LUCKY! I figure we are lucky that we have the luxury to think about investing money in a virtual asset that we speculate will provide a lucrative return several years from now, “if ever”. Most people around the world, and many in first-world countries, are more concerned about keeping a room over their head, keeping the family fed, and trying to get a new LV bag, than thinking that far into the future. Not to mention those that can see past the day for the sake of famine, oppression, war, and threats of personal safety. Speculating on BTC is a “first-world problem” at the very least, so yes, please humbly consider yourself Lucky.

There are so many jobs, that so many people actually work in, that pay WAY BELOW even a basic living wage. A lot of people work 2 or more jobs, 60-70+ hours a week just to barely survive. Healthcare is astronomically unaffordable to the vast majority of Americans, and all it takes is one trip to the emergency room to drown in thousands of dollars of debt, even WITH health insurance. The easiest and most affordable way to get health insurance is through an employer, and often they will pull shit like give you just an hour below what would make you able to get it. Hospitals with their “out of network” bullshit, you can’t consent to SHIT when you’re literally dying and/or unconscious. Meanwhile, these jobs pay $15 an hour, IF YOU’RE LUCKY. But often give you less hours so the higher pay doesn’t make a difference anyway, and of course, no health insurance. The United States lacks necessary social safety nets, we’re the only developed nation to not have some form of universal healthcare. Not everyone is privileged enough to have a family that hires them into the business or send them to college right after high school (student loan debt is like medical debt, except you can’t discharge this debt with bankruptcy). You work hard with no handouts? That’s great, but you’re still going to drown in debt. The current system is failing, the entire purpose of a job is to afford to live. But the majority of the wealth is held by the 1%. I’m not saying the CEOs shouldn’t make more than regular employees, but for them to make 6-7 figures a year while there are people working to keep the actual business running to keep GENERATING money for the CEOs? And they don’t even get paid enough to afford rent and bills to live? That’s unacceptable BS. It is only natural for people to seek out alternative paths to escape this modern wage slavery. Think about this. Even if EVERY SINGLE PERSON strived to be manager or CEO, and was also COMPLETELY QUALIFIED for the position, mathematically it’s literally impossible. Everyone can’t be at the top, by nature of leadership. If 1 million people were manager, is anyone really manager? There are still a lot of jobs below that need to be done to keep the business running (to even generate money for the CEOs!). Someone has to do the jobs at the bottom, but everyone needs food, shelter, and medical care to live.

Last year I tried it out with $100. I can't even remember what random shitcoin was chosen but it was on hotbit.io if that tells you anything lol. All the "subscribers" were given the coin in advance. Then it went out to the public. We were told it would be hotbit so I had my screen setup to search and buy. What a fuckin MESS. I did a market buy in, then immediately did a market sell. I came out with about $120 within a split second. But then the thing TANKED. I was LUCKY. I watched this coin completely shit the bed and tumble far lower than what it had been averaging for months prior. These pump and dumps are for morons and for people keeping an eye on their own investment. While I've got weird altcoins on Kucoin I will activelym monitor these pump and dumps. The moment I see them announce anything I'm in, I just sell it. These groups ruin shit. Oh and the funniest thing about it all? The one running the ONE SIDED Telegram channel listed how high they were able to pump the coin, but never mentioned that it immediately tanked and continued to tank even harder after all was said and done. They just made it seem like it was a brilliant success and all the subscribers now held this amazing token with great value. Pump and dumpers are just human garbage in every way.

In the 1st year, it's expected that the resale value will drop a further 10-15%, so let's say that's another $9,000 lost. Add in the interest rate for the $100 000 loan, let's say 5%, so that's another $5,000 roughly. So, after the 1st year, the value of your asset dropped $19,000 and the loan servicing has cost you $5,000, so that's $24,000 out of your pocket. That's a pretty bad use of debt when you don't already have wealth to afford such a loss..... and it's the way MOST of us approach using debt (myself included most of my life). Person B takes a different approach. Still borrows the same $100,000, buys a $10,000 car, has the same outgoings (maintenance, rego, and insurance run at $1,500 per year, fuel at $2,500 per year.) But let's say the value lost = 50%, so $5,000. With the other $90,000, they invest in stable coins and stake for a 12% return = $10,800 Holding cost of the $100,000 debt = 5% = $5,000 Asset value lost = $5,000 (but you're not selling the car; it's just your transport, so this is an unrealised loss) Profit in 1st year = $5,800 Profit in 2nd year = $6,496 Profit in 3rd year = $7,179 And so on. This way, debt is working for person B and the debt has financed an income producing investment. Now, is ANY of this new..... OF COURSE NOT! This guy is just repeating strategies that can be publically found and rich people have used for generations! So, why is it that SO MANY of us fail to understand these simple truths in life and repeatedly make the same financial mistakes over and over and over again.... He isn't telling anyone anything new with his strategies, but he has a platform and enough financially illiterate people are hearing the strategies finally for the 1st time that it makes a pretty big impact in some people's lives! And that's a good thing any way you cut it. As far as crypto, though, he has been publically extremely BULLISH on things like BTC because it has a fixed supply and its deflationary nature. Pretty sure I have seen him telling everyone to invest in it as a long term investment. As far as other coins (and I say this as someone who has invested nothing in BTC and gone all in on ALTS), they 100% ARE volatile and I expect some major dips with all the global termoil! I don't think it's bad advice to warn that people should expect significant downside moves in the coming months.... All indications point that this is a very real possibility, but I hope it doesn't happen. Again, his not foretelling anything new or unusual, just reading the global landscape.
