I honestly don't get what people like you expected from Intel's earning. my background, I am a Chartered Accountant, I audit and / or write Annual Report for a living. Intel does have a lot of growth, it still command a 80% plus laptop market CPU, that is 4 times more than AMD, Apple and Qualcomm combine. They might have a very large marketing team, so they are not that profitable, but they sell CPU like pancakes, while AMD is sell like an old lady. Intel made laptop is some of the most preferred amongst Business and Government, is become a habit and they don't look at anything but Intel (even they are also X86 like AMD), let give you an example of a senior accountant working in the Australian Government (my ex-boss), he would love to have the 5G surface laptop, he knows that I am a CISA (with [B.Sc](http://B.Sc) Comp Sci) as well, so he asked me what do you think, I then say it is ARM, and he just like OIC sorry no no then. I met hundreds (if not thousands) of accountant out there, they are the one controlling your company CAPEX budget (CFO, FC and alike), and guess what if you walk into a COSTCO today, you see AS400, you walk into a bank like HSBC and ANZ, you see AS400, this is an area that backward compatibility, and if that is the company I work for and the marketing lady ask me nicely can I have a MAC, I will say NO, Windows Intel Laptop just work as good, this is not 1980, Adobe work great if not better in Windows and not MAC, I do want to re-purpose the machine after useful life, I can't do it with a MAC or it is NO. As accountant, I know a lot of them can't leave Intel / X86, things like SAP ECC, they still want it even SAP is punishing them for keeping it, they just ask a bigger budget and stay on ECC, just like they stay on with AS400. period. How many PC Gamers buys in total, and how many PC will company like PwC (professional service), ZF (big but not listed) ... S&P 500 will buy in total, sorry, no growth ha ha. that is a joke. Therefore for people out there, please understand I don't think Intel needed an external customer for foundry, Let just give you an Example, do SK Hynix, Micron, Texas Instruments have foundry customer, I did not see any, with a 80% laptop market alone will have a much higher Die Area output then any of the 3 companies I listed up there and they don't have external customer for their foundries. So why Intel needed an external foundry to survive ??? Do you think SK Hynix CAPEX is less than TSMC, no no no this is joking. The CEOs after Paul until Pat is bad, they drove the company down, but Pat was really great the Panther Lake, 18A, Clearwater Forest ... perform is what his vision. I don't want this to seem like a personal attack so I hope you don't take my commenting on two of your points as such. First, there's no mention that the ORCL - OpenAi relationship is exclusive. That would be material so would've been disclosed. To your point, the OpenAI POs are almost certainly irrevocable & binding. Think of them as leases on which you can obtain financing based on cash flow modeling future value on present + future cash flow streams. To use a oil/gas analogy they're likely structured as take or pay contracts. You've correctly pointed out that these are not immune to BK which then negates the contracts and (probably) allows ORCL to assign AI infra capacity to other companies. However, think of it this way. There's certainty in the OpenAi POs. They're bankable commitments whatever you might think of OpenAI or its future. If the POs revoke due to termination its either due to (i) bk or (ii) a Material Adverse Event or Change. Continuing this line of thought, bk or MAE/MAC almost always gives lenders some recourse. And that recourse is almost never good for the borrower. Now I'm not envisioning some sort of mass cross- default scenario for ORCL where one default to one lender topples an ORCL debt house of cards. So I'm not saying ORCL is about to screw the pooch on debt payments or that OpenAI is on the brink of default. All I'm saying is that these are highly levered scenarios. It's reasonable to infer that a default by a borrower's (ORCL's) biggest customer is very likely going to negatively impact ORCLs ability to further finance and negatively impact margins going- forward (IaaS or GPUaaS customers are pretty paranoid about their host's service levels, ability to continue etc). Even modeling such a scenario is going to trigger all sort of risk models bad for ORCL.

Personally do them all, ITM, ATM & OTM for intra day. It just depends on the setups. Usually but not always if scalping, I go for an ITM before whatever the MAC D cross indicates to pick my directional side, while looking at the 5, 10, 30 MA's - on the 1, 5, 30 and 1hr charts. Mainly it is 1 & 5's but if the 30 is going give me a golden cross I will take it. If it's index NDX or SPX OTM about 2 - 2.5 deviations out, in either direction based on news, and set ups. If it's just a stock and I want to day trade it, I'm buying weeklies and day trading that. Usually, only enter those trades at the beginning of the week, and hold for the day. With the current administration if it is an option, I do not hold over night.

Because it is possibly true from a fundamental points of view (even tho I don't know anything about that). From a technical perspective we are still long and there are no reasons to think otherwise. But, as long as price starts to decline, I more than happy to reevaluate my bias on this asset. Just from a personal point of view (I'm an Apple enthusiast), I think that even tho iPhones are always the same (more or less like any other mobile device... I didn't see any particular innovation in this sector so far by any of the giants) the value in Apple is not only in the technology, that is always improving, but in the quality of the product, the "status symbol" of a MAC or iPhone and in the philosophy/mission/vision of the Company. When you own a MAC or an iPhone, you basically don't own "just a device", but a symbol of something more profound. I don’t know where you’re getting this info or why you’re repeating it, but no, virtually none of that is accurate. I have over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry working on both the PBM side and more recently on the buy side of the industry. The PBMs don’t typically jack up the prices, they will play games all day long with reimbursements, which basically is just working MAC lists and preferred products for a larger piece of the existing reimbursement amount, but driving up the price is known as “member disruption” and they work very hard to avoid that, mainly to try to avoid increased complaints about cost. Most of the price increases right now are coming from the manufacturers and it is brutal right now. Pharmacies are going out of business left and right, there just isn’t any margin left for PBMs or pharmacies. For some background there are basically 2 big drug wholesalers in the U.S. Cardinal and McKesson, they get the best price from manufacturers but you have to be a decently big chain to even get a contract(pricing guarantee for purchases) otherwise you have to contract with a smaller regional wholesaler that has less reliable service or worse rates. The wholesalers set their prices based on what the manufacturer charges them and right now it’s unbelievable, some of these items are over $1,000 per package and get sold at a loss, so the pharmacy has to spend a lot, just to lose a few bucks every time they dispense, and they know this upfront before it ever goes to insurance.

What I did was I bought 40 to 60 stocks (If I remember correctly), I didn’t do it all once, but over time and each stock cost me between $500 to 1k usd. And I would observe them and try to understand them. **A few died, a few did very well and a few muddled along**. The thing is, I made money, not a lot but I learnt a lot of stuff: • ⁠osh kosh baby apparel: parents aren’t so fussy about children clothing brand than clothes for themselves. There is NO brand loyalty in children wear. • ⁠Estée Lauder : cosmetic brands don’t transfer from mothers to daughters. That is why EL is perceived as expensive cosmetic for old people. (They do have nice brands like MAC and Bobbi Brown). Same goes for Clothing company like Claire Lizbourne. • ⁠Leapfrog aka educational children toys is neither a toy nor an education aid. • ⁠There is more brand loyalty in pasta sauce than the pasta itself. And when a company like American Pasta shows yoy linear earnings and sales, be suspicious. They got caught for cooking the books. And the shares collapsed. I could go on but my point is this: if you are starting out, it is okay to make a few mistakes that cost under 1k each than make one costly mistake that cost more than 10k.

I think their software demo used to be available on their website like ten years ago. From what I remember hearing... It's designed to connect many databases, and a variety of types of data sources, in order to find patterns that would not otherwise be obvious. It can be used for anti-terrorism purposes (I.e. find the larger network of people places and firms related to known terrorist cells), financial tracking and insight, and health/ epidemic tracing, among other purposes. I would assume that the investigative branches of the US government use it. If you want to know what 'big brother' looks like, it'd surprise me if there was any other software outside of China or Israel that would be as strong a match as what I imagine Palantir sells. Imagine if you would for a moment just how powerful it *could* be to have all government and publicly-available-for-sale credit card data, license plate readers, social media photos and friends lists, credit reports, website usernames and posts, school records, tax info, bank records, IP and MAC addresses, phone records, travel data, and government-accessible CCTV, all connected to a single search tool when trying to find - perhaps - the financial beneficiaries of a terrorist attack? The origin of foreign misinformation campaigns? Or a worldwide epidemic? Or hunt down an Italian plumbing brother? That's the kinda stuff from a decade ago. Now... I gotta assume since then there's been plenty of AI integration, and it has almost definitely continued to scale up.

Your public IP address is dynamically assigned by your ISP from a block of IP addresses they own. Your modem gets a unique IP address--modems cannot share a single IP address that would create an IP conflict. That's basic TCP/IP networking 101. Your IP address may be dynamic, but it is certainly not anonymous. You may get x.x.x.12 today and x.x.x.182 tomorrow, but the MAC address of your modem is regustered with your ISP. Otherwise, they wouldn’t extend you an IP lease. You’re describing Source Network Address Translation (SNAT). Packets are forwarded to your public IP, and then your edge router routes traffic to private IPs on your LAN. In this case, yes, clients behind the NAT have a sort of anonymity unless someone has access to your MAC tables. There is no browser "fingerprint." It's a combination of browser build, device OS build, that is unique. I personally would not be placing orders for the underlying asset (stocks) this week as I personally don’t believe that the correction is over as of today, I am observing prices, the simple MAC and exponential MAC values for now to see when there’s a clear indicator that rock bottom has been reached and recovery possible.
