Excellent description of the positioning after the drop in recent weeks. You really are a CGTX scholar. When I read your posts, I become increasingly confident that I have an excellent company in my portfolio. I also have held CGTX shares since December 2024. And this drop (after a rapid rise in August) doesn't scare me either, as the company's fundamentals remain solid. This sell-off is for those who think the company will become nothing. If it continues to fall (and reaches pennies again), it will be a "favor" for us CGTX investors, as we will enter buying from those who are selling, to see in the coming months how great the value of the shares will be once Phase 3 and the Alzheimer's and LDB drugs are ready for sale. Pernod Ricard has been sniffing around a hemp beverage acquisition, as confirmed by the founders of Brez. Pernod Ricard just announced they are creating new divisions for some of their products. They are putting RTDs into their own division, and creating a [new division called GEM](https://drinks-intel.com/news/pernod-ricard-restructures-us-portfolio-in-distribution-shake-up/). This will be for "high potential brands" that are outside the core of Pernod. This division comes into effect next week. GEM brands will take on a **state-by-state distributor approach**, which is what you'd expect if they'd be dealing with THC. They are based in Minnesota, which is where the hemp beverage boom started. Tilray (Aphria) former President Jakob Ripshtein comes from being a top executive alcohol world (Diageo). And he was the leader (along with several Aphria insiders) of Humble & Fume, which was a cannabis distributor in the US. Absolutely! Even so, at $2, $3, $4, or $5... These are still very cheap prices considering the future possibilities that CGTX can bring to its shareholders, especially those with Alzheimer's or Lewy Body Dementia. I'm glad you have 28.000 shares. I wish I had invested that amount too, but CGTX prices up very quickly this August. If there's a sharp drop (which I don't think will happen, as those who have it will be unlikely to sell, and also due to the positive news that will come out in the coming months), I'll consider buying a lot more. But regardless, CGTX has a bright future ahead, and anyone who sells to take small profits will miss out on earning much more. Because CGTX IS NOT A SHORT-TERM COMPANY! IT'S A HIDDEN GEM!

I have been doing some research on Critical Metals, a company which has the largest lithium deposit in Europe, as well as a massive strategic asset in Greenland. The Greenland asset has attracted a lot of attention from the current US Administration, with CRML evening applying for a USD 120 million loan from EXIM Bank. Sitting on 38k shares with an average around $4.50 and the reason I took a position is because QNX is the RTOS being used by 24/25 top automotive OEMs with deployment in 255 million vehicles already. Most people don't even know there using it. In addition, there is promising headway into the GEM (general embedded market) which includes industrial automation, medical, robotics. They are the only company with a non-proprietary solution (TSLA=proprietary) to the L2 and L3 autonomous vehicle industry with the highest rated safety and security in the space right now. It's most notable users are Amazon (Zoox) and Google (Waymo) for there robotaxi services. Plus they have partnerships with all the major silicon vendors (AMD, Intel, TI, NXP, etc). Cathie Woods recently posted saying Tesla is going to be worth $8T at some point... so if BB is providing literally all the competition with the foundational software... Then at a minimum this should be worth 1/100th the value which would be $134/share. and this is still severely undervalued since all time highs is $145 when it was a phone company. The moat is absolutely insane on this since both Apple and Ford blew through a combined $14 billion over the last decade trying to replicate what BB is offering. The market cap right now is only at $2.6 billion. Definitely check out the BB\_Stock subreddit and there website if you are serious.

My hidden GEM had this for 2yrs average cost .28 100,000 shares waiting for it to get to a dollar and then I’m out. I know a few people that work there legit company to hidden gem. Nobody knows about it but wait till I announce their earnings report coming up. I think that’s when the markets gonna wake up to this company or they’re gonna be bought out. Industrial hemp requires a lot of specialized processing equipment, which nobody was working on prior to legalization. The supply chain had to catch up to the availability of raw input. Don't forget COVID too. The largest hemp processing plant in the western hemisphere was being worked on for years, and finally [opened last year](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20240613007853/en/Panda-Biotech-Celebrates-the-Grand-Opening-of-the-Panda-Hemp-Gin-of-Wichita-Falls-Texas). This was originally announced in late 2019. Right before COVID destroyed supply chains. Note that this hemp facility was being Texas. Bruce Linton left Canopy after going extremely hard into hemp. They had made many hemp acquisitions, including acquiring BioSteel to turn it into a CBD drink. He left Canopy and started a SPAC called Collective Growth, which was headquartered in Texas. Collective Growth was focused on finding an investment in the hemp supply chain line. So while from our perspective, a lot of hemp production has been converting CBD to Delta 8 and selling THCa flower, I do think there have been a lot of people working in the background to lay the foundation for making money off all the other parts of the plant. Just getting hemp to be used in our biofuel blending would be immensely profitable, as it is one of the best biofuel plants in the world. This is a very legitimate company. Not only do they have the $50 mil from GM, but they also have a commitment from Global Emerging Markets (GEM) for $450 mil if they go public. EnergyX is located in Austin, TX and they have plans to build a state-of-the-art building to showcase this technology in the near future. They also just acquired some property (90,000 acres) in South America that will really put them on the map. As far as I know, Elon does not endorse EnergyX, he was only saying that if any entrepreneur wants a lucrative business, they should try lithium extraction/production. It's basically like "printing money". From what I can tell, Reddit is not a very good place to ask questions. No one knows what they are talking about.

They have a medium-sized building in Austin, Texas and are working on an even larger facility in the near future. I've invested with them in their seed round and their Reg A round. I believe that they will be big, but that's just me. They are in both the extraction of the lithium and the making of lithium batteries. There have been recent developments in Chile as well (though they haven't been made public yet). Yes, there's the $50 mil investment by GM, but there's also been a $450 mil commitment made by Global Emerging Markets (GEM) should EnergyX ever go public. I just don't think someone makes a commitment like that without realizing the real promise that this company has. Viva la EnergyX!
