MRPH because of global adoption.
Last Bear market I accumulated QNT & MATIC. Also got rid of a lot of 2017 trash. Now I am accumulating MRPH and still QNT and will continue, as well as trying to find the good projects that will live through bearmarkets. With MRPH (Morpheus.Network) for example you can run a masternode and get rewarded with % of platform revenue. So a bear market will not influence that and it can even go up. I hope to find more projects that use this concept. Unfortunately most nodes reward % in tokens/coins so if the price is shit you have to eat like a student. Bread and canned beans.

I know MRPH is doing some great work. Other than the obvious $ETH - It's going to be $ADA, $MRPH and $ALGO for me. $ADA's proof-of-stake consensus protocol (Ouroboros) is something to keep an eye out for. This can validate transactions without any high energy costs. $MRPH optimizes and automates supply chains by providing supply chain managers with a digital footprint, and shipment and item visibility. They've worked with some of the top organizations like Horizen Global, SENSA, and Argentina's biggest pet food supplier. There are too many projects competing with VET in the supply chain and logistics sector. Look at MRPH, TRAC, CXO, etc., etc. So it is hard to pick a winner for the long term. I wouldn’t be surprised if VET began to fade away should one of the suddenly achieved massive adoption and use.
Really haven't heard about MRPH but I'll definitely have a look. I'm also heavily invested in ADA and ALGO for the obvious reasons you just mentioned. I'm also invested in RAIL because it's quite solid and also a low cap alt with high potentials to grow.

Other than the obvious $MATIC and $ADA, I think another coin that will perform well long term is $MRPH. Simply because the use cases for the project this coin backs is really impressive. I believe in the Morpheus Network and it's one of my most ambitious holdings. They're transforming the supply chain industry with their automation and transparency. What's really a selling point for me with this project is that their transparent supply chains and technology can also be extended to solve real world issues like boosting our ocean's health, the fight against child labour and reducing operating costs among others.

You can diversify and buy a few altcoins, all leading projects in their respective industries. For example, personally, I would have bought $VET and $MRPH for the supply chain industry; $NIF and $DOP for the NFT space and marketplaces; and $PYR and $AXIE for the gaming industry.

Dollar cost averaging has been one of my most profitable strategies till date. It's helped me buy coins during dips that I've been wanting to buy more of at good rates, most of which have helped me made a solid profit with some great returns. Don’t worry, I don’t have any particular aversion to VET. I simply choose not to hold anything in the supply and logistics sector because there are just so many competing in that space. But if I was forced to bet on one right now it would probably be Morpheus Network (MRPH) because something good may come soon from their relationship with Coca Cola’s main distributor in Latin America.
Dollar cost averaging is the best strategy for unsure times imo. I've managed to buy a few coins I've been wanting to buy more of at quite a steal during these recent dips using DCA. Some of them include $NIF, $XLM, $MRPH, and $MATIC.
