When you take out a mortgage with a bank, they also don't actually lend you money that they already have. Judging from your post history, you have invested YOUR MONEY into Shiba Inu, Saitama Inu, Dogecoin, Axie Infinity, Dogelon Mars, Mine Token, Hedera Token, etc... It looks to me like you are enslaving yourself with your gambling. You just keep GIVING your money away to scammers and then you turn around and want to blame "the system".
First, I'd suggest looking into Coinbase or Kraken for purchasing crypto. Once you've bought some (start small first), look into a hardware wallet. These wallets protect your private keys that allow you to hold crypto yourself. This is important to ensure the security of your cryptocurrency yourself. Owning your own keys does have some risk: if you lose your private keys (written down as your seed phrase), then you will lose access to your crypto. **Never share your seed phrase with anyone else.** The reason you want to store on your own hardware is because you then are 100% sure that the crypto you own is both real and you are in full control of that cryptocurrency. That way, if an exchange were to dissappear overnight or get shut down you do not risk losing your coins from that event. Some of the top hardware wallets to look into: Ledger Trezor ColdCard (bitcoin only) Out of the different cryptocurrencies out there, I would not start with any arbitrary coins myself and suggest you take a look first at Bitcoin or ethereum. Those two are the largest. Note: in addition to NEVER GIVING ANYONE you seed phrase, if you choose to invest in some ethereum (and potentially want to pick up some NFTs), be very careful when interacting with smart contracts. Smart contracts can drain your wallets if they are written maliciously or have flaws in them, so always verify the contract, it's origin, or what it does before interacting with it. Also, you may find some of the following sites useful for getting information on Bitcoin and Ethereum. These are kinda cool because they show the blocks being sent in real time. The government has never "seized"\* ANY Bitcoin. The government has coerced people into GIVING UP the private keys to their bitcoin, but the government CAN NOT "seize" Bitcoin without access to the private keys. If the government is lucky, they may find the private key unsecured and be able to use it, which i guess may be considered "seizure", but if the private key is secured the Bitcoin cannot be touched unless the private key owner reveals said key to the government via some form of coercion.

You cannot stake Bitcoin, Bitcoin uses proof of work. Sending to a lending platform like BlockFi or Celcius is fine if you understand that you're GIVING them your Bitcoin and hoping that they return it to you. There's a good change they will return it but there's also a change they won't. I would say 10-20% allocation to this isn't crazy if you understand this risk.
