Because I'm not explaining it or giving details. Idc if you believe me. Tbh. But: Laptop attack: not sure exactly how it happened, I was at work my GF tried to File for Unemployment on my Laptop and called me crying Saying she's sorry and freaking out. In the background I heard a robotic voice saying "Do Not Turn Off Your Laptop" Told her shut it off, pull the power cord. I just went through a Blue screen of Death, I had the Restoration files on my External HD. When I got to the laptop it wouldn't turn on. It would just go to a black screen. Loaded an emergency Boot on a USB and managed to get into the F8 boot menu. All attempts to restore from there failed and kept giving errors. Windows key not found. Pulled out my old busted laptop I googled the error and found myself on a forum for developers. Few hours of reading, I found out My TPM module on my laptop board was being used in a creative way to lock/encrypt my hard drive. Followed the steps on the internet very carefully and managed to get midway through a Reformat when an error code popped something about corrupt hardware, it gave me an option to repair and clear all previous encryption and data. Reluctantly said yes. Finally the reset worked. I did a Triple Pass again. And again. Haven't had an issue since.. What did I lose in this : beyond Music and Photos, I had a Metamask wallet with $200 of eth in it that was Never backed up. It wasn't supposed to exist for long. But gas was above 100 gwei and my Dex attempt was going to cost $100... So I was just going to wait it out. I also had a Daedalus cardano wallet on the laptop ( like an idiot stored my key in a text file on the in the documents ) That was compromised. Mining rewards stolen. 2018 I mined on my laptop for some Monero Dust in a pool, let it rack up to $50 ish and one day my laptop ( the old one I used to help restore the attacked one) Had a Thermal Meltdown ( according to the windows screen that was stuck) it still works, but only for like 20 min at a time... Wen I had the thermal melt down I stopped mining, left the funds in the pool. A year later I attempted to retrieve them and I cannot find the pool. Tried again with Minergate, only to have that not exactly "Stolen" but I can't withdraw it.. that is about $100 worth of Monero today. Not exactly "stolen" sure I spoke loosely. But it's not exactly a Lie. 2 BTC in bitconnect.... It was 1.8 BTC something... ( Including the 'Compounded reinvested Returns') I started buying Bitcoin 2,600 Litecoin I watched at 12$ bought at $45 and Eth.... I kick myself over. Eth spiked to the $30's and I said " I'll wait... 90% of what I bought went into Bitconnect. Idk how to prove that one. I was About 2 months away from my funds being Released. One night the withdraw wasn't working. I remember thinking, it's okay I'll pull my rewards tomorrow. I woke up to all my funds converted into BCC which was now worthless.. Ironically I made 5k in the stock market that morning going YOLO on a a stock that crashed On the Friday Before that weekend $SPI If memory serves me right: it was a Monday. In Jan. 2018. I had been buying for almost a year The day Bitconnect went down. I rage quit crypto. Only to Juno back in full fomo later that year at a terrible time...

Why did people get into LRC in the first place? Youtubers promising it could go x100? I did just that with SPI. It was in Jan or Feb 2021. There is a channel on Youtube where a guy has a "team" and they ware doing "reaserch" about many coins out there. On of them was SPI. He said it had bright future and did some predictions. I thought why not. He seems genuin and not like Bitboy who pumped and dumped coins on his followers. So i bough just 2 SPI at 209$ when it was on the way down after ATH. I thought it was good price. After all i would hold and sell for a lot more than i bought it for. So i held...and held...It went down and down and down. Later i found out that this Youtuber was not the only one talking about SPI at that time. I realized he didn't made any research at all. He promoted SPI and got paid to do it but never told any of his followers that. He was lying right in you face and it was very convincing. By that time there was no point in selling so i held. Those 2 SPI are now worth 34$. I am not saying LRC is like SPI. I don't know anything about LRC but i have seen many comments here last few months where people ware recommending LRC and that it would go high. Don't trust youtubers even if they have hundered thousends followers. Don't trust people you don't know. There is also a lot of advanced bots on forums and in the comments that are hard to distinguish from real people. Be carefull out there. Always look for red flags and understand who is on the other side when you are buing and when you are selling. Take profits on the way when everything is going to the moon and buy when fear is high. Not they way around...Good luck!

First was SPI, which was created on Jan 1. I got in under $2 and it went up to over $250 so that was amazing. It's still doing well but is nowhere near its high. It could go either way as to whether it ends up successful or not. Last was ETH, which is part of a weekly buy I setup in the middle of the year. I fully expect that - my other significant existing crypto holdings aside - that within 10 years ETH will be over 100K and the ETH I will have begun buying this year will be enough to allow my early retirement.

The integration will also enable users to make payments from a wide range of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy. New DEX launching on XTZ today. SpicySwap is going to be bringing some exciting features:. – Flash swaps/ loans – Platform revenue share through SPI tokens – A new Wrapped XTZ – Impermanent Loss (IL) countermeasures – Token to token swap (FA1.1, FA1.2, FA2.0). – The ability to keep your Tezos staking rewards, while participating in DeFi. >A remarkable difference is the fact that SpicySwap does not support XTZ, instead you’ll need wrapped XTZ (WTZ). The mission for Wrapped Tez (WTZ) is to provide a straightforward solution for baking your Tezos while participating in DeFi. WTZ aims to be a low-code, self-custodial, no-fee token that just works. There are no extras, no bridges and no partnerships. >The concept is pretty simple. People that mint WTZ, will deposit XTZ into the WTZ smart contract. That XTZ will be staked and earn staking rewards. Because of this, the XTZ pool increases. u/jaredbdd get a load of this

When everything was going up every youtuber was right...It did almost not matter what coin they talked about...Everything went up anyway. He talks a lot about shit coins that he promotes without telling people that he got paid to talk about those coins. He also gets paid in those coins when he is involved as a consultant. He dos not tell you that either. He pump those coins than sell them at the top and don´t talk about them anymore... He does same thing as Bitboy but in more sophisticated and more believable way. Pump and dump. I bought SPI after his video about it and later found out it was just paid ad.

I was also following him before and bought SPI after his "high hopes" for it...Later i realized that he got paid to recommend that coin because several youtubers "promoted it" at the same time and soon after it went down, and down, and down and hit same price as before the bull run...He never said that it was an ad. Don´t trust this guy. He is manipulating everybody. He promote many coins without telling that. He is also involved as a consultant in some coins. Sometimes he mention it but i bet he only does that when he need to because his name is officially connected to that project. Just look att how many sponsoreships he has. There is something in every video. Also remember that all those crypto Youtubers that want you to stake your coins with them make money on it. They never tell you that. The more people that join the more they make. That´s besides youtube revenue, paid promotions, patreon, special paid mail lists, software ads, affiliate links and so on...Guy like him will never tell you the true. He will feed you with what you want to hear to keep you as a subscriber so he can make more money. And when everything crash they tell you eather that they just sold before the dip or that it´s a healty dip... :D. Even if BTC would go down to 10k they would say hold the line...We are still in a bull market! :D They don´t want you to go so they say everything to calm you down to keep you so they can continue to make money on you while all your money just vanish into thin air... If you really want to make money on crypto buy when nobody talks about it. After it crashed so hard that everything is almost worthless...Just like it was before thic cycle start. Then just wait for next bull run...

The risk of somebody under the age of 60 dying from covid is practically zero. The UK Government has already admitted perpetrating a campaign of psychological manipulation against the population here with regards to the severity of Covid. Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour have expressed regret about ‘unethical’ methods used to control behaviour in Covid crisis and admitted they should be considered ‘totalitarian’. Scientists on a committee that encouraged the use of fear to control people’s behaviour during the Covid pandemic have admitted its work was “unethical” and “totalitarian”. Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B) expressed regret about the tactics in a new book about the role of psychology in the Government’s Covid-19 response. The group warned in March last year that ministers needed to increase “the perceived level of personal threat” from Covid-19 because “a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened”. Gavin Morgan, a psychologist on the team, said: “Clearly, using fear as a means of control is not ethical. Using fear smacks of totalitarianism. It’s not an ethical stance for any modern government. By nature, I am an optimistic person, but all this has given me a more pessimistic view of people.” The government has faced a barrage of criticism and been accused of ramping up the threat from the pandemic to justify lockdowns and coerce the public into abiding by them. This claim is set to be examined by the forthcoming public inquiry into the pandemic response. SPI-B is one of the sub-committees that advises the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage), led by Sir Patrick Vallance, the chief scientific adviser. One SPI-B scientist told Ms Dodsworth: “In March \[2020\] the Government was very worried about compliance and they thought people wouldn’t want to be locked down. There were discussions about fear being needed to encourage compliance, and decisions were made about how to ramp up the fear. The way we have used fear is dystopian. “The use of fear has definitely been ethically questionable. It’s been like a weird experiment. Ultimately, it backfired because people became too scared.” Another SPI-B member said: “You could call psychology ‘mind control’. That’s what we do… clearly we try and go about it in a positive way, but it has been used nefariously in the past.” One warned that “people use the pandemic to grab power and drive through things that wouldn’t happen otherwise… We have to be very careful about the authoritarianism that is creeping in”. Steve Baker, the deputy chairman of the Covid Recovery Group of Conservative MPs, said: “If it is true that the state took the decision to terrify the public to get compliance with rules, that raises extremely serious questions about the type of society we want to become. “If we’re being really honest, do I fear that Government policy today is playing into the roots of totalitarianism? Yes, of course it is.” >Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour have expressed regret about ‘unethical’ methods used to control behaviour in Covid crisis and admitted they should be considered ‘totalitarian’. Yes, of course it is.” Full article here: [https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/14/scientists-admit-totalitarian-use-fear-control-behaviour-covid/](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/14/scientists-admit-totalitarian-use-fear-control-behaviour-covid/) If you are relying on this same class of people to tell you the truth with regards to side effects of these experimental injections, good luck to you, I say.

SPI (shopping.io) - First crypto integration to be able to purchase goods from ebay/amazon/walmart/aliexpress using CRYPTO directly. You also get a % discount depending on how many tokens you are holding. Seriously undervalued and under $100mil market cap. SRK (sparkpoint.io) - DEFI, DEX, Deflationary older token, Learning platform, Mobile Games/apps. Basically building a whole ecosystem. Again extremely undervalued and small market cap.

>I thought stocks and commodities and crypto all go up through the same economic system? Through a shock of the limit order books? I.E. if too many people buy, they fill so many of the higher-priced sell orders and the price of the last trade rises. I think stocks and crypto and commodities are just valued at whatever people are willing to pay for them. Correct but the question isn't how things are valued but why they are valued. Stocks and commodities are valuable because they're expected to be worth something in the future and I tried to explain in the post why they're expected to be worth something in the future but ultimately those expectations come down to people laboring to earn money to purchase things that they want. I just don't see the chain that connects real human wants and needs to crypto-currency. >But i see your concern for an actual use case of crypto instead of pure speculation. But how about stocks? A company having profit doesn’t automatically mean that the stock shares appreciate in value. The price is still controlled by the order books. Well stocks can also be speculative too because they include forward-looking expectations about profits, no doubt about that. A company without profits now can still be considered valuable if they're expected to make profits at some point in the future, assuming they don't go broke first. And a company with profits now but not expected to have profits in the future will see their stock price fall. So there is a degree of removal from present reality in this forward-looking nature but this works because there are reasons to think that there will or won't be profits in the future. I don't see those reasons with crypto, where are the profits coming from? >Ok and the thing is that a lot of cryptos actually have use cases. Take BNB or ETH for example. Those are needed to provide liquidity for trades on DEXs. Or how about governance tokens too, those have use cases. Or how about something like SPI where you need to hold it to access more features on shopping.io. Or CHAIN which is used for video game wagering. There are a lot of terms here that I'm not familiar with so I'll just ask are these use cases that USD or another fiat could not do for technical reasons? ie these are products or services that could not be rendered if the medium of exchange were not a crypto currency?

Guys I highly recommend to check SPI token, the total supply of 1 million coin and is constantly doing amazing projects

GSPI is a sweaty 2am altcoin with a $20M market cap right now. Shopping.io's SPI token has been going up lately, but it's already pretty well known and regularly promoted. They're going to start heavy marketing for GSPI in the coming week or so. Holders of GSPI will be able to sell on shopping.io at a discount. This is the main use case for GSPI aside from governance, and it offers a fantastic APY if you stake it. They haven't announced the use case anywhere outside of their telegram yet. 32%+ of the 1 million GSPI supply is staked. If you get in now before they tell people why GSPI is wife material it could pay off massively. Read more at business.shopping.io. You would have to be an idiot not to buy this token right now. This is not financial advice.

**Sheldon Evans (SE)** As for several of the people in the comments, SE was my gateway into crypto YouTube videos. Unfortunately I took the bait and bought three of the coins that he shilled. **Those are the only red lines in my 12-coin portfolio as of now**. Everything that he shills literally skyrockets around the time when he publishes the videos. The most blatant was $SPI that I already pulled out of (with losses of course). Maybe he does believe in those projects and has good intentions. Maybe not. Who knows. But my recommendation is that you **don't buy the coins that SE shills**. They're either shit or you'll likely buy them too late after he posts the video, which means you'll be helping his most loyal fanboys dump their shit. I do think **he's a decent source of knowledge for newbies like me**. Nowadays I watch his videos to get a big picture idea of what's going on in the crypto world. He's part of the 'exploration' component of my crypto information strategy. But I will never buy a coins that he shills again.

The GME/Robinhood fiasco is a good example of how "disrupting" companies often think that the problem they're solving is a nice interface, without understanding the fundamentals. Robinhood does have a nice interface--arguably the best--but they don't have their own clearing house, so when their clearing house stopped processing GME trades, Robinhood couldn't give their customers what they wanted. Robinhood said it's not their fault, because their clearing house was the one that made the decision to stop processing trades, not Robinhood. But it *is* Robinhood's fault, because they didn't solve the fundamental problem. The fundamental problem isn't that there isn't a nice enough app for trading stocks. The fundamental problem is that retail traders don't have access to a clearing house that serves their needs. But as always: Robinhood will probably get their customers back eventually while the retail traders who lost money due to the (temporarily) broken short squeeze won't get their money back. When fundamentals break down, the little guys always lose. I'm saying all this to encourage people to pay attention to the fundamentals of how a coin rises in value instead of just looking at graphs and seeing green. The same problem exists in the crypto space: a lot of the coins out there are doing neat, flashy stuff, but don't have solid fundamentals. SPI is a great example: they fundamentally don't offer anything over simply buying stuff off of Amazon with USD. Their fees are higher and service is worse. But speculators drove up their price anyway, and now anyone who didn't get out in time is paying. Unpopular opinion: ETH is in danger of failing on the fundamentals. So far, the biggest use case ETH has is... making more cryptocurrencies with smart contracts. And the miners are in danger of killing the golden goose on that one: high gas fees are driving smaller projects onto platforms that don't gouge them on price. I still have hope for ETH--if they can transition smoothly to PoS and build more real-world partnerships, things can keep growing for a long time. But coins like ADA and VET already have PoS and real-world partnerships.

Shopping SPI just claimed they have integrated with Amazon....could this be true? Is it a major news?

SPI is listed on gateio exchange now. You wont have to deal with entire networks (binance) crashing when it peaks. By far easiest and cheapest way to buy HOT Gate is a top listed trusted exchange on coingecko. Fees are ridiculously small and defi is not easy to buy and sell from. I'm from USA verified very easily. [Gateio](https://gate.io/) allows for the person referring to set the rate, so here's my code. **30% for you** and I only get 10%. You can move the listed spot price on an exchange, but when there is low liquidity and a decent spread on the order book between buys and sells it doesn't really mean anything. In the example you provided the price of SPI would be listed at $144 after your market buy, but assuming the buy order book remains the same any market sells would immediately take the price back down to it's previous levels of say, $135. The main point here is that the price impact fluctuations of buying or selling is almost exclusively a result of lacking liquidity. If a trading pair is not limited by liquidity issues, the increased market cap from your buy will give you a mathematically predictable price (based on the market cap and circulating supply) that others will be able to buy and sell at. Low liquidity is what allows for those significant price fluctuations that are out of balance with the actual capital that you're moving around.

Seems it’s a great explanation to me. The scenario you describe isn’t SPI then, because in his scenario only $1k worth of coins is available for sale at that 3% range. His illustration shows it clearly, even if he picked a more liquid currency where you need to spend $1M to buy up all the sell orders at 3% range, the market cap increase is still not equivalent to the amount spent.

Yes - adding fiat DOES help a lot as you showed, but it can increase in other ways, but yes, when market cap increases the majority of the time the net fiat also increases but it not 1:1 look at this example below. Thank you u/RFV1985 who explained it This can also be explained with a real world scenario. As of the time I’m writing this, I am going to pick a low ranking alt...let’s use SPI (ranks #300 on CoinGecko). It has a $132M market cap. If I go to KuCoin, I see it currently trades for $141. Based on the order book, if I were to place a $1k market buy order, the price would then immediately jump to about $144 based on the supply of the order book. So my $1k market buy order drives the price up by $3. So I effectively increased its market cap by ~$3M with just a $1k order. So I the 1/7th the demand is correct but I think you might be correct that if they were to be exactly equal that Dogecoin having a higher supply would need a higher demand. I might have to investigate, but I’m almost completely sure that due to the supply of Dogecoin compared bitcoin the demand would need to 7 times more to maintain equal levels. However bitcoins demand has always surpassed the demand of all other cryptocurrency so it’s hard to say for sure
