I don't know why you are down that much, I bought most of my holdings when btc went down below 20K and eth touched 1k—same for solana, and others. I'm in good standing I'll say. However, took out some of my solana into PICA, staking for 20%+. Pica is down a bit from my entry, but hopes are high that the market will recover fast. Besides that, I'm also staking USDT on drift protocol for over 100% apr. It's looking good for me.
$BTC is going down, what do you expect? It's funny to see $PICA up 12%+ today. I wasn't expecting that.
I still don't know anyone who has invested without expecting some kind of returns in cryptos, whether short-term or long-term. So, like everyone else, pushed some funds into PICA/SOL. It's doesn't feel like the bull market yet, so I'm not concerned about it at all in terms of dollar value, however, I'm hyped about the numbers of tokens I'm accumulating right now.
The market is acctaully just recovering from the run of 2022-2023 which is a long run for us to just witness the alt season immediately. The best thing is just to position yourself well for the coming run. I've done so well with my portfolio well sat with SOL, PICA, AIOZ and OCEAN for my long term investment.
The easiest picks would be BTC, ETH & LINK imo. Those 3 are guaranteed to be here for a very long time. If you are a lover of an adventure like am, i would add TON, ZRO, ZETA, PICA. As long as the fundamentals make a whole lot of sense, i am definitely buying.
I strongly advise against selling MATIC and SOL. Patience and resilience are crucial in these situations. Hold onto them, as you never know when they might take off. For those looking for a low-key altcoin recommendation, I suggest PICA. It's one of the most oversold alts out there. It is quality as a cross-chain and restaking protocol.

$PICA People might not think of this as a gem now, but some interesting team work announced in the community is going to bring some massive adoption to the project. I'm hyped.

LINK has definitely been a lifesaver for my portfolio! It's crazy because I still believe it has a run to make from here. LINK, SOL, and TON hold a major portion of my portfolio. PICA and Mantis are other altcoins I feel could be set to go on a big rally soon enough. They tick all the necessary boxes.

It's pretty straightforward. The best project to invest in is BTC and ETH. They are the safest and most reliable crypto assets. Solana is pretty awesome just like you mentioned. I believe it could go all the way to $500. If you a fan of low caps, you could check out ZRO, ZETA & PICA which are all fantastic investments across different niches.

Solana (SOL) is another project with a lot going for it (strong community, over 1 million active wallets as of May 2024, super fast transactions). Picasso Network (PICA) that's working on connecting different blockchains via IBC. Remember, even established projects can be volatile. Your 50/30/15/5 split sounds like a good starting point. or safekeeping, a cold wallet (like a Trezor) is like a vault for your crypto, and a hot wallet (like an exchange app) is like your everyday wallet for spending.
I can suggest projects like Picasso Network. They have been around since 2021. it constantly developing and it has a lot of room to grow. i even started staking their native PICA token recently because i don't have any plans to sell this one fast.
I hold some SOL, but started considering DeFi projects built on it yet. Picasso Network (PICA) sounds good with their cross-chain and restaking stuff. Segmenting by use case is a great strategy
Since no one suggested, I will. Picasso Network and their native PICA token. It's on a discount now but you can always stake 'em or chose to restake SOL if you want. IMO, it's a long-term HODL. they also integrated the first IBC on Solana.
I bought enough BTC 2 years ago. I am also into alts right now. Abusing Rivalz Network Galxe campaign. Wanna get some tokens early before the listings. Also for Sight AI but they are having one on Zealy. PICA is on a discount right now… Maybe some ETH if the price is right. There are so many opportunities

There is one coin that is rarely mentioned. I know that some of you heard about PICA since they are around for some time now. Their main focus is on restaking and Cross-Ecosystem IBC. 2021 or 2022 I invested via kraken in a parachain and totally forgot about it. Last time I logged in I saw 90k PICA token in my balance. Not saying it’s the greatest or best performing asset at the market but it came out of „nothing“. The tech and use case looks interesting. Should you invest in it ? Please no !
