Yes that's right. You can participate in the markets using MATIC, ETH, DAI, USDT and other assets. They get converted in PLOT via auto-conversion using a Quickswap integration in the background.

I did this with my truck which was a 2017 model and paid off. I am currently upside down on the BTC (I sold the truck when BTC was at $57k). Don’t feel bad for me. I would absolutely do it again. I knew the risk (INCLUDING the risk of having it go the wrong way) and I truly… TRULY accepted the risk. The point of the story is that you need to be willing to be ok if your choice goes the wrong way and you lose money. If you do that knowing what you’re walking into, then take the chance. But own your choice as along with the repercussions. PLOT TWIST: I actually did something very similar back in 2017, and it was the best financial move I’ve ever made.

Let me explain Chia and how it works. I first make plots and then put them on a hard drive. Once on the hard drive they are simply read but never written to. Meaning the hard drive can last its entire life cycle. Now for plotting you *could* plot to a hard drive directly and never use an SSD its a lot slower but doable. People however want stuff today and fast so they plot on a SSD and move the plots to a HDD. A sabrent rocket as quoted above would allow you to PLOT 160 TBs worth of plots (actually more if trimmed but I digress) before its expected failure. That at the moment is $5000 worth of HDDs. So if you are spending that much money I doubt you care about the $350 sabrent rocket as its a drop in the bucket.

I've been meaning to do some research and find more data points, but there is a definite correlation between: TIME IN CRYPTO vs TIME PLOT VIEWED <1 month = 1 minute or 5 minute 1-6 months = 30 minute to 1 hour 6-12 months = 1 hour to 4 hour 1-2 years = daily 2 years+ = weekly I've been in crypto 14 months, I switch between the 4 hour and daily. When something is in price discovery then I'll go to the hourly but just so I can feel that rush.

Still can't withdraw my PLOT winnings on their platform because of high ETH gas fees. What's their latest update about it? Though POLK still has no MVP yet, if you've seen the sneak peeks, you'll already know it's better in UI/UX wise. POLKA is Polkamarkets (Bepro sister project, both ran by RUI). This is PLOT which is Polkatrain. There a bunch of ERC-20 tokens with the name POLKA, and ambitions to build on Polkdot, however, Polkadot will be one of the most exclusive chains to get approved for because of the parachains. I've been bullish on $PLOT since I came across it on twitter last week. I'm feeling incredibly lucky to know about it so early. I mean a microcap like this having partnerships with LINK and MATIC is absolutely massive and somehow the price hasn't pumped up yet. They're using Chainlink price oracles to their prediction markets and integration with MATIC for their L2 layer is launching **THIS WEEK** to reduce the fees on their network to essentially zero. I think ETH was holding the project back but that's going to be a thing of the past with the integration update, so I'm super excited about what's going to happen. Crypto is very speculative, so I can only give my personal opinion on $PLOT, but to me it's incredibly undervalued and won't stay that way for long. It's actually my biggest holding in any altcoin right now because I'm expecting huge price action in the immediate short term. Pretty cool to find it on reddit organically, momentium must be picking up fast!
I was thinking about picking up some but these gas fees have been killing me lately. Thank god they're on bitmax, i'll scoop up some there. As a new bagholder i'm also excited for the upcoming L2 launch on thursday. This could be great for the actual project, as I said that gas fees are terrible for new/poor customers. Not sure if I'll use money to actually gamble there or just let my stack of $PLOT grow..

Hey.. Great, PLOT looks very promissing. I feel quite interested for projects with strong team but overall a good and active community. I found this on Polkabridge, Casper, DYT, CRTS. They have strong teams and an active community that support new members and potential investors.
