In my opinion CPOOL is an underdog that nearly noone talks about. It‘s fairly new but has a good team, good investors and I think good Use cases. Before the market trend turned it was above 2$ while now sitting at 0.8 with a MC below 50m. These things said, do your own research on any coin that you get recommended.

I think CPOOL could grow a lot more in the next months to come. Also you have a 100% APY on kucoin for staking them which is insane. I get almost 2 new tokens daily.

I thought you said institutional borrowers. Is it institutional lenders then? Like banks and exchanges? Banks already lend out to both individuals and institutions and they do have access to credit scores and risk management solutions. Exchanges too loan out to people using their crypto to secure the loans. What does CPOOL propose to add to these pre-existing and functional models?
Don't know about new, but few weeks/days back I got into CPOOL, BLOK, VRA, CRO, PLSPAD, KODI and TIDAL. They're behaving very good so far.
