My wallet disagrees. Tried moving ETH mainnet > Starknet > Eth mainnet > Blast L2 . End result : REKT Now imaging onboarding normies . Not gonna happen. Again implemented layer zero patchwork plug ins for ETH is really trying to emulate what Polkadot built from the beginning. If ETH was a layer zero from the start we wouldn’t be having this conversation. It’s not user friendly at all in my experience.
Getting opinions from strangers is not research. You need to spend time finding fundamental information about whatever it is you're wanting to put money into. There's people in crypto who think investing and trading are the same thing. They are not. Your approach to research is different for trading than it is for investing. For trading its technical analysis TA. For investing its fundamental analysis FA. Theres multiple steps in both of these. You need to make a decision which way you go. You can do both , but you have to keep them separate. After you do the research and you gather the important fundamental information, you then need to apply critical thinking to it. Then build a strategy around that which suits your current situation. Whatever that may be. Never let emotions deviate you from your strategy! What you are doing is forming your own opinions. Not others opinions. This is extremely important! You need to make decisions based on your own fact based research. Not emotions based on other peoples opinions! I can't stress this enough! After you do all these things I've stated above, you can ask what other people think. Depending on how far reaching you ask for opinions, you can get a sentiment of the market. But you DO NOT want this to change your decision making which should be based on your own research analysis, not opinions. Do not let emotions enter into any decision making at all. Emotions will get you REKT! Either for investing or trading!

I have been swing trading for 3 years now, and this will be first profitable year where I have currently made more trading than I have made at my day job in the first 3 months of the year. This happened due to YEARS of studying the market, reading countless DD, losing everything, banging my head against the wall, Trying and Failing, trying again and failing again, etc. I do NOT recommend this for novice investors. You will most likely lose money. For a Newcomer, Buy BTC/ETH and Hold. Slowly DCA into those over the next few years. Meanwhile, deep diving into the market, reading everything. Until you fully understand how the Crypto market works, do not try to trade. You will get REKT. Never use Leverage, and only invest what you can afford to lose.

This is a recipe for getting REKT!!!! this is a losing strategy - IMO. It has played out during previous cycles. Forums are full of loss porn and stories of being devastated. If you want to play the Alt game, fine. but have a clear exit plan, don't get greedy. You have to watch them like a hawk and jump (out) at a moments notice. take profits early and often, do not be the bag holder, which is what you will be with your current approach. If you already have 5x+ you should be taking profits and moving into safer places. Most alts will not survive the entire bull run. Know the tokenonmics and be ready bail quickly. Alts can be great, but they are NOT passive, at all!!! Rug pulls and scam coins are everywhere. good luck

this makes no sense and leaves the context of my original post. Also if I had went all in at the bottom 16k I would have made huge (for me) bank. But I am not going to think like that. The problem is I had an opportunity to achieve a goal comfortably (for my current situation, that can hardly change for the next 20 months) and I chose to bet against BTC (expecting it to go lower) and got REKT again. Agree, it's remarkable BTC is nearing its previous ATH despite seemingly lower retail involvement. I think that's good news! **Institutional adoption and long-term investment** are playing a big role. Remember back in October 2021 the frenzy driven by **retail FOMO** and easy money. It was really exciting but not sustainable (ie REKT). This climb feels more organic. The ETF approvals are being absorded (and marketed). Plus we have more maturity in the crypto ecosystem (e.g., DeFi, NFTs). This all could lead to **more stable growth**. LFG!!

If you have dolars, you can invest it and take passive income. If you have gold, it values considerably fast and is accepted everywhere, but what about bitcoin? It seems to me you buy it from a broker, stock it and never use it because it's not accepted anywhere, some people even laugh you talk about it. You're going to have to dive down a rabbit hole about what money is and how it is supposed to work. Everyone knows, you produce something valuable or do something valuable for someone, they pay you money. That's it. All of this stock exchange and interest bearing thing is "finance" and it works only because the people who provide these services have a license to print more units of the money. Loans between you and I can work naturally, you want $100, I loan it to you, you do something productive, make more money and give me back $110 (10% interest). Loans between you and a bank works like this: you want $100, the bank creates $100 from nothing (not earned money, new money) you do some stuff and make profit, you give the bank $110. You think the bank made $10 profit, but they made $110 profit. If there was $10,000 in the world, after you did your work, there is now $10,100 in the world. Every loan increase the supply of money and over time, this translates to people who have $100 to their name feeling poorer over time because more money in the economy makes goods more expensive makes $100 worth less. Banks take advantage of this thing called "unit bias" to trick us, and finance is people doing all sorts of loan type behaviour to attempt to increase their balances in nominal value ($100 -> $110) while all the while, the money is inflating so much faster so you are always underperforming. With Bitcoin and its fixed supply, you should not need to put your money in interest earning systems. You work for your money and money gets distributed to the hardest workers and cycles around. Bitcoin doesn't "work for you" like money does, but money doesn't work for you either, it works for the bank and gives you a false sense of progress. That progress is objectively better than the lack of progress made by someone who doesn't play though... So now we're all trapped in a hamster wheel thinking we're doing something productive when the most productive thing we could be doing is real work but the banks made sure that real work doesn't pay. This is why many of us recommend DON'T TRADE, DON'T PUT BITCOIN IN AN INTEREST BEARING ACCOUNT, DON'T TAKE OUT BITCOIN LOANS. Those who do this may see short term gains and might make it rich quickly, but those who don't are guaranteed to NOT GET REKT in the process and Bitcoin only goes up as time goes on, as people realize how Bitcoin fixes money and yes Bitcoin is volatile in the short term, but we're talking 5 years 10 years, you never lose. Many who trade realize that after years of trading, they have more dollars than they started with, but they have less Bitcoin than they initially bought. They then realize that had they not traded, they would have more dollars than had they traded.
This strategy could work out. But you could also get REKT. *Tread lightly….*

Learn to do your own research and learn how to critically think. Make all decisions based on what you research. Not on what someone else says. Emotions will get you REKT!

My top signals for the market are when you see normies (people who have no interest/experience inc crypto) rushing to get involved. Like when you see it on mainstream news every day and your grandma/buddies start calling you asking how to get into crypto. Its a clear signal the market is too hot and overpriced. Ultimately no one knows when the top is, its just a feeling. The best thing you can do is make a plan for what price targets you want to sell at and then STICK TO YOUR PLAN. FOMO happens when you dont want to sell because you think price will go higher or you are worried if you dont buy youre going to miss out on gains. You should be investing for solid, logical reasons as to why you think the price will go up in the future. Not because your heart is telling you too. NEVER TRADE WITH YOUR EMOTIONS OR ELSE YOU WILL GET REKT. MAKE A PLAN AND STICK TO IT
I do a lot of TA and the low timeframes have way too much noise. But you are doing the right thing by ignoring the price altogether!👍. People who focus on the price and have no clue about trading or TA get REKT.
Smart to lock some gains while cautiously riding this rally. Can't blame you for not wanting 2017 vibes again! Frankly no one knows for sure where the true peak and reversal will hit this cycle. Could still see $100k+ if momentum stays hot through halving hype. But that'll likely take a perfect storm of macro conditions, supply shocks, fresh onramps, etc. We're in pretty uncharted territory though. $48k very well could mark key resistance and cause a gut check. Some alts will surely face heavy DOT-com style dumps if Bitcoin diverges. If I had to bet...I'd watch for either a double top in the $65-70k zone from last ATH or cooling off around $100k psych barrier. And target re-entry accumulation zones between $20k-$30k if market structure holds. But so many X factors at play. That's just my 2 sats! Def don't wanna overthink upside potential. Stick to those solid yield plays in meantime and avoid REKT-land mines, ya dig? Just gotta tune out noise and trust the process brotha!

Well, they can't have my bitcoin. The lion's share of the BTC is in the hands of OJs, or lost. They think they can always show up late to the party and steal the cake but the fact of the matter is that it will not be possible this time. If anything, institutions will get REKT with bitcoin because they do not understand it at all and no one will be there to bail them out. Why do I give a shit if people shorting Crypto get REKT?
Doing futures trading with 20x leverage but very low capital. (10$ at stake). I only trade during weekends when the market is quite calm and the patterns are predictive. Also on weekends there are no crazy news as no one is working. During the week, avoid days where there are too many news! You get REKT 100% if there are news looming around!
Today and tomorrow we will only get REKT news.
