So his original deal was to buy 12% of the shares at $350~ but Tesla has now split 15 to 1 since then, but the 12% of shares is locked at the account of shares there were in 2018(203 million) The splits would make this (203*15) 3.045 billion, musk has the right to %12 or 365.4 million shares. The split would also reduce his cost to (350 / 15) 23.33 per share. So he would have the right to buy 365 million shares at 23.33 (cost of 8.56 billion) The total value of those shares right now would be 130.4 billion So the value minus his cost would be roughly 121 billion dollars… Keep in mind I am regarded and know almost nothing about how this deal was meant to work and tried to do all this math off numbers I found online and assumptions based on how I think this would all work, I am stupid and dumb and this is just my guess work about how all this is meant to work, I have no actual idea if the diluted shares would work like this or if his cost basis would work like this or even if the number of shares he is meant to get would work like this, again I AM STUPID! TAKE THIS WHOLE THING WITH A MASSIVE SALT PILL BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS WORKS.

I invested in Piedmont Lithium who is trying, I’ll repeat, trying, to mine some of the purest lithium in North Carolina. They have or had a 5 yr contract to provide Tesla lithium. I read their SEC filings and noted that the founders of Fidelity invested a shitload of $ into PILL. The stock plummeted from a high of $72ish to $32. Supply is delayed because of the strict EPA hurdles. It looks like Tesla and others will be getting their lithium from China in the meantime. We’ve got it here but just too much red tape.

Hi, I’m in Los Angeles and have some nursing background…we were hit hard with Covid in 2020-21, no real meds given that could have helped…and i recall Actor Tom Hanks on TV saying he was cured right away with the anti malaria drug hydroquinolone, a very old drug, and later some Anti virals were being prescribed…so WHY aren’t doctors prescribing these?? 10% drop for leveraged ETFs is basically nothing, that equates to a 3% drop of the underlying index, which can happen for no reason at all. If you want to hold PILL, be prepared for 70%+ drawdowns. Also, just so you know, since PILL's inception in 2017, its underlying healthcare index, you can use XPH, is up 21.4%. PILL, the 3x daily version is DOWN 18.2%. It's possible that over a period PILL will return more than 3x XPH, but it's also possible that it will never even get back to the previous highs even when XPH has high returns because of the ETF's daily resets. That's the risk you take with holding leveraged ETFs.

The data come from a Phase 2 study that enrolled just over 200 people with confirmed, active SARS-CoV-2 infections who showed symptoms of coronavirus disease. Participants were given either a placebo or Merck and Ridgeback's pill, called molnupiravir, and then monitored. The companies reported Saturday that among 72 evaluable patients, none of the 47 who took molnupiravir tested positive for infectious virus five days after treatment. Meanwhile, six of the 25 patients in the placebo group had positive viral cultures. The best part of this is this actually a PILL. Since Covid will eventually become like a FLU, this is a game changer.
