Haha, my L1 gems like QANX and RIO, along with privacy and DePIN projects like WIFI and ZANO, are holding strong during these dips.
Check out ZANO ….. the coin is about to breakout and has a big update in less than 2 weeks.
Fingers crossed, mate. I'm not only hoping on dVPN but also on some other trends including FET (AI), WIFI (DePINS), QANX (QR) and ZANO (Privacy).
I've got 3 in the green... ETC, ZANO, and DOGE. Slightly red on RVN, Very red on BTC and ERGO. Those are mostly functions of when I bought / mined those coins though; I bought BTC in January of 2022 and mined the ERGO when it was near it's peak. I mined RVN while it was at it's peak as well, and kept mining when it hit lows, and unloaded most of it at 0.07 pre-merge so I'm only down a net like 15% on it based on the RVN I kept. If I had sold it all I'd have been up like 15%.

Atomic Swaps have been implemented & continue to be worked on. TARI will be the "ETH" of XMR if your looking for a smart contract focused coin in the privacy sector. TARI is still in testnet - from some of the original devs of Monero. It will be able to compete with ETH not just in scalability, but also in security/privacy ;) TARI will be merge mined with XMR XMR = private BTC TARI = private ETH There are other privacy smart contract coins but none that have as much potential as TARI in my opinion. Others include - ZANO, DERO, SCRT
There's a small cap privacy coin called ZANO that I think's future hinges on privacy coins in general. If Monero ever takes off in price, I think ZANO will follow suit. Monero has the privacy market monopolized, but the hybrid PoW/PoS that ZANO implemented could be seen as a 2nd generation (assuming no mishaps occur). I'm also a fan of Andrey Sabelnikov, the lead developer. Solid credentials in cryptography for years, and also comes off as fairly humble.
i think BitcoinZ also has anon transactions and same with ZANO, privacy is everywhere if you know where to look, kindof an ironic statement.
There are so many promising low cap and promising gems in the crypto verse. Interesting altcoins like CVP a solid project with huge community and has been consistent in ROI, ZANO with 28m Mcap, ARA with 21m Mcap , an infrastructure for payments, user identity, hosting, streaming, and ownership of digital files and content on the internet. But I will suggest you always do your own research as a newbie although I made some mistakes myself when I started, but it’s always good to DYOR

GPU mining for Ethereum will stop when ETH 2.0 comes out. That could be anywhere between 6 months to 3 years away. There is a long list of other minable coins: RVN, ERG, ZANO, CFX, FLUX, ETC, VTC, UBQ, and so many more.
Algorand - another platform like ADA/ETH which has big partnerships lined up and a powerful/smart plan for long term growth Ergo - the uniswap of ADA (Cardano network) XMR, Zcash, Dash, PIVX, ZANO - with regulation and taxes coming to the space I think privacy coins will be big in the near future.
While ago mining the ZANO the temp was 75\*C. I'm trying the folding@home now because all those comments made me look into it and it's a nice project. the temp is 66\*C
Right and currencies completely fail to hold value if they spiral into either hyper-inflation or hyper-deflation. Hyper-inflation, you just need so many it becomes silly and inconvenient for everyday transactions. Hyper-deflation, no one wants to spend them because they're more valuable the longer you hold them. Personally I think any crypto that wants to become an everyday currency needs to have A) some small amount of built-in annual inflation B) no hard cap on the money supply, and C) some mechanism to burn coins in case inflation gets too high. Maybe it's already invented? Maybe not. Looking at you XMR, NAV, PIVX, ZANO, and *yeah* DOGE.
