I make all my cash from crypto but I know from friends the pay here is very very low. Moving here was easy with EU permissions the only advice I would give is get your NIF (national tax number thing) before you arrive because you need it for everything and you can't get a house before you have it.

Checked it out, the 2 week thing is for non EU residents that apply through a golden visa and have to invest $350.000 into real estate. EU citizens just have to get a NIF, and Portuguese address / bank account for 6 months plus 1 day to fall under Portuguese tax laws. Thank you again.

DCA, sell the profit and hold your investment. I've managed to buy a few coins I've been wanting to buy more of at quite a steal during these recent dips using this strategy. Some of them include $NIF, $XLM, $ALGO, and $MATIC.

The problem in my opinion is not paying, is actual being able to rent. Many landlords will ask for your last three paychecks and other documents/numbers like NIF to rent, so stuff like airbnb might be easier but also more expensive. But don’t trust myself on this, because I do not rent. If you want to know all the issues you must be aware of before speaking with an accountant and a lawyer you can ask them in r/Portugal and people will help you there.

I think Unifty ($NIF). They are an NFT marketplace that offer no code solutions around a lot of services including: 1. Existing Farm Building 2. Fully Decentralized 3. Farm Shop add-on 4. Functional used and useful utility token 5. A sustainably profitable venture 6. No-code solutions ensures it's user friendly

Mines $NIF - Unifty is a mid-cap gem that's is also the fastest growing NFT platform currently. I entered in January when one coin was around $0.20, sold most of my bag in May when it hit $60. Even now I'm making a generous amount of profit since they've been consistently trading above $20 despite the recent dips

It's ALGO and NIF season! $ALGO has moved up about +45% this dip and is still showing an upward trend. Whereas $NIF has been trading consistently in the $20 range despite the market pullback. The release of their Community Governance is only going to boost their market presence.

I would go all-in on $NIF. They're one of the fastest-growing platforms in the NFT space with over 20k% ROI this year. They're a no-code platform offering all services around NFTs where you can also list and trade your NFTs.

BTC is definitely one of the more safer bets than other alts - but it's seen some massive growth over the last couple of years. However, if you want bigger gains, small and mid cap projects are your best bets. Some of my holdings that have been giving me some great returns are Moons, $NIF and $MATIC

You should also check out $NIF. The use cases of this platform are pretty impressive and they're also growing at an exponential rate. Unifty offer users with no-code and self hosted features, making it easy for people with no prior experience to use all services surrounding the NFT space.

tldr; Scientists at the US Department of Energy's flagship laser facility shattered their own record earlier this month by generating more than 10 quadrillion watts of fusion power for a fraction of a second. This is roughly 700 times the generating capacity of the entire US electrical grid at any given moment. The US National Ignition Facility (NIF) is the size of three American football fields and houses 192 laser beams that create temperatures and pressures like those inside thermonuclear bombs. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. For me, it's not realising the potential of Unifty and buying $NIF early enough. Unifty is a mid-cap gem that provides users with no-code solutions to all services around NFTs. I bought a bag in March when each coin was around $10 and sold it at its ATH of $62. I know I made some great profits and still am even today. But I wish I would have come across this platform earlier in January itself when each coin was $0.20.

Incoming a lot of shilling on this thread. But the coins that have personally given me a great return and aren't being talked about much or as much as they should be are: $VET - for the supply chain and logistics industry $NIF - as a NFT marketplace that offers no code experiences $XMR - even though this is a popular choice, I don't think it's being talked about as much? It has some massive potential. And last but not the least, MOONS

$ADA, $NIF and $ALGO for me. ADA - doesn't need an introduction. Their much awaited smart contracts have the potential to change the entire market and then the world. NIF - Unifty is one of the fastest growing NFT marketplaces that offer no-code solutions to all services like minting, selling, creating and others surrounding NFTs. This project has some massive potential since it doesn't require any prior coding experience. They're live on some of the most prominent crypto platforms like Polygon, BSC, xDai and Avalanche. This project is one is my personal favourite hidden gems. ALGO - their crypto and blockchain protocol is one of the most genuine ones imo. I love their use of the pure proof of staking algorithm. The aims and objectives of this project are great too - to be secure, stable and decentralised simultaneously. I have some high hopes for this project.

You can diversify and buy a few altcoins, all leading projects in their respective industries. For example, personally, I would have bought $VET and $MRPH for the supply chain industry; $NIF and $DOP for the NFT space and marketplaces; and $PYR and $AXIE for the gaming industry.

Dollar cost averaging has been one of my most profitable strategies till date. It's helped me buy coins during dips that I've been wanting to buy more of at good rates, most of which have helped me made a solid profit with some great returns. Some of my most profitable bags using DCA have been $NIF, $XLM, $MRPH and $MATIC.

I'd add $NIF and $FISH to the list of alts you've mentioned. Both have massive potential and are doing well to transform their respective industries. Unifty is one of the fastest growing NFT marketplaces. The use cases of this platform are pretty impressive. They offer users with no-code and self hosted features, making it easy for people with no prior experience to use all services surrounding the NFT space. Fishcoin is a pioneer in the blockchain seafood industry which is transforming how this industry operates. They're a blockchain-based traceability and data ecosystem designed specifically for the global seafood industry. They provide an alternative business model aiming to not only provide transparent and secure data in the fight against overfishing but also encourage fishers to act in a more sustainable way.

I think if you find stuff that you’re into, it’s worth what you think it’s worth. Or maybe what you think someone else would think it’s worth... I don’t know. I am also in the sell shovels or ‘back the backers’ camp though. I’m not confident I could pick winners in terms of the NFTs themselves, there’s so much good art and collectable stuff out there and seemingly more every day. So For philistines like me, the platforms and minting tools seem a better investment. NIF and MINTY are my two current faves.
