You missed the plot my guy, you don’t ever sell the bitcoin you acquire. Dollars are falling in value like a rock due to debasement. I already was assuming those things to be the case, except bills paid, idk how you just wouldn't have bills or expenses. But even if you want to assume you have very few expenses, I wouldn't consider that even close to FU money, unless you're living in a very low cost of living country.
Having a networth of $1,000,000 and making 60k a year is hardly FU money.

Hell ya I went all in back in 23. I’d held through the Dog-coins ordeal. I had some lessons I needed to learn with DeFi and Alts, got a good schooling with LUNA… shifted it all into BTC and pushed everything I can afford since I to my stack… I’m just a regular guy, and even at $1,000,000 I still won’t have $FU… but I have time in this market, and I think I’ll be able to grow my sats by then

Not to be the other guy, but a 10x is “making a lot of money from it” 10x isn’t just a good return for people that have a lot of money. So if you are the guy that only has 1k to invest, and then you do a 10x over 5 years, you have 10k now, which is a lot of money relative to your cost basis. It’s all relative. Where else are you gonna get a 10x return without significantly more risk/gambling. For the person that only has 1k, the 10k will be meaningful, probably even relieve some stress from that persons life. You don’t have to directly hand them a fortune- mainly using FU money as an example. In the context of “generational wealth” -being able to leave something that will provide for your offspring is insanely valuable, if that’s something you care about. Fast forward to the night prior to the inauguration, Trump launched the “$TRUMP” coin via “CIC Digital”(trump owned), and unlike reputable coin launches that have “lock-up” periods for insiders, Trump & other insiders who had an 80% stake, could start selling the instant it hit exchanges. And boy, did they sell. Blockchain data estimates that Trump & Company profited over 65 $Million in the first hour of trading plus between $85-$100Million in trading fees, with the first 24 hours. The Trump coin will eventually lose 99% of its value as does anyone really think that Trump will do anything to protect those who were sucked in? The fact that the crypto industry was the largest campaign contributor is no surprise as now the SEC suit against Coinbase was dropped, what a surprise given that Coinbase listed the Trump coin on day one. Think about the price of eggs right now. Eggs prices are up ~2.9% due to regular (albeit still above the feds target) inflation right now. So you normal $3/ dozen. Ow costs $3.10ish. But the price increase you see right now has nothing to do with inflation, it has to do with supply and demand. There are less layers due to avian flu so there are less eggs available. Price goes up which is why they are 8-10$/dzn. I’m sure grocers are also adding an FU mark up due to demand as well which further increases the price with not bearing on inflation rate.

What amount of dca do you think it would take for the FU money within 12 years? What would be considered the not small amount of DCA you think is needed for extra wealth and riches?
I do not think small amount of DCA will net FU money by the closing of 12 years (but it's relative, so we would need to know what amount of DCA'ing we're talking about here). I think that window already closed. Small DCA amounts will simply allow you to survive retirement 20+ years from now.
