You're 100% right. At EXACTLY 11:50PM, 10 minutes before midnight in the USA, a coordinated dump/short was placed on a slew of coins all at the same time basically mirroring the October 10th crash. The theory is that the exchanges + market makers coordinated this in order to steal millions of dollars of leveraged long's money. Because there are no mitigations post the 10/10 crash and nobody sued their criminal asses, they get away with this blatant stealing and cheating and lying. Anyone who thinks this is NORMAL is a blind sheep! They fucked up the latest crypto rally with many alts still unable to recover because of it.

Thanks! I think once you get to an exposure you're comfortable with, there's no need to keep adding just for the sake of it. I'm still very bullish on Bitcoin long term, but I'm happy with my crypto and PM positions now so most of my new money is going into ETFs to balance things out. He works from home for a family-owned company - which I assume is why there's so much freedom and so little discipline. Out of two monitors, his actual job files take up maybe 10% of the screen space; the rest is trading charts and AI chat windows giving him trading advice, running constantly. I genuinely don't understand how he keeps this up waking up around 1PM, and the cycle repeating.
That’s such a good point. Haven’t seen that discussed much. And yes to the people saying it would still be a better situation than what happened. But now I’m generally curious what the best way to handle would be. I would be worried it WAS a scam if I received a message from my cold wallet company that I needed to immediately create a new wallet with a new seed and move all my funds bc the current wallet is compromised…. That’s how every scam email and text and PM sounds…. Fascinating
