I have nothing against bad bunny, I used to date a Cuban chick who loved his music and it’s not bad, like the beats are nice and I learned enough basic Spanish it wasn’t horrible. BAND is an extremely undervalued stock. It has done nothing but grow and beat guidance/expectations, but had been dragged in the dirt because of the overall telecoms industry and rate hikes. The big telecoms have been crushed since the peak in 2021, causing major downward pressure, and the rate hikes makes BAND stock look risky because of their debt load. However, the continuing growth and moce back into profitability, along with their debt having extremely good terms, and not due till 2026 amd 2028, means that the debt looks waaaay worse than it actually is, and they will have no problem paying that down and/or refinancing it when it comes due. The stock is cheaper than it has ever been, even cheaper than when it IPOd in 2017, despite revenues at the end of this year, projected to be 250% higher than when they IPOd, and now being a fully international company, as opposed to only US based. This is the hidden gem that is at extreme value pricing, in a sector that is currently in the early stages of fully transforming the communications industry, and almost nobody knows about them.

pick industry what you understand and look at companies in the whole segment. But it takes weeks to understand the companies and segments. My example with BAND and SINCH is find out the stock when I was researching TWLO. I've work for saas/paas companies. I understand how it works in terms of marketing and "selling bullshit". It is hard to find a good company but what is even harder to find a good entry points. There are many non sexy companies what are being overlooked. Everyone talks about costco, walmart, target but there are other supermarkets in US. Maybe some of them might be good investment I don't know.
This sub tells you US is the best etc. Yes US is the best economy but everyone is putting money into the big stocks. I've traveled a lot and I've lived in many countries. There are many opportunities to invest outside of the US. You can see same business models as in the US just for a fraction of the price. I've lived in Turkey and I've seen coca cola everywhere. Looked into the company and I was like how is this even possible? On other side I've lived in Thailand and look into Thai companies and I did not find anything what I liked. There are great companies but overleveraged for me. Same in Europe there are many opportunities to invest into companies. For example in the most of central&eastern Europe people keep money in banks and invest into properties. There is saying "brick will always have value" or something like that. But with the interest rates and properties prices it is not possible anymore. Now more and more money from the stock brokers. In the central&eastern Europe there are like 2-6 brokers. The Brokers stocks in EU are having PE 4-5x less than in US and growing 1.5-2 times faster. Other big part of investing is waiting - giving it time. Also investing into what you understand. If you see hype about stock it is almost always a terrible investment in a long term. If you work as a software developer/architect and look at valuation of some tech companies what are losing billions of cash you hardly can see big upside for these companies. I'm always amazed when non technical people tells me how great is this company and how it will change IT. lets give you an example from the last year market- TWLO vs BAND (I bought it at~10$). This subs talks about TWLO, how much cash it has how much is the revenue growing etc. On other side BAND became/is becoming profitable. While TWLO is losing 300-500m per Q (stocks&cash = the same for me). TWLO has a lot of small customers what means customer support cost a lot. This is US. Lets go to Europe there is company what does the same called SINCH. Used to be profitable but bought(overpaid for) a lot of companies and now it is in transition faze. Short story long story again I invested into a not sexy company and made money(you can look into the comments history). What is the lesson? Revenue growth should be aligned with profits. Invest into what you know how it work and calculate the upside. Small/medium caps might better in this environment. What is hard is to find a right entry point and exit point. You can invest in any market when you do stock picking.
Buy BAND stock and just hold for a few years, and don't look at it. It is a legit ass company that got beaten into the ground beyond all reason. It just got dragged into the dirt along side other tech and telecom companies. It is valued less than it was 5 years ago, despite having grown revenue by like 3x, having gone international, and having more than enough cash to last them many year. It wasn't long ago that it got down to a -95% from its highs, basically being priced for a non-existsnt bankruptcy. It is really a no-brainer investment, with easy 5-10x from.these prices.

Finally sold my BAND below the 10ma. It had a good run.

But the longer this selloff goes on the more I become biased for an upside rebound. A gap down into tomorrow would be very enticing for some long plays at open. Huge volume EP and gap up off of earnings, tightening consolidation between the rising 20ma and declining 200ma. I'd like to buy this off support if possible, with around $2.56 entry price tomorrow. DOCS and MGNI stops hit. Sold some more SQQQ to lock in profits. BAND is my only surviving long, still holding rising 10ma support for now. Tempted to grab some calls for a mean reversion bounce at this point. No obvious support levels for entry though.
**$4k Challenge Account Update!** My plans from last week worked out very well. We got a big spike out of the CPI report, and I was able to reenter my index short position at a good price. I was also able to exit calls on SE for a nice +56% win. This time I went with an SQQQ short position to reduce risk and allow easier profit taking, although puts would have definitely earned more given how fast and hard the selloff occurred. The market tanked for 4 days straight immediately after CPI. I had losses in my long stock positions, but they were made up for by the SQQQ. Most of my longs were also stocks with great relative strength that held up well during the selloff, so I came out ahead overall. I lost ENPH yet again after it failed 20ma support, perhaps it is simply too extended at this point. [**BAND Chart**](https://i.imgur.com/7hFuuQ1.png) Take a look at the BAND chart again with labels added. For those who have read the first two trading guides, this is a picture-perfect example of the trades I am aiming for. It started off as an Episodic Pivot (EP) setup off of an earnings report. Big gap up and huge volume off a fundamental catalyst. This was the ideal initial entry, unfortunately I didn't catch it on my scanners. Then it turned into a strong flag setup. There was a bounce off the rising 20ma support and a breakout through the declining 200ma resistance. I actually bought this at the 20ma support because it looked so good, and that gave me a much better entry price than waiting for breakout. Since breakout the closing price has respected the rising 10ma very nicely, which is why we use closing price below moving averages as a soft stop. This example encapsulates everything these trading systems describe, so it is useful to study this chart if you are trying to learn these systems. I've scaled down both my longs and my shorts after the recent selloff, and the account is mostly cash going into the weekend. Still holding some trailing positions per the swing trading rules. The plan for next week is hopefully another small rebound in the market, and another reload of SQQQ at the SPY declining 10 or 20ma. **$4k Challenge Account Update!** My trendline put entry worked out very well once again. I took profits on the big drop Tuesday, but I would like to reenter a short position at a good entry point if possible. We almost hit my entry price in premarket today, but the PPI numbers killed the action. I am still leaning bearish because SPY has failed its large wedge and broken down from the rising trendline / 20ma. This signals a lot of potential downside medium term, but a small bounce after Tuesday seemed inevitable. [**SPY Chart**](https://i.imgur.com/N4Vela4.png) You can see from the reversal back in August that the declining 10ma worked out perfectly as a short entry, so I was hoping to repeat that entry, but it's not looking as clean after todays price action. We will have to wait and see what next week brings. SPY is still holding at rising 100ma support for now. If we drill through the 100ma support around $392, I will be forced to reenter shorts without getting a cheaper entry on them. This was a great breakout setup, and I got a fantastic entry ($19.65) at the rising 20ma support rather than my typical breakout buy. You can see how the closing price has remained above the rising 10ma since breakout. I will hold the remaining position as a swing trade for as long as that rising 10ma is respected at closing price. I'm half and half. Luckily my GLYC position has pushed me to a profit this year, but DE, NET, CAT, BAND, HZNP have all done well enough for me to essentially hit all time highs. I don't feel the need for more exposure, I have 100k cash and 100k in my brokerage account.
Put your buy order where you would normally put your stop loss. You'll be amazed at how often you get filled. Buy order for ENPH at $313. That's it for me today, unless SPY goes on a monster rally up to 400 then I'm loading puts. BAND is still super strong, another +10% day.
It's amazing how quickly the market can flip from euphoric buying to relentless selling... We broke the uptrend yesterday so I do see a lot of downside from here medium term. But short-term I would guess the bias is up as a mean reversion from all that selling. Tech names like GOOG and MSFT are right on their rising 20ma supports, which looks a bit bullish as well. But there aren't any obvious trade signals either way right now. I've got SPY support at 392, QQQ support is lower at 277 if we continue to drill. I would like to see that 392 support hold up today and get a small rebound to reload some of the shorts I've dumped. As the 10ma curls around into a downturn on SPY, that will be an entry target to load more puts. That worked out very well on the last bear reversal. It will take a few days though, maybe by Friday if we avoid too much chop. Most of the bullish setups got wrecked yesterday. Semis look awful now. I still like support entries on ENPH and CPNG though. Still holding my longs that have held up above breakeven: BAND, DOCS, and AZTA. Mostly I don't see much to do today and want to avoid overtrading. Good luck everyone.
**$4k Challenge Account Update** I've called every local top this year within a dollar or so, with the exception of the true market top back in January which I was a few weeks early on. I called a short entry target this week of $409 on SPY and entered a SPY put for this account. If you entered puts at $409 you are still in the green despite the recovery today. But I'm less confident about this call than the others, due to the fact we are already 12 months into the bear market, and the trendline has already been tested 3 times. The longer a trend goes on the less reliable it becomes. I will wait for SPY to breach the trendline before I close my short however. Here is the $409 target comment and the updated SPY chart. The market continues to consolidate. A lot of stocks setting up for big moves. Best looking setup today is BAND. Price action getting very tight, wedged between the 200ma and rising 20. I'd like to get a fill around 19.40 if it dips. Second best, NRDS. Been watching this a few days and it is almost ready to break tightening range. Would also like to buy it at rising 20ma support, around 13.10 entry. Picked up DOCS, TXG, and AZTA yesterday. SPY will be a buy if it drops to around $392, any other action and I won't touch the indices. They are still in consolidation mode. Good luck everyone!

While BAND and SINCH are close to be profitable. TWLO has a lot of small clients what need customer support and generate little bit of cash - on-boarding cost. DISCLAIMER: I used to hold Sinch but sold it couple days ago ~15 sek -> ~35 sek. I don't understand the segment well to hold it long term but I like that the old CEO is back.
Not to spam but if the momentum crowd found BAND they could make that stock go up like crazy. Being a low float legit company makes it an easy mover
BAND - turned profitable recently. Reduced the cost and revenue has sustainable growth. It is not moonshot but company can 5x in 3-5 years.
I like algo tech also I had BAND go up 154% yesterday. They are going to integrate a lot of these into social media like Instagram. Polygon was chosen for Instagram I believe it shot up yesterday significantly
