You are not accounting for inflation adjustment. $100,000 today was about $150,000 nearly 4 years ago. Official inflation is manipulated to the high heavens. The “price” is manipulated by USD which is controlled by the FED. Cryptowinter is when you buy and hoard your coin. SUMMER, when we market this hard, is when you consume it. If you don’t understand that, you will forever be doing the wrong thing. We use the halving as a calendar event that cannot be changed. It makes it easier to NOT buy High and sell low. People who talk about BTC prices in USD are not thinking about it correctly. It’s a percentage ownership in a network whose holdings can be used to operate the network. The PRICE could be in terms of BTC paired with lumber, gold, etc. And ultimately, private transactions are the goal. Given the nature of the world… Sucks. I used to LOVE being in the US.
