When’s the ADX is above 25 and the DMI+ is elevated I’ve heard that referred to as “Hot coffee” it might be an idiom that not everyone uses though. Basically the DMI + indicates a positive trend and the ADX indicates how strong the move is. So when you combine these two signals you can expect a positive move. The DMI - can also be elevated with a strong ADX >25 and you can expect a downward move. When the ADX is <20 it will indicate poor trend strength. Hope that helps !

Short opportunity ? \## Why Opendoor Is Up So Much 📈 **1. Meme Stock Phenomenon**: OPEN has become a classic meme stock rally, reminiscent of GameStop in 2021. The stock surged **142% in August 2024** and has continued gaining momentum into September 2025. **2. Social Media Catalyst**: Eric Jackson (EMJ Capital) has been driving massive retail interest through viral social media posts, claiming shares could increase **"over 100x"** from current prices. This has created a self-fulfilling prophecy of buying frenzy. **3. Technical Momentum**: The stock shows extremely strong technical indicators: \- **RSI at 73** (approaching overbought territory) \- **ADX at 100** (extremely strong trend) **•**Price above all major moving averages (EMA200, SMA200) \- **952% quarterly gain** showing explosive momentum **4. High Short Interest**: The combination of high short interest and retail buying has created a classic short squeeze scenario. \## Why It's Predicted to Go Down 📉 **1. Overbought Conditions**: The RSI at 73 suggests the stock is overbought and due for a pullback. Historically, RSI levels above 70 often precede corrections. **2. Extreme Volatility**: The model shows **81/100 volatility score** with Bollinger Band width at the 100th percentile - indicating unsustainable price movements.  **Negative P/E ratio** (-7.59 forward P/E) \- **Analyst consensus**: $1.17 average price target (vs current \~$6) \- **8 analysts recommend "Hold"** with targets between $0.68-$2.00 \- Company still **losing money** with negative profit margins **4. Insider Selling**: The former CEO recently filed to sell **7 million shares** (\~$35M worth), suggesting insiders are taking advantage of the inflated prices. \## Risk Assessment ⚠️ **High Risk Factors**: \- This is primarily a **speculative, social media-driven rally** **•**Fundamentals don't support current valuations**•**Extreme volatility increases both upside potential and crash risk**•**Retail euphoria often precedes sharp corrections **The model predicts a -9.9% move to $5.37** based on technical overextension despite strong momentum indicators. This represents a classic case where technical strength conflicts with valuation reality. **Bottom Line**: While the momentum could continue short-term due to social media frenzy, the fundamental disconnect and technical overbought conditions suggest significant downside risk when the hype subsides. \- full report- [https://marketcrunch.ai/dashboard?pid=32933](https://marketcrunch.ai/dashboard?pid=32933)

Delete SCHD, add ADX, and then tell me if the “analysis” holds for TR. “… management are better at choosing how much of your investment to **sell and return**.” I hope OP doesn’t mean that literally. I entered your criteria into perplexity and only 1 stock met all 4 criteria of: -between $10-$50 -upwardly sloping 200 day SMA -positive MACD -ADX of 25 or higher EH was the only ticker to meet these criteria for today. And their earnings release is on Tuesday. Hmmmmm...

So I have a handful of stock tickers that I watch pretty regularly, almost daily. But other than that I run a scan of between $10 (to weed out the garbage) and $50 (I want the possibility for 50c strikes) for more candidates. But I'm not looking for the most volatile bc frankly I'm not great at candlestick reading. It has always struck me as a Rorschach test. I want the price above an upwardly sloping 200day SMA, and 20/50day EMA. From there I am looking at support/resistance to see where current price is to see what room i have (for the bearish side I simply reverse this). After this I look for positive momentum in MACD (or negative if I'm a bear on that ticker), and an ADX of 25 or higher (to verify trend). If one of these conditions are not met I'm out. But I'll do either a bull put spread between the 20/50 day, or a bear call spread if I'm bearish, a month out. I avoid expiration week and am out at roughly 50-75% of my max profit - depending on ticker and how it's acting. This has worked roughly 85% of the time. But to other commenters' points, it's always been on the bear side where I've had issues. The last two times this happened, I passed an experiment (rather than making a butterfly or condor) of buying back the short leg, and selling the long leg to still make a small profit from the position.

I also trade off 1 min and 5 min timeframes. I'd suggest adding the ADX indicator, it is very helpful to see the strength (and hence likelihood of continuations) of any up or down move: "The ADX/DMI (Average Directional Index/Directional Movement Index) is a technical analysis tool used to assess the strength and direction of a trend in financial markets. It helps traders determine if a market is trending and the strength of that trend, rather than just the direction. The indicator consists of three lines: +DI (positive directional movement), -DI (negative directional movement), and ADX. "

Northrop Grumman (NOC) All key moving averages (20, 50, 100, 200-day) are trending upward with price well above them. RSI is in the 55–65 range, which supports continued upside without looking overbought. MACD is still positive and trend strength (ADX) remains healthy. Overall, a solid technical setup with strong support under current levels. CrowdStrike (CRWD) Still trading above all major moving averages, showing a clear uptrend. RSI is in the low 60s, so not overheated yet. Momentum indicators like MACD are showing continued strength, and no major divergences are showing up yet. Looks like a strong continuation setup, though short-term consolidation wouldn't be surprising. Sysco (SYY) Also above 50 and 200-day moving averages, with steady momentum. RSI is elevated but not extreme, and trend structure looks intact. More of a slow-and-steady chart, but technically sound if you're watching for defensive names. Watching all three, but especially NOC and CRWD for strength in trend and clean technicals.

I like ADX, the Adams Diversified Equity CEF. It has consistently kept up with SPY, pays out 8%, and commonly runs at a discount. If held in a tax free account you can use the DDRP to reinvest cheaply without paying taxes. Most CEFs don’t keep up with the SP500 but this one does. And has been around since the late 1920s, pretty much the oldest investment company.

No I'm using Active Trader Pro from Fidelity. I'm sure they are all the same. Set up a normal price movement chart, six month duration with a daily frequency. Filled candles. On mine I can add additional charts, that will be stacked one under the other with the standard one on top. If you can do that, select add chart (from the drop down menu of the standard chart). Make it an "Indicator" and choose Stochastic Slow, that should also include with it the %k line as well. Set that to a 14 period with a 3 smoothing. Set overbought to 80 and oversold to 20 (those should be set by default anyway) Go up to the standard price chart again and select Indicators (for your next indicator to stack under the Stochastic Slow) and select "StochRSI" use a 14 period overbought at 80 and oversold at 20, I set the overbought color to red and the oversold color to green. (This fills the portions that are indicators with a green for a buy and a red for a sell, solid color) Go to the standard price chart and select Indicators again (to create another chart stacked under the ones you've already created) and select Money Flow Index. You can leave that one at a 15 period. But I also put red on overbought and green on oversold, that, again, fill in only the portion above and below the 80 and 20 lines. Go to your price chart again and select Indicators and select Chande Momentum Oscillator CMO. 14 period overbought level 50 oversold -50 and choose red and green again to fill in the overbought and oversold portions. Next add indicator MacD from the price chart. Period 1 12, period 2 26 signal line 9. Next add indicator Relative Strength Index RSI. Period 14, overbought 70 and oversold 30. Overbought color red, oversold color green. When you're done with this you should have a stack of charts, each one in its own box under the ones above. They will all be moving together with the price chart at the top. I'm a little insane so I've got tabs across the top that also include a one year chart daily frequency and a 3 month chart daily frequency. But I almost always leave the six month as default. There are a million other things you need to do to prepare it all. That would take a thick book to explain. But you need a stock screener which should give a drop down to add to a watch list. Of which I have a total of ten each. Ten stock screeners, all with different criteria and unique names. Those I update every three months or so but they are also saved so it's easy after the initial set up. When I refresh the screener, I add only the top ten of the new stocks to my ten watch lists (each of the ten watch list have ten stocks total 100), named by the same name as the screener. You have maintenance on this one because you have to delete all the old ones and add the new ones. ATP lets you add them as a set which makes it easy. I'll fill in the quantity to 1 stock and fill in that day's current price (this will keep track of that stocks total gain or loss and percent from the starting day) used only to compare against the other nine and give me a running idea of its overall performance. So I'm the end, as I toggle through my watch lists each one will show the top ten stocks from the stock screener. That will now be maintenance free until the next 3 months and I do it all over again. Once you do it a thousand times, it gets faster. But after it's set up it's just a matter of clicking and watching. But it's important to be disciplined to wait for all the indicators to be in agreement. I also have several other charts that I use when I decide to buy that I need to look at just for a more micro decision for the day. ADX chart one month 120 minute frequency. So...... On my screen is a collection of boxes. My owned stocks in a list that shows today's performance, total performance, and then a bunch of other normal stuff. Another box shows my ten watchlists with a drop down to view each of the ten watchlists. I have another box that is a standard ATP called Filters which is pretty cool because it populates on its own a big list of stocks and you can select any filter you want for that list to generate. I've got my filter set to "Stochastic Bearish Turnover" and there below is a list of daily updated stocks that should be looked at for potential buys. BUT these have not been filtered like your stock screeners which have been set up with strict parameters. These are just today's collection from every stock available. It's a novelty mostly but I have found stuff in there I will research. In summary, your ten stock screeners will populate with the best stocks that fulfill your (the stock screeners) requirements. This weeds out all but the best ten for that unique screener. Those are saved to your ten Watch Lists, named by the same name as the stock screeners. Here are mine. Beat up no Reason, Consumer Staples, Gotta Fly Now, Growth Return Proj Growth, Hi Quality Dividend, HiROA/lowPE, Low Volatility avg Beta, Strong Balance Sheet, Super Stocks, and Recommended (where I put the stocks that I'm super interested in paying more precise observation) As you select a stock from the watch list. Your indicator set will show that stock. Enjoy

There’s no steadfast way to go about it. That’s why I use a handful of indicators. For day trading I have: MACD, RSI, ADX, MA10/50, EMA 9/50, VWAP, and the bollinger bands which use a middle reference of MA20. It sounds like a lot, but many do relatively similar things so I just use it to show strength of a trend. I’m still learning and also need to get better at execution.

# **TLDR** --- **Ticker:** $PARA **Direction:** Up **Prognosis:** Buy **Price Target:** ~$25 (Falling Wedge), potential for much higher **Reasoning:** Undervalued media giant with strong brands (CBS, Nickelodeon, etc.), ridiculously low valuation (P/S 0.24, EV/EBITDA ~5x), looming Skydance merger, high short interest (11%, ~13 days to cover), and significant uncovered bearish options premium (~$43M, 45% of free float). Technicals show bullish divergence, a potential golden cross, and ADX setup similar to past massive breakouts in other stocks. Author is long 3000 shares and 200 1/26 12.5C. **Additional Fun Fact:** Author believes this is a "ticking time bomb" due to potential for short squeeze and unwinding of bearish options causing a massive price surge. **Disclaimer:** This is not financial advice. Its all about hedging your bets and owning the stock to sell calls when the RSI and ADX are about to crest the overbought range. Another thing is to buy options that expire in a year or at least 3 months where you actually have a good chance of getting a price movement in your favor. You can sell puts to buy a stock if you’re willing to wait for it to drop to have the option exercised, but you have to have the cash to buy them in your account that can’t be used to buy when other opportunities arise which sucks. If you want to make money with an investment, you’ll need a substantial amount of capital to actually be able to make enough money to live on. I have friends that have HELOC (home equity line of credit) that they use to invest, but they have had a hard time getting by, having to make the extra payments. Of course they were a 2.5%-3% interest loans that won’t exist again in our lifetimes. That partly why our money is trash and doesn’t have the value that it did in 2005 before the bank bailouts.

Buy low sell high. I like to filter on ADX values, DMI + and -. I also look for more than average volume and learn how to read for possible bull runs with MACD and RSI timelines. I am not saying this is the correct way but it’s a way I like to use an I have only been trading prob 2 years so take with a grain of salt. Google that’s terms and decide if you want to buy low sell high(bullish) or short stocks (bearish). Oh and of course if u want penny stocks filter on the stock price below 5$. I like to only buy stocks that are on a 4 hour incline initially. This can be a FALSE sense of security but they have to have at least an analyst buy rating unless I am “Buying the rumor”. Last with penny stocks and hell all stocks, Google the ticker symbol and put reverse split next to it. May save your a$$ later trust me on that one lol.

It gives indication of strength of schedule, currently $GME is seeing lowest ADX/DMI levels in the history of stock showing low strength in trend but whatever comes after this consolidation will move in fast motion (up or down) since it’s at lowest levels and it’s looking for trend to follow at the moment.

i hear you. i wake up on PST and i scan for stocks that have been drastically over performing or under performing in certain time frames. i then do my own technical analysis using a few sites and then look at the news of a stock to see why it’s performing the way it is. is it news? it’s really just because of people believing in it? a great way to figure that out and if it’s a strong trend is using tools like the DMI ADX, CFI, etc. i do a ton more more research and technical analysis after that using my own system but that’s just some of the process.

Hey Vireo Growth isn't doing any dilution and the share prices are holding up very good compared the **sinkhole of Verano's share prices.**.. these numbers show the facts. From Schwab - Trend Analysis as of today VREOF appears to be correcting within a longer-term bullish trend. Verano is not a stock to hold IMO. They are not doing shareholders any favors prolonging the pain that will come and that pain may be devestating.. Vireo Growth will not accept any BS offers as they know they are in the right. Remember that in August of 2022 that Verano tried to lower the purchase price by 20% after the fact... Vireo said no. And exactly never jump. I learned that the hard way also. It’s the leftover from the 4-7 market. If you go with Webull or IBKR you’re able to trade those hrs. You also need a scanner to know which penny stocks have the highest % gains. You don’t need charts for that. I never use charts and profit just as much if not more. It’s all in front of me. Greatest percent gain not greatest dollar amt. if I wanted charts right for future ADX & the “golden cross” coming, perfect squeeze day wouldn’t we seriously all be millionaires? The day FTD’s are due are much easier for stocks which have low volume so that one of the options for my chart. Instead of biggest percent gain there greatest volume movers well we know who those are. FAANG and hard to predict low volume but if you have a portfolio that’s shorted (that would suck but a lot of pharma is, that’s a good indicator middle of the month and end or first days) I was waiting for my stock to go up and I missed it Tuesday bc I was sick. Oh was I pissed. 5$ gain. And pulled back. But I’ll wait another 2 weeks no biggie. That’s what I look for. But day/swings. Require ZERO charts for me bc that’s how quick they are and I can watch the algo and figure it out. I just haven’t trusted myself and I know it lol. So I’m in this morning. But think I’m in too long bc I’m still not feeling well but also think this is a breakout stock. But just my opinion and no it’s not TPST. LOL. Although I do think that may soar today based on previous events.

It was moving in premarket is how the story of all my recent losses begin. Had just taken the premarket or first 10 minutes if market W, I would had profit instead of loss. My take on this that pumps don't last as long as they used to. I have added a new accum/distribution that follows vwma indicator and a ADX/DI/MTF so I have 2 more rings let me know if a trend can be maintained. I am going to step from these and just see if I can fine tune my tracking again.

# Beginner: Looking for advice/opinion on my recent trades I've recently started trading options and invested some money in the following contracts: * **GPRO Oct18'24 3 Put** \[4 x $1,30\] * **HHH Oct18'24 70 Put** \[1 x $11,30\] * **GLD Sep20'24 210 Call** \[1 x $13,8\] To trade those contracts, I based my decision on the following: **Trend analysis** (I'm generally looking for three-month trends for bullish and one-month trends for bearish) * EMA 8/21/34/55 * SMA 50/100/200 * Keltner Channels * ADX * Ichimoku Cloud **Entry** * RSI * Slow Stoch * Elliot Waves In the case of **HHH** & **GPRO**, I also checked cash flow, earnings and ratios such as *D/E,* *P/E*, and *P/S*, and they were not so promising. Now it looks like the market is moving the opposite way from my original analysis. Of course, there are pullbacks and rallies happening all the time; I know that's how the market works. It's not exact math, and it doesn't truly mean trends are exactly over, BUT.. maybe I'm overlooking things, not investigating much in detail, or missing some key factors. I'm actively reading, investigating and looking for any feedback so I can improve. Thank you in advance!

Guys let me school you on white collar prisons: federal prison like minimum and medium security tend to be mild. Maximum security federal prison are very very Srs places. These are national drug traffickers, major white collar criminals, bank robbers and prison gsng leaders who have committed crimes spanning state lines.  “White collar” prisons don’t means shit. Look up terra haute in Indiana, ADX in colorado and the history of Lewisberg, Lompoc prisons etc.

That isn't how prison tiering works. For starters, there is no such thing as "white collar prison." They are tiered by security classification. A white collar criminal is considered needing less security than someone in for murder so that can result in a lower classification. However, IIRC, the feds won't put you in minimum security if your sentence exceeds 10 years. Because those places you could effectively walk off of and the incentive to take that walk goes wayyyy up if you're facing a lot of time. So yes, this guy is going to real prison at least for part of his sentence. There's quite a bit of info out there about this sort of thing. Larry Lawton on YouTube or a bio by Piper Kerman's girlfriend if you're into books without pictures would be a good start. Dude isn't going to ADX Florence. But that shit like you see at the end of Wolf of Wall Street is fiction.

Said field is estimated to contain about 270 TWh of gas - three times the average annual gas consumption of whole Austria. Infrastructure e.g. pipelines is already established in the close vicinity. And some more quite promising gas fields near the northern Alps are yet to be explored.

VOO will have better returns than ADX over 30 years. That doesn't mean it will do better going forward if you need dividends/distributions, VOO isn't going to give them to you.

well I own VOO as well, but it serves a different purpose. That is strict capital-appreciation, and it has been great during this bull market but when things go sideways or south, I need my distribution yields from my CEFs (which I never intend to sell) VOO annual total return, according to Morningstar, is 12.81% over 10 years The CEF ADX total return over 10 years is 13.82% [https://www.cefa.com/fund-selector/detail/ADX/](https://www.cefa.com/fund-selector/detail/ADX/) but it does have a higher expense ratio. So it slightly beats VOO nevertheless, I am not trying to "beat" the market.

The ones I own are ADX (ER 0.62%): 13.82% annual total-return over 10 years, with a 6.81% distribution yield. I have had this fund since the 1990s. CET (ER 0.55%) GAM (ER 1.38% --this one is a bit high. I may unload it) TY (ER 0.46%) PEO (ER 0.64%) I also have some Nuveen bond CEFs some leverage bond CEFs have very high ERs --I would stay away from those. But there are lots of good options they do take more research for sure

r/investingSee Comment

Closed-End Funds (CEFs) been investing in them for decades, even though they are not \*popular\* in most investing circles. INHO they are the most flexible and dynamic of all investments. You can make money by: 1. Price appreciation 2. A narrowing of the discount-to-NAV 3. Generous distributions and they have a number of benefits: 1. Many funds have the ability to invest in any asset class, debt-instrument, etc. Some will use option strategies or leverage (but you need to be careful there) 2. Unlike mutual funds, which have to satisfy redemptions directly from the company, and can get into trouble if they exceed their cash-cushion, leading to a sale of securities to meet redemptions, a CEF trades on the exchange like a stock. The fund manager is not put into a position where he needs to liquidate positions to satisfy redemptions. This is one of the reasons why CEFs like ADX and GAM survived the Great Depression Money managers, investment advisors, etc. tend to steer clients away from these things with the excuse that they are somehow dangerous. The truth is, they aren't getting kickbacks for steering their clients into CEFs (not all CEFs are good of course--some are expensive and use a lot of leverage. But the good ones are truly outstanding--a place to park money forever)

Since making this post, I recently learned about the Salvadorian prison Cecot where MS-13 and Berrio 18 bangers are held, the confinement centre for terrorists. ADX Florence sounds like paradise and would be a blessing. At least there you get your solitude, you get some reading material, TV, a longer time to exercise, outside legal counsel, and visitation rights. At Cecot, you're confined to a large kennel with dozens of other inmates, a communal bath and two open crappers for up to one hundred of you. No recreation, no windows, no natural light, no clocks, no time of day, no legal representation, no visitation rights, metal cots to sleep on without blankets or pillows or mattresses but since the stadium lights are always on, it's always 'daytime.'

The slit in the wall is your window and all you can see is the sky. Exercise? You have a stone pit to walk around it for sixty minutes; ten steps in any one direction. There's a large difference based on where his case is - he's being held pre sentencing, so they have him somewhere that's more convenient for bringing them to court. This is very different from Martha Stewart because she wasn't jailed for a significant stretch ahead of her sentencing: she was free on bail (which is cash you post that you forfeit if you don't make your subsequent court appearances) until sentenced. SBF was free on bail at first, but it was revoked after prosecutors convinced a judge that SBF was trying to do witness tampering. As strange as it sounds, facilities that are mostly holding people who are pretrial (such as the place where SBF is, as well as many/most places that are described as jails and not prisons) or short stays tend to have fewer accomodations than prisons designed for holding people for long sentences. There is wide variance between prisons (the prisons that white collar criminals and low risk offenders in general are held aren't the same as ADX supermax facilities) but many of them at least have some facilities designed for education or rehabilitation. Jails and other places that are predominately holding people pretrial don't have this, and frankly they're less concerned about the experience being miserable because most people there are hoping to get out soon and few are there long enough to be motivated to do much besides keep their head down.

i saw this strategy on some commercial website called [5percentperweek.com](https://5percentperweek.com) , they close the trade at an approx 5% profit. 5 % of what i dont know, i assume the spread is 5$ so margin is 500$ per contract , so 5% of that which comes to 25$ i guess. they stop loss at 15% , losing 1$ of debit, and you got 0.25$ in credit, so total 75 cents ( 75$ lost) on losing trades. 3:1 risk reward, but with 85% win rate, you might end up net positive. they have years of logs on their site, so it must be working fine. how they flip to call vs put seems like key part i am missing. if i am targeting 15 delta, and if i use some trend indicator like ADX, i should be able to mimic right ?

I am brand new to investing, but also a dual citizen of the US and Ireland. Have done months of research regarding the tax implications of investing as a dual citizen, and have come up with this: I can't invest in EU ETFs/mutual because of PFIC and will be taxed upwards of 50% on my earnings. I can't invest in US ETFs/mutual funds because of KID document requirement and also because Ireland's tax service have decided that foreign ETFs are subject to 41% tax on earnings upon selling, or every 8 years even if you don't sell (whichever happens first) - and every 8 years after that. This Irish tax law does not apply to individual stocks, just to mutual funds and ETFs. As a rookie investor I would prefer to just buy ETFs and hold them for years as it's the safest option and I don't have the expertise to be tracking stocks and buying and selling etc. My granddad did invest money for me with Schwab and bought ADX as it's a closed-end mutual fund, which he would argue doesn't fall under this Irish tax law either. My questions are: Can I just buy shares in each of the companies listed in the S&P500 and just let them sit and grow, as they would if I had bought VOO etc, or would the individual stocks require more maintenance than that? If anyone is an expert in this Irish tax law, are closed-end mutual funds exempt and if so, what other funds are classified as such? Thanks for your help.

While Bitcoin hovers slightly below $35,000, the volume continues to decline, suggesting a decreasing interest among buyers near the current On the daily chart, RSI is approaching 70 points; if it breaks below this level, it will bolster the odds for a trend reversal. In addition to that, MACD and Stochastic are rolling over, turning slightly bearish. As if that was not enough, ADX seems to have peaked, which could have signaled the top for Bitcoin. Yet, despite all of these developments, we continue to see extremely bullish sentiment, mainly among retail. Overall, the situation is reminiscent of April 2023 and July 2023, when Bitcoin was topping (and retail kept buying tokens from big players). Therefore, a big shakeup might be just behind a corner. From a tax site: "Your “qualified” dividends may be taxed at 0% if your taxable income falls below $44,625 (if single or Married Filing Separately), $59,750 (if Head of Household), or $89,250 (if (Married Filing Jointly or qualifying widow/widower) (tax year 2023)." In other words, unless you are pulling down over 100k in dividends per year, you won't pay any capital gains at all. Just make sure the stocks pay qualified dividends (vast majority do). Now you bond interest will be taxed as ordinary income (unless you are invested in municipal bonds, which are free of federal taxes). So that is a consideration. It is counter-intuitive, but the best thing you can have in a tax-deferred account like a 401k or IRA is individual bonds or bond ETF/CEFs. You won't get taxed on the interest, and once it piles up, you can purchase additional bonds--this becomes a snowball. The problem is, a vast majority of 401k accounts don't let you do this, and the fees eat into the returns from the bond interest. If you have growth stocks that do not pay dividends, you want them outside the 401k/IRA --they are already tax-deferred. I don't really "rebalance". I am a buy-and-hold investor, especially when it comes to my CEFs. I've owned ADX for 30 years and will never sell it. I collect dividends, distributions, and interest. Lately I have been using dividend and bond interest to purchase 2-3 year CDs paying 5%+. I do have a couple REITs, and one TIPs ETF. I am not hot on either of those things, and I think there are better investment options.
