Fun fact: Onlyfans is a creator economy company open to web 3. Read an article about it on DEIP. Also, according to a CRO report GameFi is a booming industry, waiting for Allianceblock to help integrate staking etc directly into games. Plus, web 3 is major. Most web 3 developers work under ETH. And we already know DeFi technology is advanced enough to have TradFi say they would want to utilize tech from projects likr ALBT and TRM labs. So to answer OP, i think crypto actually has given us a lot more than... monetary losses lmao
I think eventually it will. I've been reading up about web 3 a lot and saw an article with DEIP about OnlyFans being a creator economy company that is accepting of web 3. ALBT partners like IXS and DOT are pretty involved in web 3. TradFi is attempting to bridge with DeFi and Vice versa. Look at the OpenWealth association. Eventually we're going to see apps moving to web 3. Maybe not now or even in the next five years but languidly we will see a lot of adoption. Just my opinion.
This. There are so many uses for NFTs. Music based (XDB), publishing NFTs (DEIP), fractionalized NFTs (ALBT partners' IXS and Art Consortium). Gaming NFTs (SAND, GALA, MANA). Especially the latter. The market is growing exponentially. So much so that projects like Allianceblock that have been around since 2018 are now getting into GameFi and Axie has still remained in the top, even with competitors like FUFU, Cometh etc.

When in reality, I've seen several musicians eliminate the middleman when selling their music through NFTs, authors that have been able to go through publishing NFTs with projects like DEIP, no need to go through months of sending your manuscript out to the big five publishers. IPs and medical records. Fractionalized NFTs like ALBT partners including IXS and ARTCO offer. Gaming NFTs like with MUST, GALA or AXS. So much potential.
I'm so tired of seeing ICP all over 4chan LOL. Especially because they're not particularly special. ALBT partners like IXS have the same features. Web 3, Fractionalized NFTs. Same with DEIP and Art Consortium. What on earth makes ICP special then?
I dont see them "dying out" so soon. SAND is doing pretty well, hitting milestones and improving in the metaverse, MUST is having a Cometh tournament with a 15k prize pool, they're obviously generating enough to have these competitions. But yes, we need more good use cases. IPs like with DEIP, Fractionalized like IXS, music based like XDB.
Facts. Interoperability and projects focussing on KYC like ALBT. Or web 3 projects like DEIP. Oracles like DIA. I think these may be the most hyped up ones. However, also feel like NFTs will improve in utility and continue the trend.
What NFTs are you looking at? Ignorance isn't always a bliss. NFTs are a revolution. The gaming industry is booming because of them. Not only do gamers get to have fun (whether is it a action packed game or a collectible card game like Cometh battle) but they're receiving rewards for it too. Plus, there are options for musicians, authors etc with music based and publishing NFTs through projects like XDB or DEIP. Aside from that, there are fractionalized NFTs for affordability and let's not forget how NFTs can change the real estate market too
However, the 1% where you can have NFTs that are music based, eliminating the middleman for artists (XDB), publishing NFTs, IPs (DEIP), fractionalized NFTs (IXS) and even gaming to some extent, with enough competitiveness and actually focused on the game itself (MUST) are the reason why NFTs will still continue to be hyped.
You mean DEIP that is facilitating the F-NFT concept?, That's a good one. I 'm adding TXA because of their ongoing staking program, where I can earn TXAD and be able to be part of decision making, once they transit into a DAO.
There is actually more to the use of NFTs asides this, it's only a matter of time before they are being used to store information on blockchain, also DEIP as well intends to enable the collateralization of NFTS for loans as well.
I believe DEIP to be pretty intriguing; the idea of tokenizing intangible assets like my human capital on the DEIP network excites me greatly, and the thought of using this tokenized intangible as collateral for loans is a clever method to assist creators financially
I also added some AXL and then DEIP because of their contribution to the growth of the creator economy
Basically one reason we need Web3. Especially with the recent upgrade that allows anyone to build on web3 using DEIP

NFT have grown significantly, gone are the days eye NFTs where known to be just ordinary JPEGs, we now have NFTs solving the issues of piracy, plagiarism and even being collateralized for loans as planned by DEIP.
Got some ALGO as well, their partnership with Fifa brought them to my notice another gem I got was DEIP, quite intrigued by the idea of intangible assets being a key component of the creator economy.

Crypto asides NFTs are set to play a vital role in our day to day activities one of such is the protection of our Intellectual property a feature DEIP intends to offer to creators.
If you could read you would understand that this isn't about Nigeria but about Algo helping creator/inventors stay in full control of their IPs, a phenomenon DEIP also intends to bring to the creator economy.
Honestly, not too familiar with GME but if you're looking for NFTs beyond JPGs then there are plenty. XDB has music based, DEIP has publishing, intangible assets like trademarks and F-NFTs, IXS has fractionalized NFTs too.
I feel it's because it's the most engaged blockchain.... though I've got huge attention on DEIP protocols as it's focused on making the creator's economy more valuable.

NEAR is one of the most promising Cryptos at the moment so it won’t fade away. I’ve already bagged a good amount after their Partnership with DEIP that got them working together to build a solid ecosystem for web3
Play to earn is one part of the NFTs industry I find interesting. Another one is the fractionalized NFTs. I’d love to see how far DEIP can develop this section

I strongly believe they should be compensated as what happened was in no way there faults and also Do Kwon has to understand the importance of keeeping his community members happy something I found in Alex Shkor from DEIP who rewarded participants who lost money in their Boca chica sales.
This is quite remarkable, these would really help ease the journey for Web3 founders. Imagine adding this to the low code Web3 constructor on DEIP? You would literally be able to start your Web3 companies from the scratch with little or no funds.
This is no way on the exchanges but the investor. You shouldn’t invest in what you don’t have full knowledge about in the first place unless you’re gambling. Took me a while studying the creator economy and it’s potentials before investing in DEIP. You should do your due diligence too

Why would you choose LUNA for crying out loud, i really want to see the picture from your end on the reason behind your choice of LUNA also i would have suggested you pick some gems within the NEAR ecosystem, one of which is DEIP; smart innovation with their decentralized creator economy.
I have actually been keeping my eyes on LUXY, the polygon-based NFT marketplace majorly cause of its low fees, there happens to be another one that excites me but that's not live yet, the name is DEIP it is building a marketplace for tokenized intangible assets like IPs.
I agree with you asides Music, NFTs are also revolutionizing the educational sector, one of such ways is DEIP enabling the tokenisation of publications to the block chain which can eventually be collateral for loans.

I believe artists would favor having their arts on Web3 platforms, as they would get full control of their IPs and I think DEIP intends to help with this by bringing the creator economy to the Web3.

Not going to lie, I'd personally pick a web 3 project like OCEAN or DEIP any day. Especially with the latter's developer to convert web 2 to web 3 or the former's ecosystem

I completely agree with you, majority of the attention should be placed on projects still building despite the dip, one of such is DEIP which is evident in their recently launched Casimir constructor and their Coinmarketcap listing today.
Why LUNA though? Lol. It was already plummeting. I participated in the DEIP IDO, unfortunately not the safest bet during the bear. But apparently they're willing to compensate for the timing
This is not the first crypto dip and it won’t be the last. My only advice is don’t invest in coins without use cases. For me am currently DCAing into DEIP because they’re focused on making human capitals survive in decentralization. Definitely an innovative move especially when you consider the fact that human capitals are the future

I don’t invest loosely so I’ll hold on to my Alts. Each one of them has solid products that will help keep them on their feet regardless. For example, DEIP builds web3 infrastructure. OCT has appchains. NEAR builds the web3 ecosystem.
Put $100 in DEIP yesterday. Been eyeing it since their mexc listing. Let’s all hope it turns out just fine

I would suggest you invest in the Web3 space, lot's of projects building amazing solutions to help hasten this adoption, one of such projects is DEIP with their "Low-code" web3 construstor.

LMFAO so true! I don't understand why they even try and who's actually falling for these?? So important to DYOR in crypto, check backings etc. If someone really wants to get into web 3, there's so many well established projects like OCEAN, DOT, ETH, NEAR, DEIP. Even backed by investors like Au21 capital or partnered with ones like Blockventure.
I completely agree with your choice of DEIP, the concept of a decentralized creator economy would really help creators thrive.
