Shitcoins are gambling, and most of them will go to 0. The only reason I interact with them is purely for trading. I'll trade anything. Meme coins are the same. Yes, DOGE and SHIB are still around, but even those are massively down compared to their ATH's in 2021. All memes die off eventually, people just get bored of them. Some of the newer meme coins seem like low effort AI generated garbage. It's like they are not even trying. WIF, POPCAT, MOG, MEW etc.

EOS tokens had a chain swap (from Ethereum to native EOS). Those tokens on ETH network are simply frozen and you can not do anything with them, they will remain in your wallet forever. The only thing that can be done is MEW developers update the UI to stop showing them in your wallet. I also encountered this issue on Ledger Live years ago and my wallet value was incorrect - it was showing a $ value for real EOS while those ETH-EOS were in fact worthless. I reported it to developers and they fixed it. Looks like MEW developers are kinda behind the game ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯

Depends on the token and it's block chain network. ETH is pricy, as is Bitcoin. Solana has low gas fees but it depends on how busy the network is at the time so if the charge is too much, try again later for a better deal. Just learn what network your tokens belong to and make sure you use the correct network to transfer. eg. Shiba Inu token is on the Ethereum network "ERC20" MEW token is on the Solana network and so on. Also get a popular wallet that's good for all round tokens. You may need a couple of wallets for the variety of tokens so some research the likes of coinbase, okx (if allowed in your country), kraken.
MEW was quite literally the number one performing coin out of the top 500 somewhat recently so put the pipe down and let MEW get some rest
