Does anyone know if the files were PDF or DOCX? Or were they the older DOC or even RTF?
The DOC allowing this will get Americans killed in the upcoming war with China over Taiwan. Yikes
Did anyone see the part about the "The DOC [Department of Commerce] must vote any shares of common stock held by it in favor of the nominees of and any proposals recommended by the Company's Board of Directors" No wonder they went for this deal goddamn
I was buying CCO for $29 a share when I first entered the market in 2022. I wish I kept buying it monthly at DOC for the last 3 years.
I wanted 36DD tits but DOC said too big The SILICONE could erupture So I went 36C It was enough for now Maybe UPGRADE once the puts print tomorrow am
DOC popped back up to the usual 17s. If it dips back down to 16.8 or below its a good time to jump in. Unlikely to before it does the dividend in a couple of days
I got off the sidelines and invested in LVMH and DOC. Doc is way too cheap right now plus a nice dividend and 400 million left in buybucks.
Want an honestly good pick? DOC Huge healthcare reit. Good for multiple reasons. Rates about to be going down. JPM just strongly reaffirmed they believe rates going down. They pay a large dividend. Was just 20 bucks but oversold due to to their earnings being decent, not fantastic. Have over 400 million cash to use for buyback or purchase new properties etc. I'm buying today
The CHIPS Act includes $39 billion in tax benefits, loan guarantees and grants, administered by the DOC to encourage American companies to build new chip manufacturing plants in the U.S. Additionally, $11 billion would go toward advanced semiconductor research and development.
Bad is relative. Bad for healthcare stocks and reits? No. I don't see it affecting UNH much. DOC is also healthcare and a reit. ULTY I could see it going down with their trading strategies which is why I plan on selling some covered calls for it. Time will tell!
Held my TLT for the dividend today and it popped nicely as well. Made about 4k today and sold it. Spent 240k buying UNH, DOC, and ULTY. I am expecting the market to continue going up. Unemployment still low and this is all without interest rate cuts. Once the rates are cut and the money starts flowing then we are taking SPY 700 EOY.
When Countrywide started their program of REFI at no cost, at a VERY PLESANT sit down with MR. CASHIN, myself and our Head of FICC Trading, he said in late '04 things are going to get real BUMPY and REAL fast. He didn't name names but implied about some other players in the CMBS, MBS, NO-DOC loans, both agency and NON-AGENCY loans, were problematic.
I bought DOC. 7% dividend and doing a buyback.
Listen to me if you want to make money: Buy REITS they are extremely undervalued and have dividends dates soon COLD DOC OWL VICI DLR
Reported by DDG, the Dell credit on the American Express Business Platinum card will be going down from $400 per year to $150 per year. Here is the new offering, starting July 1, 2025: Saw this on DOC, maybe bearish dell retail? All those amex credits helping prop laptop sales?
Actually, it isn't. If "no one takes it seriously" then it wouldn't be used in DOC metrics.

DOC and DOCS , 2 different stocks
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has officially rescinded the Biden Administration's Artificial Intelligence Diffusion Rule, which was set to come into effect on May 15. The rule, introduced by former President Joe Biden in January, imposed new export limits on U.S.-made AI chips to many countries, dividing them into three tiers with varying restrictions
https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-13491 But yeah basic gist is your phone is optimized to handle app lifetimes and suspends apps in RAM. When you nuke your apps, you clear them from RAM and force it be reloaded all over again when you open it, thus wasting energy.
You guys should forget about the big stocks for now until market correct more. Look into REITs. They'll pop once the rates cuts start to come in. I personally like DOC. Paying about 8% yield. They just had their quarterly report and beat estimates. They also have a huge 400+ million buyback with over 300 million left to use. Good luck out there
DOC and COLD look decent for dividends according to my limited research I just did on REITs.
I haven’t looked into the details, but this sounds like either a countervailing duty or anti-dumping duty. Neither of which are actually driven by the President. The sitting President can have some effect on the FTC or DOC and their findings, but it’s supposed to be an apolitical process. I think it’s still a very broken system.

Buying a small amount (,1-4% of portfolio) of REITS has done well for me. You could look at O, ADC, WPC, CCI, AMT, VICI, KIM, FRT, GTY, DOC, and many others, most are 4-6% yield, so great for making some income.
NIST is already a part of the DOC, so they’re going to give oversight funding responsibilities to the DOC, by cutting part of the DOC?
A redistribution of responsibilities. The DOC could centralize oversight of funding responsibilities and increase coordination with private companies. The NSF could partner with tech hubs and private R&D groups to maintain progress. The DOD could expand direct contracts with chipmakers for secure production and shift funding to military tech R&D centers to compensate for NIST slowdowns. I’m not saying it would be easy, but the other agencies would compensate for issues at NIST. The CHIPS act won’t get axed.

NVDA IS DOWN AMD MY ADDY DOC WANTS AN APPOINTMENT AT THE WRONG TIME EVERYTIME
I believe you're referring to when the news broke that there was a manufacturing issue, which Jensen recently said that it was entirely their (Nvidia's) fault, not TSMC. This is basic stuff when it comes to the semiconductor industry. You can't always just hand over a document with all of the specifications to create a new processor and simply say "Hey, TSMC, here's a PDF and Word DOC with the schematics to another new chip. We need this chip designed exactly like this" and everything be perfect every time. Things are going to have to be worked out, just like every other thing in life (even with automobiles). Things aren't always set in stone from the get-go. It isn't a matter you can joke on, because there is no joke. The joke is only on the person who doesn't understand what they're invested in, or hates Nvidia and isn't invested, but has absolutely no education on the industry to know why they aren't invested in Nvidia. The reason Nvidia dips when something like that happens is because there are a lot of people (and even institutions) that want to sell when they know that there's going to be a dip in price. Then people/institutions come back, and they buy back in. They know not to leave Nvidia indefinitely. They're just trying to make additional profit off of it.
Has anyone seen the tweets from Mr V on X and have any thoughts? It’s hard to understand his tweets because he’s all over the place and I don’t have a background in law so I have no idea whether his legal arguments and overall plan have any actual merit. (Although, even the industry lawyers seem to constantly disagree or contradict each other). From what I gathered it, it seems like his plan is to raise a constitutional challenge and seek a TRO as well as preliminary injunction against the DEA’s rescheduling process. This would halt the ALJ hearing and trigger a judicial review. Apparently, according to him, this can all be completed in short order (highly doubt it). I thought it was bs at first until I saw earlier this year, with regards to the scheduling process of DOI and DOC, Panacea Plant Sciences (PPS) raised a constitutional challenge and sought a TRO to stay regulatory action. (Side note: PPS was also on X earlier in the year talking about how the rescheduling process will take years, they’ve been successful in the past on challenging the DEA in scheduling processes, and they’re goal is to file lawsuits and challenges to ultimately deschedule) https://www.marijuanamoment.net/federal-court-dismisses-lawsuit-against-dea-over-proposed-psychedelics-ban/ https://www.marijuanamoment.net/dea-formally-cancels-hearing-on-proposed-psychedelics-ban-amid-constitutional-challenge-to-review-process/ PPS had contested the administrative hearing process that is preceding final rulemaking, arguing that DEA’s reliance on administrative law judges to settle such arbitration is unconstitutional based on U.S. Supreme Court precedent. The ALJ hearing, which was scheduled for June 10, 2024, was first postponed, then canceled amid the constitutional challenge, and reviewed by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. However, ultimately, the challenge itself was dismissed by the federal court. Although, I believe the court dismissed the challenge primarily on procedural grounds, rather than ruling on the merits of the constitutional claims against DEA’s process. The court didn’t speak to the merits of the legal challenge; rather, it focused on the fact that the plaintiff, (PPS), didn’t obtain counsel by a May 16 deadline it set. PPS intends to appeal the court’s decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. This may leave the door open to a similar litigation over the administrative process and the unconstitutionality of the CSA in the context of both marijuana and psychedelics. I think he’s looking to raise a similar type of challenge against the DEA’s current process of rescheduling cannabis, with the goal of having marijuana removed from the CSA. I’m extremely skeptical and still think he has no shot in hell but if we see a similar MM headline about the SIII ALJ hearing being postponed or cancelled, we’ll know why

Actually at first glance there is a falsehood in your citations. It cites the Department of Corrections. You understand the DOC is PRISON right? Now where are your stats for LA County jail? Since jail ISNT prison....neither of us can say for fact how many were JAILED can we. Read between the lines
I have just over 10% of my total portfolio in REITs, all kept in my IRA I keep them for their higher than average yield. Since bond yields have returned to more reasonable levels, some of the money I would have put in REITs have gone into corporate bonds. Anecdotally, I have seen the lack of correlation with the rest of the portfolio, but bonds tend to be similarly un-correlated. The past 12 months have been a wonderful time to own REITs. I own no Office REITs; my holdings are DOC, PLD, ARE, AMT/CCI, EQIX, and WY.
You think the alphabet soup gangs (DEA, CIA, FBI, CBP, BP, DOC, etc….) really want their revenue sources and justification for being the good guys to go away? They make more money than the cartels through asset forfeiture. The cartels go get the money while the Fed’s account for it. It’s a vicious cycle. It creates a market and drugs is a big business for all involved.

I’d love to see some of the community jump on board and help push a stock that is a massive hurt to little investors who got suckered. If we can pull together DOC.V it would be massive to the little guys who are getting screwed because of poor management, terrible acquisitions/sales by said management and just overall feeling scammed. It is now going to a vote to privatize the company and screw everyone who invested with a measly $0.04. Help us bond together and bring this back!
T-Mobile is starting to deploy their version, operating via Starlink, to phones. Some users have satellite texting available. The T-mobile subreddit has some reviews. The SCS tech is going to be implement by every terrestrial cell operator thru some satellite provider. It will be a crowded market. It won't provide general roaming yet. It's intended to serve isolated areas and be supplemental to existing networks. You may be able to switch transparently, when matching satellites are deployed over your area, but not via any provider yet. SCS roaming rules are undefined, and existing roaming rules are still in place. There are no rules on how to prioritize roaming (terrestrial vs space) at this time, but they recommend using terrestrial networks for 911 calls, and giving preference to terrestrial networks, even including WiFi. https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-401208A1.pdf https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/FCC-24-28A1.pdf
TSMC will have an accident just like the India fab did in the 1980s when the CIA found out the DOC mistakenly gave an export license for a state of the art stepper. Boom. That will be great news for Global Foundries and Intel.
“Marty, it’s your kids” - DOC brown
Originally I think because they truly believed the original drug discovery paper by Dr. Wang was fraudulent/fabricated when the original "ink blot" allegations came out, even though none of that has panned out for them. Since then, because they realized that with the initial cloud over this stock and its fall from grace, it's price is highly susceptible to the same repeated scary noises they make over and over, and they can make a lot of money doing that. The majority of their allegations are just different ways/times/channels for re-implicating the idea that Dr. Wang's original research was fraudulent therefore "Simufilam bad". Any time the price surges they will without fail they trot out some new way of presenting that simple concept that "Dr. Wang bad data -> fake inkblots -> bad drug". It was the fundamental argument/issue of the CUNY leak, the FDA inspection, the citizen's petition, the SEC/DOC investigations (assuming that was even the reason they were talking to SAVA, which *is* an assumption), the shareholder lawsuit, and every scary news article that ever gets written. It's ALL just a re-hashed rephrasing of "Dr. Wang (allegedly) fabricated ink blots therefore this is a fraudulent company and a fraudulent drug". At the very beginning it made a kind of sense when there really wasn't any other data to look at, questioning that initial research integrity was a valid concern. But now it's just become ridiculous. It ignores all the clinical trial data and additional work done since then, none of which they really have anything to say about. But re-hashing that same argument WORKS, so they keep doing it because it works to keep the share price down and makes them $. I don't really think it's more complicated than that.
I just got a notification from Schwab to sign up for a vote and to attend the meeting as a shareholder on June 12th, have you ever attended one of these? My company literally has contracts with the IRS, DHS, DOC, and others. We just run the federal government agencies with bloated salaries. I as an analyst at 30 years old do not need $110,000 salary for doing a remote job
On Tuesday: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine (DOI) and 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroamphetamine (DOC) in Schedule I On Thursday: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of Butonitazene, Flunitazene, and Metodesnitazene Substances in Schedule I Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of Etodesnitazene, N-Pyrrolidino etonitazene, and Protonitazene in Schedule I Seems like a lot of rescheduling happening...... are we next??

Chemical dependency becomes physical addiction. Withdrawal of drug of choice will create the symptoms that only your DOC can fix. The brain 🧠 tricks you….. you’re an addict
Reits are terribly frustrating, look at Crown Castle down about 25% over the past 12 months, what hotter segment is data and cell towers. Someone mentioned farm land, that reit is down 30% in the last 12 months. They making more farm land? Or, lastly, DOC, a doctors office healthcare reit. How many doctors go BK and don't pay their leaves and that reit is down 30% in 12 months.
Didn’t even see this when I wrote it this morning.. “ the State of Utah’s Department of Corrections (DOC) has agreed to a multi-year contract for Genasys Protect CONNECT.” Even more going for them
This is exactly why The DOC 2 TIME BACK TO BACK 2007 - 2008 will be my hero.
DOC down for 10th day in a row. Buy some. Flip it when green.
Great Job! I might throw around 10% in stable high yield dividend stocks though. Nice way to earn 6-9% interest. EPD, ABBV, CCI, ENB, RF, MMM, O, VZ, MAIN, DOC
I own CTRE, MPW, and DOC all on drip. I keep adding to them and will continue to do so in the Healthcare reit downturn we are currently in. Good bargains in that sector. At least in my humble opinion
hey just wondering what is the DOC area you have
IIPR, O, DOC, WPC, and several others. IIPR is imo the Best Buy in the entire market right now. It’s a weed REIT that pays 9.6% at current prices and could be purchased for speculative growth alone. Oh, and it has gotten hammered over the last year despite solid financials.
Great question, because this is one of those things that is causing a lot of doubt on whether dilution is happening. My answer is No they do not need to reveal their stake, but let me explain. Those acquiring beneficial ownership beyond a certain threshold need to report to the **SEC** within a certain number of days using form 13D or 13G. The default is 13D, with filing happening "within **10 calendar days** after the acquisition. Rule 13d-1(a)" However, "qualified institutional investors" get to file the 13G, which has the following filing requirement: "Within **45 calendar days after the** **calendar year** in which the person holds **more than 5%** as of the year end, or **within 10 calendar days after the end of the first month** in which the person’s beneficial ownership **exceeds 10%** of the class of equity securities computed as of the end of the month. Rule 13d1(b)(2)" Which is it? Well, reasonable to expect those playing this game are qualified financial investors. Better yet, the Prospectus actually gives us an important clue (page S-30): >Beneficial Ownership Limitation The Common Stock **Warrant cannot be converted into common stock if** the Holder and its affiliates would **beneficially own more than 9.99%** of the outstanding common stock. However, any holder may increase or decrease such percentage to any other percentage not in excess of 9.99% upon notice to us, provided that any increase in this limitation will not be effective until 61 days after such notice from the holder to us and such increase or decrease will apply only to the holder providing notice. In other words, the deal is designed to stay below the radar of reporting requirements. Because they never exceed the 10% threshold, they never have to report to the SEC. Now.. NASDAQ has a different reporting requirement on the 5%, but they are not obligated to - and generally do not - share it with the public. So that doesn't help us. Would you agree with this assessment? You are not wrong. The FTC which is part of the DOC also is responsible for antitrust and anticompetitive practices. But I have no idea how they are different.

I worked for the Wisconsin DOC system which is part of the liberal side of the coin. If you think they're creating less laws and trying to keep people out of jail/prison, you're smoking the very thing this post is about. BOTH sides are equally complicit in keeping more people in the system than out whether public or private. Pop that bubble you live in.
love that scene, one of my favorite from the simpsons that and DOC WE’VE TRIED NOTHIN AND WE’RE ALL OUT OF IDEAS
You are not wrong but you are also not right. If your DOC is options then you are an options addict which places you in the larger sub group of gambling addict. Similarly if my DOC is a Vodka martini then yeah I am a martini addict which also makes me a alcoholic.
I found [a lawsuit filed by the justice department in 2020 against Google](https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/7273448-DOC) which details a few: > For years, Google has entered into exclusionary agreements, including tying arrangements, and **engaged in anticompetitive conduct to lock up distribution channels and block rivals**. Google pays billions of dollars each year to distributors—including popular-device manufacturers such as Apple, LG, Motorola, and Samsung; major U.S. wireless carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon; and browser developers such as Mozilla, Opera, and UCWeb—to secure default status for its general search engine and, in many cases, to **specifically prohibit Google's counterparties from dealing with Google's competitors**. Some of these agreements also **require distributors to take a bundle of Google apps, including its search apps, and feature them on devices in prime positions** where consumers are most likely to start their internet searches. It goes on to also mention Google’s voice assistant, which further intrenches their search engine into people’s lives, and in that case in a way that consumers can’t even opt out of even if they want to.

We are closer to stabalization in rates than main street thinks. What's worse than inflation? Unemployment heading into an election. I am starting to see share prices rebound in interest rate sensitive sectors like triple net commercial real estate (See NNN, STOR, O, DOC, etc). Looking forward 6 months we might see rates lower than most people assume today.
I’m Canadian. 4th year medical student in the US. Been investing in DOC since 2020. Hope this brings hope to the folks who are down - just HOLD. As long as the USD remains the world’s reserve currency, the company you believe in and vetted will be fine! Also for da haters - I know they lost a few of their C-board. Still not worried bc their clientele is still unique and will be a game changer. See you guys in 2027! 😉
A perfect storm. PRICES of homes kept going up cuz Appraisers kept adjusting price upwards. First problem. NO DOC LOANS/SUB-PRIME: second problem.
