everything in the US" sounds great, until you start looking at the actual process. The fking supply chains are integrated in the first place BECAUSE OF THE NEED and economically viability. US does not produce enough primary aluminum to meet domestic demand, because it cost a fuk load of electricity. so to ramp up production, it needs to build more power plants AND THEN manufacturing plant. In the meantime, either factory stop producing cars, or they now buy the aluminum... with 15%\~25% or more tariff.... AND ON TOP OF THAT, they now need to employ AMERICAN workers, paid in freedom bucks instead of Yen. 100yen is \~ 1 dollar buying power, we are at 1:150yen. And on top of all this, they need to invest and open factory in the US which is a FUK load of money up front. Why in the shit would a company pay 15\~25% more tariff to source raw material and employ workers at 50% higher cost, just to circumvent a 15% tariff on finished product? Car manufacturers usually have 10\~15% profit margin, so the cost will be passed down to consumers. Which means to maintain profitability.... the cars would not be priced competitively with Ford or GM. Beautiful plan, beautiful stuff. If you play the game according to Trump, you go bankrupt in month.

I've been following SA for years and do not think its a scam. The authors appear to pour a lot of effort into their examinations. I recently paid for a subscription to Knox Ridleys Tech Insider Network - the first advice I took was to sell AVGO before it went on to rise an additional 35% so that sucked. I'm paying $800 per year and missed triple that in AVGO gains the last couple months. To be clear - Knox doesn't "give advice", he only shares what he is doing in his portfolio. So far his trades are not impressing me. I've decided that renewal is not automatic and will depend how things go the rest of my remaining (9 months) subscription. I haven't figured out Quant yet. Quant seems to mostly indicate buying securities at what I feel is the TOP and recommends selling securities at what I feel is the bottom. Two "Strong Sells" have gone on to rise about 5% since I've sold them. The third "Strong Sell" went on to gain 9% since I sold AND is now only rated a "Sell". I suspect it will be rated a buy at some point SMH. Many of the "Strong Buys" are at or near ATH and making a move now seems very risky to the downside. SA is not a scam HOWEVER you will not get rich simply by following someone's advice. Both Steven Cress and Knox Ridley have lost me more money than I've made since I started paying for advice which is kinda hilarious. I'm a long time investor but admittedly I don't go into the depths that some of the contributors do in their due diligence. I grab a pearl of wisdom here and there. The comments are mostly useless and you'll find yourself arguing with idiots.

OPEN is a sinking ship until or unless Fed lowers rates. The housing market is squeezed to shit and OPEN has diddly for stock. It costs them ownership fees out the ass to own these things, and on TOP of that they need to remodel most of them before they sell. IF, and that is a big IF, the Fed lowers rates, and the housing market stops squeezing, OPEN could be an 80+ stock. I don't see it. More likely chance at long-term success is when OPEN buys a shitload of the housing stock once everyone defaults on their mortgages during the next depression and then tries to survive while the market rebounds. Could be 10-15 years out from anything like that. Unlikely the company survives that long.

Every month, there is constantly non-stop buying pressure without fail. 4) UNH is a blue chip company hiring over 440k employees and is the largest healthcare company in the world.
