"how does one stop this?" well, once you have 1900 of bitcoin in that account - you transfer it to your own personal "cold storage wallet." little digits that nobody knows how to access - because i'ts in your own custody. they would have to hack you somehow instead of binance - and nobody's coming for your (wow, it went up!) 2400 dollars. then when you want to convert back to cash to buy GTA6 and online vbucks or whatever - you send it back to your binance account, convert back to dollars, and send back to your bank account. voila\~! cash! the people's purchaser of choice! binance isn't great. when you convert to bitcoin they don't give you keys or anything. honestly, it's entirely possible they don't even have the bitcoin to sell and are basically just floating you an IOU. this is why in many locations, binance is NOT recommended. but yeah, ANY trading platform, you shouldn't hold all your cash/coins with them. they're not insured and if they go bankrupt or get robbed, you're not getting your money back.

Also worth noting that 172 holders on a Solana token this early usually means a few wallets are sitting on most of the supply. One whale sneezes and the chart looks like a cliff. But at these numbers, even a tiny influx of curious buyers could send it flying for a hot minute. The question is whether anyone actually bridges the gap between laughing at a fictional stunt company and aping into a random token with the same name.
I would just focus on irl if I were you. Take up reading, going on walks, doing a hobby you like. Instead of investing, maybe just build up your savings account at the bank for a rainy day. There’s more to life than money and Bitcoin. Also, GTA 6 comes out next month!

Maybe they're not trying to be relevant, maybe it's their own experience, I too was playing GTA Vice City in 2010 because not everyone had the latest console or games. Hell, I only got the PS3 in 2015.

Yeah I got in about the same time and am hoping to pull a 50 bagger or more. Also a 10+ year veteran but haven’t traded actively since 2018, just been holding. What are you on? Did you miss the point? This was the crux of my argument for why the value needs to be in the store platform and not in the game. Steam, for example, is one of the largest PC game distribution platforms. Imagine steam had a token. To use your example of GTA dollars. Players would try and compete for GTA dollars while the game is hot and has a lot of active users but they would convert those GTA dollars on the regular to steam tokens because they know popularity of GTA might fade. Eventually a new game would come out and they could use those steam tokens to buy new games and new game tokens and the cycle would continue. If you want to create an actual gaming economy on blockchain then the long term main value needs to be through the game distribution platform rather than the in-game tokens.
Which is precisely what I don't want. 😉 You buy Roblox bucks or GTA dollars, and you get fed up with the game; you are stuck with dead money. The best-case scenario is that you sell things in Solana so the user knows the money is exchangeable elsewhere. That is still an extra step too far.

Trax being the good guy that he is, and with a reputation to uphold, paid this customer his $20,000 initial purchase price, plus some extra for the missing gold. What you see here is the confrontation of Akay by TraxNYC. Trax is demanding Akay stop telling people he's affiliated with Trax, and pay Trax back the $20,000 that Akay essentially scammed the original customer out of. Allegedly. In Minecraft. If youre in to gold diamonds and jewelry, id recommend checking him and his page out. There's a chance (if you have one) your favorite rapper has a piece made by trax.
