I was at the gym this morning and I was finishing my workout doing cardio on the treadmill. I always fart a lot on purpose when on a treadmill so nobody runs next to me. So, there is a bunch of TVs with the usual channels you see in all gyms, ESPN, CNN, FOX News, Cocomelon TV, etc. And I saw a 30 seconds Grayscale GBTC commercials on Fox News. I tried finding it on Youtube and nothing is popping up. The average age of the FOX News viewer is +65 yr old, I thought it was quite interesting that Grayscale is targeting this demographic.

Blockchain's genius is that it's trust-free. It works without any party having to trust any other party. The problem with your idea is that you would need a trusted party to add facts to the block chain. That trust can be doubted, for example by talking heads on FOX News.

I don't understand this "GOTCHA!" moment as bitcoin was and still is used for money laundering. Larry Fink didn't change his mind on that fact, he just expanded on it. Fire burns but can also be used to heat food and learning the latter fact doesn't negate the first. I am pretty sure he does understand bitcoin and he also understands what OP doesn't, which is that he's on FOX news and the demographics watching that aren't the brightest but they are the majority so he dumbs it down into easy to understand oneliners like bitcoin is digital gold.

This is true. However one can at least argue internet memes are copied all the time anyway - which isn't a strong argument in court. But then also an individual is less likely to sue than a huge television company. I'd say FOX is almost guaranteed to sue if this things gets any real attention and CEX listing.

I think it’s supposed to stress us out on purpose, it’s a feature of our wonderful diversity of MSM options here :) Just FYI, you may know this but these MSM news channels like CNN, FOX, NBC, etc. They are actually classified as entertainment and legally allowed to tell lies with no repercussion. Again, it’s all entertainment and for viewers/monetization (just like how YouTube is turning into honestly). To go deeper, look into who funds these MSM channels, they’re paid to speak the narrative on behalf of the corporations :)

Since 2016, I've done pretty well but could have done a lot better if I didn't make a few mistakes along the way. I got SUPER lucky with airdrops and got them for dydx, uniswap, mirror, 1inch, shapeshift, nrg, acx, optimism and just got my zigzag airdrop today. I can't even remember them all just by memory, and a conservative estimate is close to 50k$ in airdrops. I bought Kadena at .20 and sold around 20$, buying chainlink since it was under a dollar, and I made around 20k of OHM rebase token. I sold most of my crypto in 2021 and felt like a genius for that but I also made many bad bets. Gincoin masternode was a big loss around 5k and I chased a few terrible airdrops like unilayer and bought tokens at 4$ and staked them and watched it drop to pennies, sent my entire FOX airdrop to the wrong address. Fat fingered a few bad trades because I was still very new at trading. A bunch of shitcoins like substratum, neo, betx , krl and other failed projects I lost more on. Overall, I am still up a lot and dollar cost averaging my favorite projects and still hunting for airdrops. I don't buy alts unless I really like the project now.
