You literally showed why is he right. The probability of hitting at least one of the two is 75%, TT, HT and TH, the only wrong combination is HH. Also, if a penny stock is a 50-50 for you then you do zero due diligence, which is a mistake. I always do thorough fundamental analysis before investing into any company, especially before investing into a penny stock. Otherwise how could one find the winners?

It looks like deSPAC Target Hospitality ( TH ) may be one of the companies pre-approved to begin bidding on up to $10 billion in Department of War contracts, beginning October 2025 through December 2029, with a government option to extend ( depending on results of the 2028 election? ) through December 2034 for an additional $10 billion. No experience with government contracts and procedures, but it looks like Target would be one of just under 100 companies who are approved to bid. Fifty nine, including Target, were newly approved; another 37 were previously approved. No idea if Target will be able to win any of the upcoming contracts, but at least it looks like they can bid. Target was approved on September 4, but they have not announced it in any SEC filing or PR. The name of what appears to be one of their subsidiaries is listed in the Department of War "Contracts For Sept. 4, 2025" article.
