No shill but BTCZ is 7 years old and that's the foundation of it. A better Bitcoin. Resist to large scale control, has privacy as an option, mineable by anyone, non existent fees to use. BitcoinZ is a fork of the ZCASH core and launched in 2017 with a few modifications. All the privacy coins have a tough time because people worry about the actual supply but ZEC and zK-snarks are really smart to keep the public ledger available and also give privacy an easy way to be accessed. BTCZ is about to launch a layer 2 with smart contracts and extra features that ZEC has yet to achieve. You have to understand the difference between chain forks and original blockchains. Btcp is a bitcoin FORK chain. BTCZ is not. BitcoinZ just used the name Bitcoin because it was gifted to the world like BTC with extra features "Z" ero fees, "Z" k snarks privacy and "Z" hash algo. It had been launched BEFORE Btcp and it is completely unrelated with it. The 85% of btcp's supply was given to btc and zcl holders The project rightfully failed because the founders acted as central authority building a scammy scheme, buying zcl on cheap and defining the rules of the fork drops. Additionally it was found out that they had released extra coins in their pockets, about 2 M out of 21m. The fact that this BTCP scam had 'BTC' in its name doesn't make BTC or BTCZ scams. People will be **tired soon** with the meme "assets" and the token scams. Honestly my problem is I don't listen to other people. I don't think we will have a fast recovery from the bottom so there isn't a major rush to buy in. After hitting 12k we might see fluctuations that move BTC up and down a little bit, since other alt coins still have an impact on BTC price. My plans are to scoop of some FTM and BTCZ when BTC is at 12k. If it goes lower, I'm not worried about it because that is the level that I'm comfortable with. If somehow BTC went to 8k, I would accept that and buy a more. It will have a steady growth for the rest of time and we won't ever see it be below 12k again. We are close to mainstream adoption and once that happens, there's no turning back.

Like ALL non-BTC currencies, BTCZ doesn't have the network effects, it doesn't have the development focus/community, it doesn't have the value or an established decentralized network... For these reasons it's wildly less secure and less valuable. If someone handed you an metal ingot and exclaimed "it's better than real gold" - would you believe them? BTC isn't on the same footing as any other crypto currencies, it's fundamentally different... it's the protocol, the business model... we've been using TCP/IP for 40+ years... it's the backbone of the internet as we know it... it's simple and effective and has no meaningful competition... we have been using the WHEEL for millennia - no caveman could explain the geometry or physics behind it, but as a species we never stopped using it - because it's simple and it works... bitcoin is the wheel, bitcoin is TCP/IP for digital money. no copy of bitcoin can be immutable because immutability is broken the moment you copy (fork) the code... you lose the whole point of this technology (the network) the internet works because the collective uses it ... the same goes for BTC or any other decentralized network... further, BTC is open source software, any/all of the work done by the BTCZ team can (and maybe will) be implemented (arguably more effectively, securely and democratically) into BTC someday should the 95% consensus agrees with it.

I 100% agree. In the fall I had a nice chunk of profits but was greedy because I expected more price action going into the winter. The 🌈🐻 used covid and everything else to buttfuck the crypto and stock market and since then my portfolio has been bled dry. I was also worried about taxes but w.e Well I say never again. Going forward I'm taking my profits regardless of what project it is. Most of my profits were in ETH and BTCZ so I didn't feel the need to sell because I'm in long term but now I see where that gets me lol

Yes :-) All the big investors dumping the larger market were offered special deals called 'ICOs' 'seed rounds' 'APR staking' They were always opportunistic, and can keep selling and selling over time, capitalizing on dip buyers. BTCZ never offered special deals to certain investors. We are showing that we survive better without them.

Sorry but even the "low" recent fees of 2.5 euros are 25% for a 10 euros sum. As you understand with BTC sending small sums is almost impossible. The need for a few alternative BTC like chains is more than obvious. Not to add the fact of faster txs like with dgb or optional privacy like with btcz and the easier prices with both of them, without long non integers. BTW, the PC mining makes the network more decentralized actually because PCs are everywhere. Bitmain that made all these BTC ASICS is just one company. So the nation dominated network is higher in BTC than in a dgb or BTCZ or monero with BTC cap.
