Lots of common coins here that have been talked about for years. And although I'm running the risk of being wrongly accused of shilling a coin, I wonder if anyone has a stake in SUPER or STEP, because those two alone made my portfolio emerald green in the past month alone. SUPER (+782% on 3 months graph) has it's ATH afaik, STEP (+300% on 3 months graph) is also really strong. Obviously I don't know how it will go during january/February, but judging by how few people I've seen mention either, it's probably going to have a bit more attention in the next months. These are my bullish coins. I mean, I bought them and set a sell goal, I'm sure I'll reach that soon, but I don't really actively buy and sell anymore so I would really say I am bullish about something really.

I have some that are far from the top 50 that did give me some nice profits though so far, although I only put 50€ in there, I think the best performing is STEP with almost 200%. I'm not DCAing but rather buy when I think a certain coin is at its lowest and it's very likely going up with the next bullrun, and so far it looks promising. Try to look into this and this will tell you 1. if there is any crypto sitting in it 2. if he might of moved it around to another wallet and it is just sitting there.If you see none, you will obviously figure out real fast there is no point in looking for the seed. Like just because it was just mining. It might be $5 or whatever. So you will know how big of a loss you're looking at if you don't get it. Assuming you have a hard time doing this. Try to find tax records. Many of us try to stay on the right side of the law, and keep track of this stuff. If you have access to his computers. See if you have access to last pass or another password manager. Maybe he had the browser save this. Look at sites like Koinly, Cointracker, and other places. If something matches and you can get in. This is another way to find the address giving he properly documented things for taxes. # Step 2: Getting in If you found something or didn't, with that setup it is likely he was using a hardware wallet. It is possible he used software wallets. Check his phone and look for apps like Trustwallet and anything else crypto related. While you are there, check the pictures. He might of taken a picture of the seed phrase. Check the computer if it has software wallets on it. Note he could've used something like Coinbase wallet where you can use your Coinbase login # Step 3: Once you are in Talk to an accountant and a lawyer on what to do. Depending on the country and honestly depending on the family will depend on what needs to be done. It is best to get with your lawyers and what not to send stuff to the exchanges he was using. Hopefully during this process you would've found which exchanges he was with and what was in every one of them. It's pointless, because it adds nothing to existing documentation AT ANY STEP in the process: * Original minting: What happens if the guy who minted the token didn't actually own the house in the first place? It would be legally invalid. So that means **we have to accompany the minting with centralized authority documentation** outside the blockchain. So what was the point in using the blockchain then? * Every time the token is sold: It's possible that the guy's keys were just stolen, which would not be a legal valid sale. So every time there's a sale **it has to be accompanied by centralized authority documentation** in order to trust that the transfer meant anything legally. So what was the point of adding the blockchain again? It's redundant at every point and adds nothing... except pointless gas fees so everything is more expensive. Yay.

Hes batshit and dishonest. Someone that did a podcast with him shared that he went absolutely insane and was yelling when they recorded with him. They said the next day that his people called him back to either reschedule the interview or make sure it was edited extremely well, and apologized for his behavior and acted like it happens all the time. I happened to listen to 2 of his random podcasts because I had some real estate questions and knew he was big into real estate. In one of the podcasts, he got into an argument with a guy who's a well known real estate billionaire over their preferred real estate strategy and basically abruptly ended the interview lol I now wonder how edited that show was....Also, in the first podcast I listened to, he said how he literally couldnt even get to his property in a democrat city because of all the homeless and mainly literally the sidewalks were covered in shit. Stressed how he literally could not get to/inside the property. Yet plenty of people were still living there. I'm like ok this sounds like a lot of crazy Trumpkin stuff. But ok. Next episode I listened to was a few months later, he happened to reference this same property and he sold it and tripled his money and was able to continuously raise rents there and all kinds of things just proving everything he said was an absolute lie. That narrative is so lol...my 2 friends who have never been to another city known for democratic politics literally swear you also cant walk there due to homeless, shit, and needles. I've been there multiple times with other people and ask them what their opinion is regarding that, and they all have said I didnt notice any of that at all, certainly not worse than any other city. Thousands of pictures and video from my trip. But refuse to believe me and swear to god you cant walk there. As in like you're stuck in place and cant move because the ground is covered in needles, shit and homeless. Another crazy guy I worked with when I told him I was going there got 2" away from my face and as serious and scared as he could said "DUDE...WATCH YOUR STEP OK MAN" because he thought the same thing.
