You can buy BTR from Bitrue and use their Yield Farm to make money back or their PowerPiggy, funds are insured as far as I can remember, that being said, do so at your own risk.

Chaps my ass seeing Bitrue token pumping most right now with how many people they’ve robbed. My theory is that anybody who sells BTR token on their website in a pump, they accuse of arbitrage trading to force out sellers so they can take bigger profits with sell walls removed

I just can't believe how extremely undervalued BTR is from Bitrue, it's a near carbon copy of BNB. Of course the exchange itself is not as big, but it has grown a lot since the SEC case with Ripple, it is after all, one of the only 2 exchanges where you could buy XRP.
Bitrue are clear scammers, Its a Ponzi pyramid scheme. The more you put in the more you will be able to withdraw and the less in deposits you make the less you will but a time will come when you will not be able to withdraw. They will give slow replies try to scam you in there community telegram group and 80% chance you wont see your assets. On the face of BTR it does not seem like a scam but if you do your research and compare it to other exchange which have turned out to scams you will see they a scarily similar. I got done for 2k im glad it was only that but i have seen people who have been stung for 100k. There is also a group on twitter that is full of people who have had similar experience with bitrue and still waiting for there fund. Its a shame because when this falls (probably 2021 or 2022) it will impact the crypto market. I hope you get sorted but dont hold your breath.

Staking BTR is good too, earns 7.3%. I use the power piggy for my ETH holdings, because its 11% for ETH, 7.3% BTR. It's the best yield I could find on ETH, even better than ETH/ETH2 staking.

BiTrue has been working fine for me. Be sure to keep you a few bucks in BTR and change the settings to "use btr for transaction fee" because it's 30 to 40% cheaper, than their already low transaction rate.

I have BlockFi, Nexo, Celsius, and Bitrue accounts and I think all are decently safe. Bitrue is the only one that explicitly guarantees to replace user funds in thier APY deals if they get hacked. BlockFi for flex intetest. Celsius for stablecoins/magic. Nexo for some alts and the NEXO token. Bitrue for ADA, VET, BTR, ETH. Roughly speaking. Just split your deposits up for one, dont put all the crypto your going to deposit in one place so you wont get wiped if some black swan happens.
