Losses stink. I DCA lower like with LULU right now. Day trade it on pops to lower cost average. I’m up huge on BA for example but current down on a position but day trade it to recoup. I won’t sell this position for a loss. SBUX is another, made a lot buying and selling. Luckily had none when it dropped from $95 to $72. Started buying at $79. Day traded for a few weeks. Ended up having some when it popped 20% last week and sold. With any solid company/stock you should be able to recoup losses. This doesn’t work with penny stocks. Had a friend who had a million. Wanted more. He bought some serious trash at super high entries like TLRY NIO SOLO KNDI and a couple others. At least one is $0. The rest won’t come back. He’ll be working an extra decade now. To me the key is buying truly viable stocks, and DCA. You could have bought Bitcoin at the top in 2021, and if you DCA’d BTC since, you are up big!
A cheap stock that has the potential to break out is KNDI. Small cap but has more money in the bank than the company is worth. Just started seeing commercials on CNBC today, and with low volume it’s easy to move. It’s a possibility.
What do you think about Kandi Technologies (KNDI)? They're an EV company which started with making EV farm equipment and off road vehicles which I always found to be an interesting approach to that market. They've also produced a few on road vehicles. They've recently become profitable, today announcing their second $0.01 EPS. They were extremely volatile prior to the pandemic and the value would seemingly randomly spike sometimes anywhere between 75% and 150% maybe more, before dropping again. For the past year it has been more or less stable at it's price which is strange in my opinion considering it's price history. What do you think is in the future for this stock?

Most EV companies are pushing thru the evolution of start up and growth. MULN has a good platform with the FIVE, Dragonfly, Vans, etc. The key will be them executing on the Lithium-Sulfur battery. We will see more and more small EV auto of 3-6 platforms making it in the space. Tesla set, and continue to set, that standard. Fisker, Faraday, Polestar, Lucid, Rivian, Atlas, Bollinger, Hercules, etc all these smaller companies will battle it out for a smaller piece of the pie from the big guys. You have the niche market like AYRO, APTIV, SOLO, FUV, GOEV, KNDI and then the big Chinese guys like LI, BYD, XPENG and NIO. NIO has set up office in CA. They could take a big leadership role if they go at it hard. Their battery swap is [amazing.You](https://amazing.You) have buses, golf carts, tractors, last mile, boats all going EV. My point on MULN, is that they have the same chance as these other and being USA made gives them the extra tax credit once (or if) it gets passed. Been at it since 2014, so not new, but still have a lot to prove. They are worth more than a $1 off speculation on the sector growth. Tesla has proven how hard it is to get a product to market. Most certainly in this supply environment. Lucid and Rivian are seeing that now. Fisker will probably stay struggles. It will be a swing trade in a rough up and down market, but again, worth more than $1. If they prove it out, it rockets. It's taken the EV charging 3 years to finally start seeing the light. CHPT earnings today shows we are boarding a speed boat. People are now embracing EV. Adoption is growing faster than expected. As supply chain improves, it's gonig to be a fun ride. My EV portfolio is 80 stocks. 20-30 will be 10X in next 2-4 years. Just finding the correct one is key.

Well, "until last year" doesn't tell us the time period, and it's cumulative not normalized. I bought KNDI, NKLA, QS, OPTT, REGI, AFIB and RIDE and I'm still up over 84% "since last year."
The difference is that in the US we have GAAP and audited books, so you can at least check if it is true when the accusations come out! With KNDI it was like, OK, but how do we know what is happening? Thankfully the uncertainty caused a slight bounce that reduced my losses on exit, but still... That's why I stopped buying stocks in non-GAAP countries. Here I'm just disappointed that they didn't SPAC it.

All start ups NIO KNDI LCID I have fractional shares of Tesla also when I sell my stocks I’m re buying these stocks they are still low. EV is gonna be crazy in like 2025 especially since countries are gonna ban selling gas cars in the future.

Okay so now they're pretty much owned by Chinese but if they SPAC then they will be owned by general market depending on how much is retained. All Chinese companies are not bad. I own KNDI. And I think the downvotes because people want to believe that it is more of a Scandinavian company due to the allure as well as the European history of high quality automobiles. Which again if it is owned by the general market and manufactured in Scandinavia it is.
Pre-corona 200k, now 815k. Made 450k with NIO, 160k with CCIV/LCID and 120k with GME & AMC. The difference I lost with random stocks so around 120k I guess. Missed a massive opportunity. Could easily be a multimillionnaire now. Was all in with 200k in KNDI around May-July. Sold beginning of july at 4.5$. A few weeks later it peaked to 16$. Would've gone from 200k to like 800k and instead of going all in in NIO in august 2020 with 200k I would've gone all in in NIO with 800k. Bought NIO at 13$ sold NIO at 60$. If only I did that with 800k instead of 200k I would've been a multimillionnaire now.
This all sounds great except for the fact the EV stocks have been slaughtered for the past four weeks and today are getting completely annihilated 3,4,5, 8% down across the board. ARVL, RIDE, FSR, PTRA, LEV, KNDI, FFIE beating to smithereens. Even the ancillaries QS, EVGO yada yada all down. Big money is trying to wipe us out of our position so they can take them over at pennies on the dollar as usual. With any luck when it turns around tomorrow the next day or Friday, Apes will come charging back and trample big money, big oil and shorty.
KNDI Kandi motors: part owned by Geely, 3 NEVS that qualify for federal tax credit. Rolling out distributorships now. Very predictable and stable stock, even today! I love my Kandi.
If you really need capital and you're going to sell anyway you could (if enabled & have enough shares) sell CC on the underlyings. Not sure if that would free up enough $ for what you're looking for but if it would you can potentially sell for more or you could potentially keep the equities. If it were me, I'd for sure keep RKT, UWMC, WKHS, CLOV, KNDI, and KOSS, and out of the list if I had to drop one it would probably be CLNE, but YMMV depending on your portfolio diversity, risk tolerance, and fundamental/technical analysis. No EV company can rival Tesla, I'm in on Tesla ATM and I think Tesla TBH has potential to hit 2 tril market cap within a few years. Uhm, as for ARVL they'll lose to Tesla, WKHS is not some new company, KNDI is Chinese bro didn't you see what happened to Didi? and this company ORGN I can't find squat for info on em other than they are trading at 30 Canadian cents per share which might be the best buy you have. Well that's a big ask and really that's what I'm looking for too, not trading, but rather long-term holds that compound capital gains tax free, and after a while you don't have to worry about pull backs because you're so far in the money. Since I invest in the green EV/green sector my top positions are ARVL, WKHS, KNDI, ORGN which by coincidence are all at a great by buy point on last close IMHO. Not Financial advice.

They did do GNUS because it’s a piece of shit company that gets pumped and dumped every so often. I find their research compelling. I have had success shorting the lame Chinese EV stocks like KNDI. DraftKings I’m on the fence about because of the online gambling industry’s growth potential, but I wouldn’t want to contribute to organized crime. Hopefully they can get rid of that partner.

If we can keep higher lows and the same peaks - we will eventually lead to a massive breakout. ​ $COMM - Great up trend, and we need a lower price to buy in, but when it does retract some - it will be a great buy in. ​ $KNDI - Amazing horizontal play; IT CAN GET LOWER. So only having a support is not much but it is a very strong one at least. ​ $LSPD - Amazing triangle is forming, if tomorrow is a bounce back day - we may see a great start to a great push up. ​ $MXIM - Another possible ascending triangle. If we do get a good push it could easily be 5% move fairly quick, I like it. ​ $NFE - We want a pullback. We want to get in around $40 in my opinion. I was lucky enough to buy TZA around $15. Sold early but almost tripled my account with just one trade. It was a blessing last March. Looking at KNDI right now but not ready to pull the trigger. Good volume and can buy a lot of shares with big % moves. What do you guys think?

For everyone looking at these two,please take a look at $KNDI.. Its based out of China, doing same work but also have 2 wheelers in its portfolio.. With a congested country like China with a lot of ppl not able to afford a 4 wheeler, they r trying to tap into 2 wheeler electric revolution.. This stock is also on bargain with a very low entry point.. I've not done any DD or read any DD on it.. I've 200 shares bought today around $6

Any sale of a car that is not placed by the body of government that owns the company it’s placing orders from. I’ve seen this more than once KNDI is just one example of a Chinese car company that is subsidized by the government to exist, it makes no profit nor does NIO. Until they can get off government subsidized life support this is radio active waste.
Nothing China says is true. The government allows and promotes deceiving US investors with companies like SOS, KNDI, NIO, ADR. Don’t believe anything that comes out of the PRC, they have obligation to tell you the truth and like your moms boyfriend never does.
TM and HMC are traditional automakers with breakout in the EV field. I’m not counting it in this field. I’m talking actual EV only companies. NIO, WKHS, TSLA, SOLO, AYRO, KNDI, and XPEV. Try again.

I have been looking at KANDI electric vehicles, KNDI, i call this ev the Peoples Car, it just entered the US market and being sold world wide, it is priced under $10000. Stock at $7. And another EV by Wuling Motors ticker WLMTF mass produced with partnership of GM ans Saic and sold IN CHINA and world wide, it is priced under $8000. Stock under $1.

I got in at 18 and out at 28 and back in at 26. There is a little more profit-taking than I usually like to see, but it looks like a good "investment" if it takes awhile to climb. Fleet vehicles aren't sexy, it might not be one for the astronauts. But IMO it is a lot better than the EV sensor companies; those I only scalp. I completely disagree with the article on EV SPACs; they're nothing like the dot com boom, because vehicles are actual products that can be sold for money, whereas a lot of the internet startups in the dot com boom were things without an obvious monetization scheme other than just running ads, and being a billboard has fairly low value compared to selling cars. There used to be a lot more car companies, consolidation picked up after the engineering had converged. EVs should follow the same type of pattern, with early diversification followed by consolidation. I think it will be hard to keep the little guys down, they'll have to be bought out. And there will be a few like NKLA and KNDI.
