This has always been a misconception, Bitcoin is the next mainstream currency, as evidenced by the way countries are integrating it as legal tender. And not only is Bitcoin highly acceptable, but there are Altcoins that require as much sensitization and awareness given their solid fundamentals, and by this I mean VRA, QANX, KILT, GGM, and also AXL. Each of the aforementioned has its solid utilities, AXL, for example, has its IDO launchpad and an upcoming INO Launchpad with its NFTs launch on the way. GGM also, is a #P2E where loyal users are at the forefront of being rewarded by the system.
Crypto hasn't been ignored, and it never will be; many countries are adopting BTC as legal tender, and the time for Altcoins will come soon enough. It is always advisable to DYOR and from my weeks of research, although the market is unstable now and lots of tokens are suffering but I choose to hold every bag I have ever made or found interest like SCRT, ROWAN, SYLO, GODS, GGM and lots more. Polkadot is a good option. You can add Cosmos too, as this has a low inflation rate which is around 15%. You even earn various airdrops from holding; the likes of Juno, Stargaze, Huahua were given to holders for free. And locked staking also seems like a good concept, if you just want to have your assets untouched for a while, some coins on Binance support this & there are others like GGM which you can stake for 20-60% APY depending on the lock up.
Well, if you're buying low caps, then you must be ready to bear the risk. It's always a high risk-high reward thing I think Marlin (Pond) has potentials as it provides a high-performance programmable network infrastructure for DeFi and Web 3.0 or look into GGM; token of Monster galaxy P2E, with an interesting use case on the platform. The green market is also something I'm looking forward to. I don't think crypto projects are thriving right now; they're more like going sideways, and I'm hoping for a bounce before the end of the month. JUNO, MATIC, OIN, GGM, LEO, and NEAR, are not much affect though.
So far so good, I'm on a good ground with GALA because I gained massively from it last year. Looking to get early into some others as GGM of Monster Galaxy which got listed last month and some other two ELU of Legends of Elumia and MAPE of Mecha Morphing which their IDO is coming up sooner.

Indeed. Could remember GGM had a good price some days back, possibly due to staking/beta launch of the game. But most of the new ones are launching this Q1/Q2 I think. Some of the existing projects are doing great as well.
MATIC is an ideal buy. You can also divide your funds into smaller amounts and focus on low-cap projects with use cases and development. JUNO is an undervalued coin on Cosmos, with interoperable smart contract deployment; ONE and NEAR are also undervalued L1s; GGM is a good gaming project; OCEAN is a data and data-based services project; and OIN is a multichain stablecoin protocol. There are other good options in the market also.
NFT has the potential to improve market efficiency. Converting a physical asset to a digital asset can speed up processes, eliminate middlemen, improve supply chains, and increase security. The increased utility of NFT will aid in mass adoption, as NFT can now be used by brands, as metaverse characters in Dreem, MANA, SAND, etc, as well as in P2E games like GODS, GGM, GALA, etc, and sports, music, and ticketing. This, I believe, will result in widespread adoption.

I'd buy ETH and invest the rest into solid FA projects with good growth potentials like OIN, GGM, DREEM, OCEAN, CARD, UTK.
CRV and MATIC are good picks. I have a moonbag. Personally, I'd split it into undervalued, solid low mcap projects like OIN and GGM or invest it into upcoming metaverse projects like DREEM. If you want to go all in, ETH will be a good pick. BUT make sure you do your proper research before making any moves.
Strong alts will bounce hard if that happens. Although many of them might not break their respective ATH. Possibly, ETH will be at $7k, and we can see others like Atom, Near, GGM , etc at may be a 3x-4x from here.
I find it funny when people say they're in it for the long term but turn tail and sell at the sligthest red. 6 months isn't even enough to be called 'long term' in my opinion, not to talk of 1 month. When investing in anything, patience has to be the number 1 trait a person should possess and if they can make it through the bad days, they will surely be rewarded. Most altcoins fell -90% from their ATH, I bought PYR and NGL at the top but held and DCA'ed as it dropped, now it's recovering and I'm seeing gains. I had conviction, I did my research. I also bought the GGM dips - another P2E project that will do well and it's already one of my top gainers. I can only imagine how it will perform when the Monster Galaxy game is released and the utility is unlocked for GGM. 2022 will be great for crypto. The fundamentally solid altcoins will win.
42k may be a fake out. We will see. I'm not selling any of my positions yet. Instead, I'm buying the dip. Some of the coins I'm adding are.. PORT, UFO, ATLAS, ONE, OIN and soon I'll be adding DREEM and GGM onto my portfolio. Dreem will be a place you can access any metaverse, initially the team have indexed BSC, Solana and Polygon. GGM IDO is on the Jan 16, Monster Galaxy will be a very popular P2E game.
Well said. Crypto isn't an up only market & solid coins will surely bounce back. It's good to diversify as well. I remembered how long it took Matic, and FTM before they could get to top 50, and those who panic sold are regretting how they missed out on life changing gains. I invested in Near, Atom, GGM, Scrt with long term mindset, I can wait!
50% in stablecoins which is mostly used for staking and to invest in projects like Dreem Metaverse that piques my interest. Worth checking out by they way seeing as the metaverse is booming. ;) 20% in BTC and ETH. 30% in Altcoins. At the end of the day, solid altcoins like OCEAN, FTM, SOL, DOT, especially the low mcaps like OIN and GGM will outperform BTC. Make sure to do your research and have conviction in the project when dealing with alts to avoid paper hands and panic selling. DCA should be a close companion too. I'm considering making a small change to accommodate NFTs but that's still largely undecided for me.
You have the right idea. I'm sure during the bull market, a lot of people wish they bought a certain coin at cheaper rates. The bear market provides that opportunity and the smart/serious investors take advantage of it. I took advantage of this downtrend to buy more OCEAN, DOT, OIN, ATOM, GGM and LUNA for example. Sure, they might even dip further from here and that's why I'm buying with DCA. While I wait for cheaper prices or a pump (who knows, right? lol), I'm researching upcoming metaverse projects like DREEM. The metaverse is the next trend and will go parabolic when the market recovers imo.

Buying the dip is always a good idea, only if you know what projects are solid and worth investing. My picks are OIN, GGM and soon DREEM Metaverse will give me a wonderful opportunity to make tons of money with their project and coin named DREEM. For me the real usecase comes with time and of course not all the projects have real usecases. Many of the projects will die. This is why people need to do their own research very well. I have done my research and found out that the new trend is metaverse and playtoearn games on the blockchain. For this reason I invested in GGM (Monster Galaxy) and soon I'll be aping in DREEM (Dreem Metaverse) once it gets listed. The idea is to catch these projects early and make money on the way up. Monster Galaxy and Dreem are about to launch their mainnet. Definitely keep an eye on them!
Millionaires are made when the market is red. I bought more DOT, ATOM, SCRT, GGM, LUNA and ETH (mostly to buy NFTs). I will buy ZKP, MAPE and DREEM when they are listed. Long term thinking is the way to go and I'm using the DCA strategy.

I don't know about the rest but ETH, ONE, MATIC, DOT and SOL are good altcoins to hold. Just do your research and invest wisely. GGM is one new altcoin you can look into. It launched recently so it's still early, the staking program is incoming and has robust token utility within the Monster Galaxy (PlayToEarn) mobile game launching in March.
Well, first of all I try to take profits on my previous bags when they pump (Its not easy but should be done or else your porfolio won't really grow) and just keep the stablecoins aside for the red days. Then, I DCA and buy in chunks. It's the strategy I use with OIN, ETH, GGM, PYR and other of my favorite coins. Same strategy I will use with DREEM and ZKP.
NEAR is still cheap, and yes, we could go down more (love as you stated that). I'm planning to add more GGM as its staking program launches soon .

You may be in the wrong coins. I suggest you to stick with solid coins. Stick with top 20 and DYOR about what sectors will be popular. ADA, ETH and BTC will do really well, I also suggest you to look into Monster Galaxy. Their coin GGM will climb the success ladder very fast once it gets listed on more exchanges. Loading up on GGM at every opportunity. I'm also eyeing up on DREEM Metaverse. Can't wait till it launches! The DREEM team is great!

As soon as I saw BTC at 38k on coingecko this morning, I bought more along with ETH, DOT, OIN, CVX, GGM, LUNA and OCEAN Kept some funds aside to buy DREEM, MAPE and ZKP when they hit the markets. Nothing beats the DCA strategy and even if you can't buy now, HOLD. Either way, we will be rewarded so think long term and relax if you are invested in strong FA projects :)
Good picks mate, I hold both of them. I added more DOT and GGM, both are basically up for grabs at their current prices, not to be missed. If DREEM had launched already, I would be buying today. It has the makings of a leading metaverse project, pretty cool concept. Check them out if you are bullish on metaverse and P2E in 2022.

This is why I'm eyeing up some solid game projects right now. One of them is Monster Galaxy, you can battle and earn crypto. Somewhat true. There are many other cheaper versions of blockchains the games can be built on. My eyes are on the gaming projects now as well. Play to earn games are doing great, one of them is Monster Galaxy P2E. GGM will do great in the coming months!
