Or with Leverage you can easily get Margin Called in Crypto and lose it all… Say he puts his $110 in at 20X leverage. He now has $2200 in on some crypto. A -5% will have him called and he will lose it all. Cryptos will do 5% swings daily, hourly sometimes. He would have to have a Stop Loss set at 2% to even possibly survive this. I can 100% guarantee you he would get REKT

If someone has discovered some secret to reliably knowing whether the market is going to go up, down or sideways at at any particular time then of course they'd be better off buying another bottom and selling at the top. The only issue is nobody has the faintest idea whether the market is going to go up, down or sideways. Many think they can, for the same reason many people think they can beat them odds-on the pokies. The vast majority of traders get REKT. Which is why DCA is such a good strategy.
