I bought a bunch of SOL for the first time in my life because of that, so it’s driving up the price of SOL like crazy as people swap over ETH and also just bring in fiat. Look at how fast memes like WIF/POPCAT/ANALOS have skyrocketed in price the last few days. Once Coinbase listed BONK the entire memecoin market went NUTS on Solana.

Yes, the idea that you can transport (and lose) your net-worth on a thumb-drive is NUTS. Most people (especially in the western/developed world where hyperinflation isn't a concern) don't care about or or even likely want this. Will they ever? What circumstances would lead them to?) 4. Rules based monetary policy is indeed interesting, but in a world of disparate people with varying and changing needs and belief systems encompassing rapidly growing populations, is an inflexible monetary policy built upon a deflationary currency really a good thing? 5. Piggy back to point 1, the risk is it's never really adopted globally because the majority doesn't actually end up wanting it. 6. Hearsay. Great, big private equity firms will wrap trad-fi products around BTC to profit in fiat terms. Does that really help BTC or just make "number go up" in fiat terms? Keep on HODLing but don't stop questioning your own beliefs.

I have a similar story, invested the living expense portion of my student loan in college because the tech boys convinced me it was a quick way to double my money. This was a major fail but luckily it went SO LOW that ejecting was pointless. I moved back home and lived like shit, my parents were especially relentless and told family and friends I lost my money in some roller coaster tycoon game. :) I left it alone until I started hearing about it on the news again, it was going NUTS so I withdrew right before it went parabolic (in 2018 I sought out therapy to deal with my resentment towards people that I believed prevented me from becoming a multimillionaire) I made enough money in that choice to pay off my student loan, buy a dog and start my life but I didn’t make the multi millions that I could have. I did however stay in the space, playing it safe with small weekly investments which were becoming increasingly easy to make with advancements in wallets and exchanges. I don’t think I’ll ever be a millionaire because I’m too conservative with my inputs, however I have no debt, no student loan, and I’m on track to paying off my house in a lump sum at some point if I can bring myself to pull the trigger again — I haven’t since the first time I prematurely ejected.

It is a yield farming project that also utilizes giving you shares of Moonshot small Caps in addition to your regular staking interest as part of the yield you get back . Threw a couple hundred at it for fun . I like the idea of this . I feel like it makes staking less boring . FYI, The Web version of the site is better . It looks like a pretty new project. It used to be called squirrel farm (NUTS) and was rebranded . In the desktop version you can see all the moonshots that you can get a piece of . Had like $12,500 Market cap so about as low as it gets in that regard . I just really liked the ideas behind it . If it’s scammy oh well then they got $200 for a cool idea IMO.
