I notice something very strange last year, I wonder if anyone else remembers this: CNBC posted a report that nVidea was being investigated and a few days later their stock dropped. Well I just so happened to be looking at their FORM 4 statement which showed me that a bunch of insiders who worked for them had sold major shares in the count of over 300+ thousand. About two week after the bad news by CNBC, they made another report apologizing that the previous report they put out was not accurate and that their was no investigation at all. When I looked again, they insiders had bought back in just before the second announcement. So I don't wan to speculate, but it seemed like an inside job to me.

That step is what UUUU calls “processing” in all of their PR Materials. But it stops before metallurgical refining (the reduction of oxides into pure metallic Nd, Pr, etc.). Which is the refinement required for those magnets (the way I understand it). At White Mesa Mill, UUUU has: *No metallurgical refining furnaces. *No electrolysis. *No alloying of NdPr into magnet metal (NdFeB). *No magnet sintering or bonding. …as far as all my reading to date tells me. **When Energy Fuels (UUUU) issued that press release (February 2024, reiterated mid-2025), they said their NdPr oxide was used to make magnets for an EV drive motor**, but they did not name the company that did the metal conversion. I don’t disagree that the market will continue to tumble for the next few months. However, I disagree with your statement regarding FED rate cuts. Rate cuts are gonna be huge for small and mid cap companies. Rate cuts mean small to mid cap companies can take on more debt in order to expand and fund R&D, without taking on a ridiculous interest rate. I expect a lot of small to mid cap tech/AI companies to take advantage of this and post great 4th quarter earnings. November is when I’ll be jumping back in, hopefully when rates have settled, the election is over and there’s less uncertainty about the future. Additionally, most of the momentum in the market this past year has been fueled by NVIDIA and other mag seven stocks, I expect them to go through a relatively large correction -10 - -15 percent over the next 3 months. Reason being, historically, September and October trade lower (hedge funds take profits, reallocate investments), we’re due for a correction, and there’s a lot of public uncertainty due to the upcoming presidential election. I don’t believe bulls are delusional, I think most investors are. These next 3 months will present an excellent buying opportunity, and a great opportunity to buy the MAG 7 for a discount. In regards to small/mid caps I’m interested in: RGTI, FORM, AMD, and DWAVE. Like I said, I think rate cuts will be an excellent opportunity for them.
